We stop in and get nail trims often and I love going here! Super fast, always pleasant people working, and sweet treats to pick up for the pups.

The staff and groomers really do love our pets! It seems like our dogs get excited to go monthly and enjoy a "spa day". Lol

For the price, I'd like my schnauzer's beard not to be butchered. You NEVER shave the bridge of their nose, nor the side of their face. We literally just asked for an inch trimmed. That took a year to grow to a point where it would lay flat.

We use to take our dog here for a few years until about 2 months ago. We liked going to Barkberry Place until things starting changing. They did raise their prices a few times but it wasn't much until about 2 months ago they raised it by $12.00. I asked them about it and was told that things have went up so their prices had to go up .....$12????? and this is for a 10 lb dog . I was paying $48 then it was changed to $60. That's crazy!!! I also started noticing she did not smell like she had a bath and did not have the perfume smell that she always had after getting a bath. I asked about it and was told that maybe they forgot to put the perfume on her. It wasn't just the perfume she did not smell clean. There were a few times it didn't look like her nails were even trimmed. When you start dealing with things like this it's time to move on!!

Used to be able to get my yorkie in and groomed on regular basis, but alas we had to find a new groomer, they have a great turnover.

Very unreliable. Booked with them twice several months in advance. They cancelled on us both times days beforehand. Don’t waste your time here.

Took our Aussie here and when we picked her up the only difference was that there were bows in her hair. We even asked for a haircut and did not see any difference. No nail trim or anything. Complete waste of money.

Staff is carrying and respectful to your animals. They listen to how you want your pets hair/fur cut and they always come out smelling amazing. Reasonably priced and easy to book an appointment.

Got my dog cut here for the first time. They did an excellent job of listening to how I wanted my dog cut and cut him perfectly. Pleased to find a new groomer.

My Maltese was there from 8:30 -2:00 he had an appt @8. They front desk people were not over friendly and later that evening I noticed my little guy has razor burns under his eye and is bleeding from both. I have used them for years but I won't be back.

I've been on the mobile grooming service for about a year. Today I had a pre booked standing appointment for my dog. I thought originally my appointment was for in the afternoon but since I'm at home it doesn't matter and the time given has never been when the groomer has showed up. The groomer texted me early in the am saying that they had been sitting in traffic on the bypass due to an accident and were now running late and wouldn't be there anytime soon. Instead she wanted to push me out by 2 weeks to 6/5. When I informed her that I was home all day long and that the dog had rolled in something and smelled and that I really needed her to come her only response was that she already had a "Full schedule". When I pointd out that I was on the schedule for an appointment she said right but I'm still not at the shop to get ready and if I wanted to I could bring the dog into the physical location for a bath. What's really frustrating is about two months ago when we had reviewed our appointments I realized that our dog grooming appt for June was during our vacation so I asked her if there was a different day in June we could have and she said she was booked the whole month of June but now she has availability. Don't use the mobile grooming she's unreliable and doesn't show up on the scheduled date or time.

Barkberry is the place to take your fur babies for a haircut. They are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. Thank you so much.

Local store didn't have our dog food in stock and they suggested Barkberry Place. When I called they were about to close but they offered to stay open until I got there (about 10 mins). Awesome customer service and experience; they have gained a new customer ????

Always do a great job with the pups!

While I appreciate the ability to get in quickly, I must say I'm rather disappointed with the quality of the job and the professionalism of the staff. When I made the appointment, I specifically requested to add a teeth brushing to my dog's grooming. When I went a picked her up, it was not done and the employee processing the transaction seemed very annoyed with me that I requested to have it be done. I'm not entirely convinced they did it even after the request and me paying for it. Also, upon closer look at home, I also don't think her nails were trimmed at all considering there is still dirt under most of them nor were her paw pads trimmed as there is still long hair between each pad. Overall, not a great first experience.

I could not be happier or more pleased with the quality of Barkberry Place and the service they provide! Thank you. Our sweet little Lucy enjoys coming to see you all!

Caitlyn did an amazing job!

In my experience they have great handling experience and I never feel at odds with a large breed that is difficult with other large breeds. I think they service a lot of small breeds with good results but they really do a great job with my Pyrenees mix. Reasonably priced for what its worth and they have the cutest little clip bows and handkerchiefs when you get your clean fur babies back...
