I called and got in on the same day for my Luna to get groomed! My baby went in super nervous since it was her first time, but she came out comfortable with everyone! I will for sure be coming back! Love this place and it’s workers!

My babies look and smell so pretty! The communication was wonderful, their nails aren't sharp, they didn't act traumatized when I picked them up, came home with the cutest little Christmas bandanas and bows, and they did the cuts exactly as we discussed. Prices were also excellent. Could not be more pleased.

I need to give a HUGE thank you to Erin Spring Mountford and Passion 4 Paws Dog Spa for taking care of our baby Jax all weekend! We have had a hard time finding someone reliable we trust and have been scared to not keep him at home. We took a chance and he had the best weekend, played with another dog, got a puppy ornament done ???? and Erin went out of her way to stay with him and love him like one of her own. If you need anyone to watch your four legged babies....PLEASE give them a holler!!! ????❤️

Great place and great people. We board and groom our 9 year old here regularly. They are super accommodating with pickups on any day regardless of the posted hours of business.

I take my dog Sam to Passion 4 Paws and he loves it! He always comes home so happy! He smells amazing and his coat is soft! They are good with his nails and are very careful with his paws! He was in a car accident before we got him and his paws have always been super SUPER sensitive. He loves the people there and they treat him like the spoiled baby he is! If you want your furbabies cared for right while getting pampered, I suggest Passion 4 Paws!

I took my 15 yr old yorkie here today , & they did a terrific job with him & were very kind and informative and helpful ! Trust me he will be coming back here :)

They did a nice job on my neighbor's hard-to-groom westie. Also, clients can walk-in after 2:00 to get their dogs' nails trimmed with a rotary grinder.

They did a great job. My dog felt comfortable and at ease as soon as he walked in. They are professional yet personal. You won’t beat them.

I did a full groom on 1 of my dog and nail trim on 3 other. They did a wonderful job. They truly love and care for every single animal. Cant say enough wonderful things about them. They definitely have a customer for life.

Groomer/ owner is super friendly with pets. My German Shepherd was edgy with most of the groomers but he has bonded well with the owner/groomer. Such a relief for me. ????????????

I’m am beyond pleased with this business. I have a Lab/Great Dane mix 1 year old puppy who has severe separation anxiety. He really is so sweet, he’s just so big that he’s very intimidating. I can’t bathe him on my own anymore and always have so much fear myself taking him places. They were able to get him in immediately the same day. Upon arriving, I prayed that they wouldn’t send me away. Not only did they not send me away but they had a place ready where I could put him. He’s skiddish around other dogs but they accommodated that and had them put up so I could bring Sammy in. He was scared and very curious barking and shaking. I left him there and hoped all would go well. They called me an hour later and said he was ready. When I got there, he was out of the crate wandering around with the other dogs. I couldn’t believe it. They talked to me and gave me some great advice. I was just so happy that they gave him a chance. I made an appointment to come back in 2 weeks. She even scheduled him on a Sunday so she could focus on him and his needs alone. I will never take my Sammy to any other groomer. Thank you so much!

The owner Nicole is VERY unprofessional! She has canceled on my dogs 4 times.. I’ve texted asking if she was open the day after thanksgiving and she replied at midnight! The day she finally could get me in she said to be at the shop by 930 am and she did not show up until 130 pm! She is never set and ready. The shop is always cluttered. And always changing prices after she said the first price would be a SET price for my dogs! Worst experience.

Nicole did an amazing job with my elderly dogs. They were able to trim my big dog’s nails and no one else has been able to do it without sedation.
