Loved taking my Puppy to All Pets! They provided excellent service and were super easy to schedule with. I also appreciated how much better they are than other vets in the area. At no point did I feel like I was getting generic or simply profit motivated recommendations. I would highly recommend people take their pet here if you have any doubt about quality of care elsewhere.

Amazing staff. I just moved here and my 9 year old dog needed his nails trimmed badly and wouldn't let anyone trim them. In the time it took keep to go out to my car to grab my phone, rhey had him muzzled and were almost done trimming them. They were careful not to stress him out and so nice, caring and professional. Thank you guys so much. We will be back.

Last week our dog collapsed and when I called All Pets, they told me to bring her immediately. When we arrived, a nurse was ready to take her. After resolving the issue, they called the next day to follow up and check on her. They show such concern and compassion for our pet, whether it's a routine visit ir something major, we absolutely appreciate and recommend them!

I love this vet office! They’re very understanding and polite. They take great care of my pets and I’m so grateful for them. I don’t ever wanna go somewhere else! I’ve had to sadly say goodbye to some of my pets here and they’ve always been so nice and caring before, during and after. I highly recommend them! Very professional.

All Pets was the only vet facility in Bentonville willing to evaluate and treat my injured cat at closing time - even though we weren't even a current client. Every other vet I called refused and instead pointed us to the emergency clinic ($$$). They were so kind and were quick to assess and treat him so he wasn't in any further discomfort. They even stayed past their closing time to ensure our cat was safe to go home! Thank you for actually caring about pets, we appreciate you!

My dog and I had a wonderful experience for our first time at All Pets! I'll definitely be coming back regularly.

Dr. Madson is very thorough and helpful. She goes above and beyond. She sees our dog and will often call us to follow up and check on her after appointments.

I’ve been bringing my pets (2 Australian Shepherds) here since a poor experience with a pervious vet and I have not been disappointed in the slightest. I recently had to make the decision to say goodbye to my female Aussie, Sheila, after she was diagnosed with bone cancer. I can say this was the hardest decision of my life and Dr. May was so understanding, empathetic and professional. She endured countless phone calls without ever pressuring me or making me feel like she didn’t have time to talk. When I finally made the decision to say goodbye to Sheila I requested a home visit and Dr. May made it work. She did not hesitate and did everything in her power to make sure Sheila was as comfortable as possible. During Sheila’s last minute Dr. May never stopped telling her what a good girl she is and I could see the care Dr. May had for Sheila. I will never bring my pets to another clinic nor another vet. Dr. May and All Pets has my business for life. If you want a vet that will show empathy, understanding, compassion and love for a complete stranger this is the place to go. Not only has Dr. May been incredible every single encounter has been outstanding. The ladies at the desk are so kind. The vet techs shower the pets in love and affection. I can never stop saying enough about this clinic and staff. I will always be grateful of the care Sheila and Biscuit receive.

I do not have a pet that goes to this vet clinic. However, I went with my sister when she had to put her dog down due to old age. It was not setup well for privacy or saying goodbye. Zero comfort. The room they took us to was in the lobby (Bentonville location). We could hear everything - other people laughing, bringing in their pets, receptionists answering phones, etc. The nurse came in chipper and asked how he (the dog) was doing. Normally that's fine but everyone knew what the appointment was for. That may be a habit but it is very disheartening to that in a peppy tone. It cost $200. They wanted payment and paperwork done while we were in the room. It was before he was put down but felt like poor timing. When I had to put my own dog down, my vet mailed me a bill and did all the paperwork over the phone before hand. The vet was very nice. Again I do not have a pet that goes to this clinic so I cannot review everyday appointments. I am only reviewing based on my experience saying good-bye to an old friend and dog nephew. I would not take a pet here when it is time for them to pass.

I don't believe there is anything that they could do better and that goes for each trip I have made to All Pets. Every nurse, front desk girl and Doctor have always been so nice and professional. I'm so very thankful that I tried out all pets animal hospital, and I will never take my babies anywhere else.

First time having to take my afraid of everything cat to the vet and he was not feeling well, so this place and everyone I came into contact with was very helpful pleasant, very thorough! Best part didn't break the bank.

Been going here for years, first with bunnies and then with our dogs. They’ve always been amazing when it comes to helping us take care of our pets. Through various sicknesses, surgeries, or our dumb questions we’ve always had a great experience and they’ve definitely earned our trust.

Our Rory is in his final season and Dr Wolf and his nurse give great care and compassion in Rory’s comfort and help us give him the best quality of life with his aging issues. The facility is great as well and services reasonable.

We were traveling with our dog and needed a few hours of dog daycare. The All Pets Animal hospital was great. They offer overnight boarding and daycare and it was reasonably priced. They were very nice to our dog and we got to go to the museum.

We started taking our pets here when our prior veterinarian could not meet an emergent need The group is very professional and reasonable. We recently needed an appointment due to a growth on our canine's neck. We use the PetDesk app and had an appointment response within a few minutes. Having two offices near by doubled our chances of an appointment. This is a great vet surgery!

Was able to be seen as a walk in for a necessary visit for my cat. Super friendly staff and doctor. Doctor explained everything I needed to know about my pet's infection and treatment.

Kind, compassionate and caring…I arrived with my 18 year old kitty with my heart in my throat. They respected my views on elder care of pets and listened with respect. Molly and I both could not have received better care from this team including everyone from the receptionist, to the techs, and especially the doctor.

All pets-Bentonville went above and beyond my expectations, while caring for my huge baby that is a pittie with lots of love and kisses to give. They treated him like family, which was obvious when I took him the next morning and he was excited to go in without me. I can't wait for the doctors to give my lil Ace his second puppy check and get him used to his sweet providers. ????????

They gave my dog an appointment within 30 minutes of me calling for bloody vomiting. Can't ask for better than this really.

All Pet's Animal Hospital has always taken great care of my precious fur babies for the last 10 years. I have recommended them before and will continue. The entire staff and doctors are incredibly kind and take their time with me and my dogs. I have never felt rushed by the vets and each one has always taken the time to explain everything and answers all my questions.
