Very friendly and good to Animals

This place is wonderful to take your animals to they take care of your animals with love and make sure they are in good heath and they are very affordable compared to other vet offices i would recommend to anyone. The vets are also very caring and talk everything over with you.You can tell they actually care about the animals.

We had an emergency situation and they took us in right away and confirmed our fears about our dog. However, the staff was so kind and supportive, it was a pleasure to know our pet was in good hands. Dr Shedan is an extremely kind and caring person and a very knowledgeable veterinarian. Very compassionate and understanding. The front office staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and Ebert's is now our vet for both of our pets.

Our cat ???? Garfield had a bite injury and was a scared, difficult patient. The staff was concerned, compassionate and handled the situation so nicely. We have used this clinic for years and have always been pleased with their services. Linda and Steve

They take care of my sweet fur babies. The Drs. and vet tech are very kind. The vet tech is a sweetheart, and very good with my babies who can be picky about who handles them. My animals have been going here for 15+ years, never have I had one complaint.

This place was a find on Google while searching for a vet for my cat whom was very very sick. They not only squeezed me in the very next day talking to them but they were amazing with my cat, and the visit was very fast. I highly recommend. And this is now where all 3 of my fur babies will be going.????

This is a wonderful Animal Hospital to take your pets to. The doctors and the staff are amazing. They treat your pet as if it was theirs. The doctors are very knowledgeable and patient with your pets. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

When Dr. Ebert was the vet great service best Doctor ever.I am very disappointed with Dr. Shed an I will not see him again .He is not the type of veterinarian I want for my precious pets.

Ok went in for my dog that was scratched in the eye.They did eye drop test said it’s just a scratch ,apply cream will heal in week or so ok no worries. Three days later his eye ball is blowing out by the purple We return there for an earlier follow up first thing they say is you have to pay for this follow up ok no problem .The vet says oh boy it’s bad need to remove the eye .What 3 days earlier it was ok they said it would heal.Remove the eye for 2000 dollars .Come to find out he gave my dog wrong med for eye that caused it to blow out .Took my dog to another vet they repaired the eye for under 100 and saved the eye.was told they fix most of eberts mistakes .Ebert vet is trash please share with me if you went through a nightmare with them also

I love coming here. I’ve only gone a few times but the entire staff is absolutely astounding, they make you feel like family and give your pet the best care they can. The ladies in the front love holding my kittens and showing them to each other it’s adorable. Prices are very reasonable. I’m 20 and am in college so I want the best care at the best prices and this place is definitely it. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend coming here!!!

The office visits are a little pricey but my Dr. Is very attentive!

Ebert animal hospital is great...my only negative comment would be that they charge 25 to get your pets nails trimed..It would be nice if they charged less for nails if you are there for your pets yearly shots.I can see charging 25 if that's the only reason you are there..

They got us in quick and everyone I met while in the building was very friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this Veterinarian!

I just want to say that I've been coming here for 7 yrs ! This was the first time any of my dogs had to do Severe dental work! Prices are pretty much the same or cheaper here then anywhere else I was quoted. I trusted Dr eburts with my yorkie and I'm happy that I did ! They pulled 18 teeth and the remaining teeth left (lol) looked brand spanking new ! Gums went back to the original pink color ! They kept me updated throughout the whole process! Nestle is doing great ! He's back to his old dapper self ! Im so happy we went through with the surgery!

I called for my dog who has a mass. It’s now a open wound and she can’t get surgery for 3 weeks.. I just wanted them to look at her and maybe wrap it for me & give her some antibiotics. She said they are booked today and won’t even look at her. I don’t understand how a animal hospital is booked and won’t look at my animal. Lady was short on the phone

Kind and friendly staff. We have been bringing an injured stray in for follow up appointments and he has been completely at ease with the staff.

Since dr ebert passed away. This place has gone straight down hill. There new manager has zero people stills. When dr ebert was alive it was a small family. Othet them dr radial. Every one else have totally attiude

Puppy's 1st visit, did great job for puppy that was a little scared.

The doctor and all the staff were so nice.

Medical staff is nice but seemingly overworked. Prices are on par with pretty much any other animal clinic in town. The office staff is a totally different story. They're all often condescending and snarky, but Patty/Pattie is a particularly rude person. I overheard her making fun of a patient's owner in the lobby twice and then was extremely rude to someone else on the phone while I was paying my vet bill. ALL WITHIN ONE VISIT! This person must be sleeping with someone there to keep their job. Sleazy people like Patty have ruined the great, positive, and professional atmosphere Dr. Ebert used to provide.
