Village Vet Animal Clinic Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Village Vet. Everyone there is very friendly, patient, helpful, and understanding. I have a small dog and 2 cockateils and I have taken them there for years even though we live in Sapulpa and we will continue to do so as long as able.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. we had an emergency and they made us wait an hour and a half just to give us nothing. Doctor Rust had absolutely no idea what he was talking about with anything and it was clear he was not briefed on any of our info. They also did not weigh our animal or take its temperature.. basic things. It was quite obvious they just wanted to get home because it was close to closing time. The front desk and aids were good otherwise.

Got one of our rats neutered yesterday due to showing some hormonal aggression to his brothers. The surgery went smoothly, they treat my animals great. The incision looks wonderful and they didn't leave open incisions like some vets do, you can barely see any stitches. He seems to be feeling fine too, well other than a little extra sleepy. Thanks so much.

The Village Vet, at 81st and Aspen in Broken Arrow, is a great place to take your animals for vet care or boarding. The staff there is very friendly, professional and never make you feel rushed. Our dog, Gunner, loves the staff at Village Vet!

They treated my dog like a king. "He was a sick baby too!! " I was given some good advise on nutrition and home care. They are great bunch of people. It's good to know there is still some good people in this world.

Horrible place to take your pets, I will never take my kitten here again. Over charged and did they even graduate from school? Because they have no idea what they're doing. Just got a kitten and took him in for his shots, he was sick for 2 days after. I called them and asked them if it was normal, they told me I needed to come back in and that they would charge me for a pet visit. I was so upset that I went to another vet and they told me he was given the wrong shots. They serious hurt my kitten and could have killed him. They have no clue on what they're doing here. They don't care about you or your pets, they care about the money. 0 out of 5.

They did such a wonderful job taking care of my pot belly pig. Her hooves look amazing.

My family has used Village Vet for many years. Dr. Rust and Dr. Setser are amazing. The staff are very compassionate. Wouldn't dream of taking my cats and dogs anywhere else. One thing I soarly dislike which lowers the rating I gave is this: they want us to change to a prescription food. Unless we buy the food from their pharmacy, we have to pay for them to right a prescription so we can get it somewhere else...cheaper. That is just wrong. $5 for a little piece of paper.

One of the best vets around ,if you don’t mind spending a little more money to make sure yr pet is well taken care of 100 percent . I have been to lots of vets before where they have lost my paperwork and there was times other vets had my pets peeing on their self before I got to the door . That’s when I new I have to find a better vet . Now village they treat yr pet like family and they take their time to make sure yr pets are well taken care of . My husky happen to eat 25 mg of gummy’s the whole bag 25gummy’s . Must I say she was on planet mars . The village took really good care of her kept her over the weekend . I was able to check on her at any time , they saved her life I must say . Thank you so much village for always doing a great job with panda .

This is the worst place ever to have a pet put down. Absolute ineptness! Their procedure causes undo stress on the pet and the owners. Making a very hard process a complete nightmare. Then you pay $149 an they bring your pet to you in a cardboard box that was too small and taped shut with packing tape.

The clinic I usually take my cat to has been constantly booked and thankfully mom remembered going to the Village Vet a long time ago. They are super friendly and helpful. Professional. I’d definitely recommend coming here. We were not expecting a card but they sent one to us. Due to the severity of his condition, he had to stay a few nights. The wonderful vet checked up on him after he was sent home. They treat all of their furry patients like family.

Sweet and knowledgeable staff. The vet techs were so helpful and caring towards my dog, Oscar, after finding him as a tick-ridden stray off of the street. Thank you for making his experience easy and wonderful.

The two vet techs were amazing. The vet was okay. He wasn't bad but he wasn't great either. The receptionist was polite but she isn't very good with people. We had just put our dog down and she was like "How would you like to pay?" And there was no "I'm so sorry for your loss" or anything at all. The price was good.

The staff and Dr were very supportive and made sure that we understood how to care for our pet in his time of need.

Village vet went above and beyond on taking care of my cat. They even called around and found where I could get his prescription food.

These guys are great for any pet you have, from dogs to squirrels and they treat each accordingly.

I took my cat in for a wellness check & the staff was friendly to me and great with my cat.

They had an amazing attitude towards us and our fur baby. They staff was very amazing answering all our questions and concerns. Treated our skunk like she was there own baby.

I’m thankful for them trying to make Holly better. Sadly it was her time. But she is no longer in pain anymore. I could tell they actually cared. Good Vet. Rest in peace Holly.
