Board my dog there anytime we leave town. She always is a happy healthy dog when I pick her up.

It was my first time going there and the staff are very nice and love all dogs. I'm happy to have had a positive experience and I'll bring my dog back if needed. I love going places with great customer service. They seem to love their jobs.

Lost a cat due to there recommended medications, simple inflection turned into a death sentence. I don't blame the vet but I do feel like bad medications really messed up my cat ???? be careful out there. Otherwise the service was kind and they are a little pricey.

They took great care of my cat. Had to be taken in to be spayed. Was polite and caring the entire time. I would highly recommend them!

West Oaks is truly the best vet option in Fayetteville, AR and, arguably, Northwest Arkansas. West Oaks is very accomodating of unexpected pet issues and emergencies . The service and staff at West Oaks is second to none and they always greet you with a smile! I recommend this vet to everyone I know and even those I don't know. I simply could not be more pleased with this office! :)

I have used other vets in the area, and I must say West Oaks is my favorite by far! The vet's and their staff and all knowledgeable, caring, and willing to answer questions thoroughly. They have found needs that I overlooked and provide excellent treatment. Furthermore, they have been so kind as to get my cat in last minute when he was having breathing issues. They also have called to check with post ops. I can't say enough about this great clinic.

It's truly a shame that I feel the need to share this information because the quality of veterinary care I was provided did not match the poor business services that were paired. I recently moved to the area and chose West Oaks as a vet for my two dogs. When it came time for me to renew my flea/tick/heartworm Rx online. West Oaks refused to approve the Rx unless I paid them an additional fee simply for approving the Rx. They said they charge this fee if a patient has a Rx fulfilled outside of their office/online pharmacy. In other words, if you don't buy from us, we will make sure to still get your money. Never have I had a vet nickle and dime me for something so trivial. When I spoke with the office manager to confirm the policy the conversation ended with a scoff on her end of the line followed by "Reviews don't scare me!", then she promptly hung up on me. Customer service still matters! This office hides behind "policies" to make a few extra bucks.
