This is our new vet hospital, but it is also my fur baby's second home. The professional help in a loving atmosphere for a reasonable price cannot be matched. I couldn't thank the vet and his amazing assistance more for all of the patience and help they continue to provide for my family.

Very great people that love my rowdy boy and he loves them and their snacks. Highly recommend him as a veterinarian.

Would not try to help my dog without a measly 50$ he died 2 days later. I got my money 3 days later. My fir baby was 8.

My dog was really sick,I call and the same day they check my dog,so far so good,service was normal also no rude people or nothing,they will answer what you need to know,I see comments about the price been expensive here,but nothing is free! and they show me and explain everything they did to my dog and the cost ,I can’t complain ???? my clinic for now on❤️

We had an emergency( our cat got hit ) our normal animal Dr in town couldn't see Him and they helped us quickly . The girls are so friendly and had much compassion for our baby .

My pet duck got attacked by a hawk. Called the office and got her checked out. She's doing fine now ... Fast and efficient. Thank you for the help...

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before bringing my dog in. WARNING: NEVER bring you animals here. He doesn't not care about them. He is just money hungry. His assistant is amazing, she actually cares. Most animals that go in do not come out. He called me to tell me mine passed away and kept calling her the wrong name and calling her a him. If I could I would give it 0 stars.

DO NOT BRING YOUR SMALL PET HERE I brought my guinea pigs to be seen by Dr. Olson and he was rude, was late, rushed the appointment because he had a house call and then tried to blame the time constraint on me by saying I was late when I was not. He temped our guinea pig incorrectly and said she had a fever when she was in fact in the very normal range for temperature. He gave her the improper dosage for medicine and didn't give her the best meds she could have taken. He also let us leave with another one of our guinea pigs bleeding which absolutely should never happen. Dr. Olson was dismissive on the phone when we attempted to resolve the issue with him. He shouldn't advertise himself as a small animal veterinarian when he isn't knowledgeable in the field.

We where in desperate need of medical attention for our 5 month olds German shepherd Hulk and no one would help. we called all the the animal hospitals all weekend to get him seen and no one would see him due to the pandemic , it being the weekend And not having enough money. Our family dog was dying And no one would help us at all!!! we where able to contact dr. Olson and he met us up at his office within 15 min. When no one else would even look at our dog hulk. it was a Sunday night at 9pm. It says a lot about him and what he represents. Thank you for all you are doing dr. Olsen!!! Trammel family.

I took my two rats here after I had just got them from a disgusting dirty pet store so they had respiratory infections and When I called the woman on the phone told me they could care for rats but when I came there Mr. Olson did not hear out my story and assumed that they were sick because of me even though I had just got them and took them away from my dirty place.He told me to clean there cage more often even though that was not the problem and prescribed oral medication which did not help.He was a bit arrogant and didn’t let me talk to explain that they came from a nasty cramped place,I think his knowledge on pets is a little outdated and he is most likely better with dogs and cats.

We left our sweet year old female as she had a fish hook in her gum. A local and he could have got it out with mild sedation. Instead he over dosed he to put her completely out with no local. And her kidneys quite. And she died. And instead of being sorry for a monor lical we had to pay a huge fee fir him to kill her. So sad.

Extremely professional staff the doctor was amazing diagnose the problem and fix it at a very reasonable rate I highly recommend it

I wouldn’t even give one star. They have zero compassion for the animals. Even the ones that aren’t just pets to a family. I’d always paid my bill in full and 2 dogs it was always over 100. Just cuz I didn’t have the money up front but would have in a week they wouldn’t see my 6yr old angel and she died in my arms that afternoon. I wouldn’t even let a snake go there ..!!!!

Doc and his crew give %100 everytime. Bird up!

Rudest guy ever said they should put my dog asleep cause she snapped at him. Did not finish exam now my dog is dying throwing up blood Thx doctor. Very rude and does not respect customers.

This place has always been trash ! They have misdiagnosed my black lab brushed it off like it was nothing and she ended up having cancer and half her paw removed from another vet .
