This was my dogs first time being boarded. The price was great for the services offered, the staff was very friendly, and my dog seemed happy and healthy when she was picked up. I also opted for them to bathe her and clip her nails and her …

My dog was here for two days, during the day while I was at work. They do whisk your dog away when you arrive so you don't get a chance to say goodbye. Red flag. They took the bag of belongings I brought and kept them through the second day. My blanket was not returned, I was told it was in the wash because it got wet. Red flag. One of the toys I brought was missing. Red flag. My dog was wet at pickup on the second day, had a mystery injury on his paw, and redness in between his toe pads. Red flag. No idea what is going on since there are no cameras, no tours of the dog areas, or much communication. I was charged $150 for a package when I was trying to pay the $20 daily fee to pick up my dog. Red flag. Two days later it is still pending on my bank account even though the lady who mistakenly charged it said she refunded it. I will not be returning with my dog, but I will be returning for my dog's belongings.

First time dropping my 10 month old puppy off and the worker started physically pulling my dog into the back. She only stopped when I grabbed my dog. Went to pick her up after a few days, it was run like a factory and it was hard to see how they actually looked after my dog while running it like they did. Called frequently to check on her. Got vague updates on her, saying she’s playing with the other dogs. After picking her up and trying to socialize her with other dogs. She was more reserved than ever before with new dogs after being here. There are better places to drop off your dog then here. I’m sure the employees care about their animals. But they have no way to actually look after every dog like they advertise they do.

I don't usually leave a bad review unless it was bad. Now, this is only my experience but it was not good. The place got my fiance's name wrong. No big deal right? Except they continually got it wrong throughout the process so kept having to find us in other ways. When we got back to pick up the dogs, same thing, the guy was actually acting like we didnt know how to spell her name so that made it worse. It took awhile to bring the dogs out but not too bad, except the kid put their leashes on backwards. So that should about sum up their employees experience level. The worst part: there was a respiratory virus going around the place and my dogs seem to have it. They decided not to mention it to us when we picked them up. Overall, for what I expect and how simple this can be, they made it a terrible experience. Won't go back.

my boyfriends dog loved this place. We were able to go on vacation & enjoy ourselves knowing his baby was taken care of. Everyone was so kind and sweet! His girl had a smile and her tail wagging in the air when we dropped her off and picked her up. Really glad we went with this place. Good price for a stay and no problems.

I will not taking my dog back to this kennel. First off, when I dropped her off we were rushed through and I didn't even get to say goodbye (she was staying for a week, and first time being kenneled). I left them with a healthy 3 yr old fully vaccinated golden retriever that had NEVER been sick. When I picked her up, she could not walk out of the lobby without stopping to begin coughing so hard she spit up on the floor. This lead to vet visits, and treatments for an upper respiratory infection. Mind you, she has never been sick a day in her life until now. Also, if you drop your dog off, you may or may not get the items you sent with them back. They tried to give me the wrong leash and tried to tell me I didn't bring her mat when I dropped her off... aside from her food and treats, she brought 2 toys and her mat. I got 1 of her toys back and a ball that's not hers. The belongings are not a big deal on top of her health condition, but just looks really bad and unorganized in my opinion. So suffice it to say, we will not return to this establishment. I love my dog too much.

My pup was there while my family traveled to Florida for a week. He came home safely, the staff was nice, however he came home with kennel cough that we are still treating. This is not uncommon with leaving pups in the kennel. Being this was the first time we left him, I wish we knew that our pup contracting kennel cough was a possible issue. Follow up re Response from owner... There was no blame mentioned. There are different strains that the vaccination may not effect. Now I am dealing with a sick pup and vet bills thanks to the bacteria floating around.

NEVER again will I take my dog there! The owner Kim, rushed me out the door when I was saying goodbye to my dog and I should of known it wasn’t a good place when I first walked in and seen the way she was treating one of her employees. The girl literally looked like she was going to cry and went to the back after Kim had told her she wasn’t allowed to speak to customers. I then was surprised when I went back to get my dog to find that all of my dogs treats were still in the package I had sent for her and her comfort blanket was still folded up in the bag exactly as it was before I dropped her off, when they reassured me that she would be receiving it and the treats. My dog was terrified and shaking and I just wonder what on earth she went through while there for the day. I also spoke to a few of my friends who then told me about the place and that basically it’s all about the money with them and not about the basic love and care for animals. And when I seen the ‘cat condo’ they have, it truly is a sad situation. It consists of a room no larger than a walk in closet and a customers cat inside a clear enclosure and the owners cats outside in the closet area. Just sad to know a paying customers cat is in a little cage enclosure for who knows how long with no personal care and love from a human. Just sad.

Was recommended you by my Aunt and Uncle and so far I'm not happy. Was told 10a drop off, which we did. Then he'd be done by 3p. I haven't heard anything so I have tried calling. I'm better off driving there. I hope nothing is wrong with him. Finally after 15 minutes someone picked up! All I wanted to know if I had to be there at 3 or if someone would call. This was our first time here. So I had no clue how it worked. Called once, was immediately put on hold. They answered after 8 minutes on hold then hung up when I said hello. Then I called right back, immediately put on hold, I have now been on hold for 15 MINUTES and no one has answered! We will see what he looks like. Don't want to hang up because I sure I'll just be put back on hold. Next, when I called for his grooming. They asked how I'd like him groomed. I told them to like a summer shave, but DO NOT touch his tail. Pick him up at the cut the hair on his tail! And in some spots they shaved him to the point you can see his skin. Don't get me wrong I'm thankful for the recommendation, but we won't be back.

Amanda is amazing!! This was the first time my little guy got his hair cut here, I had brought him in just for a nail trim awhile back and loved the staff! Therefore, we came back to get a cut. Amanda informed me I was getting the wrong cut for my pom, I was informed else where that since he’s been shaved I would never be able to get back to that natural Pomeranian fluff. So I was very pleased to know it does come back, just takes time. Made me feel very comfortable leaving him in Amanda’s care, she knows what she is doing! Not to mention I was worried about timing due to other appointments and she had him done in two hours!!! No complaints, Mario looks amazing. We can’t wait to come back. ????????

I wasn't even sure if I was going to leave a review. We left our dog care for a one-night kennel stay. I was assured that she would not be locked up the whole time she was there and that somebody would be there at night. I explained that she had some anxiety because she is only 4 months old and has only ever been with us at home. They gave me all the right answers and we dropped her off my 4 month old pitbull. We picked her up the next day and it took about 5 minute after walking out the door to realized something wasn't right. She acted like she had no idea who I was and I just figured she was mad at us for leaving her. We got her home she was very out of it Spacey not herself at all almost scary calm. I try to chalk it up to maybe be tired. Then she started to urinate all over my house. That entire night and the next day no matter how many times we took her out she would just pee on the floor. She is potty trained! About three hours after we picked her she started to whine and at first I couldn't understand where the sound was coming from. When I realized it was her I was in shock. She finally attempted to bark and not only did she sound like a goose she was having a hard time getting out the sound. Can I call the vet the next day we took her up to get checked out and they confirm that she has some laryngitis that she must have been barking or crying for an extended amount Of time. It took her two days to snap out of whatever Daze she was in and another week for her voice to come back. I didn't call and complain because I figured it was a $29 lesson learned. I had found out later on that she had possibly been put in a smaller stacked cage in the back. I was told by a former employee that they sometimes do that when they overbook! I do not know if this happened all I know is it took me a week to get my dog back to normal. It cost me a vet visit. I believe they were overbooked and just left her in the cage. I am now taking her somewhere else for Day Care where I can actually watch her on video whenever I want. My suggestion before taking your dog anywhere is to make sure they have cameras you can watch. You can ask all the right questions and people can easily lie. This is just my experience from this place maybe you will have a different one.

It was a bit weird at first because this place was new to us and wasn’t what we were used to. And given the current state of the world with this pandemic, it was even weirder but I left my girls there for 2 nights and they were very accommodating with my phone calls to check on my babies. I picked them up and they did great! Things were much better on pickup then drop off. Would definitely use again. Very nice facility.

I went home and I brought my other Pup up and she trimmed her nails too it was the best nail trim I got ever I definitely would recommend pet Lodge USA on the cleanliness the politeness the professionalism of all their employees it's a great nice place to take your dog or cat

I don't hesitate to leave my dog here when I'm off on a motorcycle trip. They take great care of her. She is not stressed out when I pick her up, a problem I have faced with other popular kennels.

We placed our 10 year old cat in boarding for 48 hours in mid August. After being home for about a week she began scratching her ears a lot. We inspected her and identified she had ear mites. I went to a chain pet store and bought some medicine they said worked well. After 10 days on this medicine and daily cleaning we noticed she was not getting better. We decided to take her to her veterinarian. After $136.00 she is finally improving. Our cat is a totally inside cat and never goes outside or in contact with any other cats to contract these ear mites. No doubt it came from her 2 day stay at Pet Lodge USA. My bad for not inspecting or questioning them about their lodging rooms prior to boarding her, however I want to warn other to beware. Your pet is not being left in a clean environment. They worry about fleas, however they don’t inspect the pets they take in for anything else.
