They are solo sweet and caring.

My dog’s meds were stolen in a break-in, and I needed to replace them on Christmas Eve. I was scared it was hopeless. But when I called, Josh was so compassionate and helpful. They worked with our out-of-town vet to get her file, and they were able to squeeze my dog in that same day. They got her exactly what she needed and were so kind and helpful. The prices were also reasonable.

After being hit by a guy in a truck who hit him on purpose I took him in to Arlington vet to check him out and they did an awesome job!! He is making a full recovery yall!

Had to sit outside and wait for someone to comes out. I brought my senior dog in for shots and heart prevention but never talk to the vet just the tech who didn't seem to knowledgeable of the products but was really trying to be helpful. I will give them another chance.

I always like this vet! The lady here really is empathetic. I didn't like not being told about prices up front. They told me the procedures but not the price, But honestly it was still cheaper than I expected for shots and working medicine. Still would recommend this place over many others in town. ????

The staff at Ada Arlington Animal Clinic have been exceptional in caring for our dogs! Most recently, they have provided such competent, compassionate care for our nine year old lab girl! They diagnosed Kennedye with diabetes, hospitalized her - providing exceptional care and calling us frequently with care updates. They discharged Kennedye with a care plan, talked with us at length regarding any questions we had, have checked in daily to further advise regarding any developments. I am pleased to report that Kennedye is progressing well at home. We so appreciate our care family at Ada Arlington Animal Clinic! We couldn’t do it without you! Thank you for caring for us all.

Helped me in my time of need

They are not allowing people in the lobby... I was concerned I wouldn't be able to talk to the dr about all my concerns with my fur baby. No worries ... Dr Rollins came out 4 times asking me questions and talking to me and ALL my concerns were addressed. My little old lady should start feeling better soon. THANK YOU DR ROLLINS ... very caring and sweet lady

One of my fur babies has severe PTSD (were DOMESTIC VIOLENCE survivors) & they work with her & are very patient & kind & she can be difficult (80pound pit bull) thanks guys for ur hard work & dedication to caring for our fur babies!

We've been taking our animals there for years. They're a little expensive - I suppose all vets are - but we've been satisfied with their services.

The vet was fantastic (I'm sorry I didn't catch HER name) The staff was great, very caring and took time to talk to us. The guy Nick should rethink working with people he was very rude and short with us. Maybe he was having a bad couple of days.But overall I would recommend them !! Thanks for taking care of Gizmo doc we are very thankful!
