Phoned office late on a Friday afternoon with an issue with our cat. They were able to see him right away. From the phone operator, vet tech and vet we received excellent service. Everyone was so caring.

Great medical care of our dog, both routine care and surgical . Wonderful staff !

TW: Passing of beloved pet. Prior to today, my family had never taken our pets to this clinic. One of our cats was severely ill. Her name was Destiny. Despite never had been to their hospital they seen us as soon as possible, almost right as they opened. They did all they could and I truly believe that. I think they took very good care of Destiny and tried their hardest to find the source of her pain, discomfort and illness. Sadly, our Destiny was too far gone due to what they discovered was kidney failure. We followed their suggestion to let our little girl rest, though it hard, they were kind, sensitive, and supportive. One nurse held and rubbed our Destiny's paw as she passed in my mothers arms, while we reminded her of how much of a good girl she was, and that she was loved. We're going to keep this vet as our primary vet, and bring in our other kitties to be seen very soon. We can't thank the staff enough for all they did. Thank you again staff at Ark for helping make Destiny's final moments as peaceful and painless as possible.

The Ark Veterinary Hospital takes great care of our beloved cat from Hades. They know she is going to rip them up one side and down the other, and they still welcome her with a smile!

Ark veterinary hospital is a good place to take your pets . All the staff are friendly and helpful to explain what needs to be done The tech's and dr are also thorough about answering questions. Please make sure and ask if you do a blood test or test of any kind that they will give you a script that you can fill anywhere of your choosing. If blood work needs done every six months can I get a six month script or will I be told the following month that your pets due for a yearly exam and even though you as a pet owner did exactly what was asked we will not give you a six month supply until you have a yearly exam the following month. Why would you not examine the dog upon the blood draw visit charge accordingly instead of making a person bring the pet back. My dog is now going to be without medication since I had a major surgery and can not lift anything over 10 pounds so I will run out of pills before I will be able to physically lift her to take her anywhere. I knew about my surgery thought I had things in check and find out oh no I dont and this is one more to stress about in a very stressful time. So no I will never be back to such a place, and please do not reply call us to discuss because I got nowhere when we were on the phone. I was told this is the law which I find hard to believe since you just saw the dog last month to do the test and now wont give me a script.i would like to see a copy of this law. I do a yearly heartworm test as well and I have always gotten a years supply of pills not just until i was told she would need another exam before we can give you enough for the year. What a crock.

Staff is always very friendly and compassionate. Boarding was also great. They were also very good for routine vaccine appointments and basic checkups. However, DO NOT take your cat here for a sickness or something else non-routine. We now have a dead cat because she wasn't treated/followed up properly. She had some sort of infection or sickness when we went in the first time. Got better for a couple weeks after fluids and an antibiotic shot. When we went for the checkup, they asked US what we wanted to check. I'm sorry, but that is NOT my job. I have no idea what internals need to be checked on a cat to make sure they're healthy. I'm not a vet, I'm just a loving pet owner. I expect the professionals to let me know what they think should be checked out. Had we gotten blood work done again at the second check-up, perhaps we could have done something else to treat our poor cat or at least prevent her from suffering. But she was clearly in pain and passed away on the way to an emergency vet hospital. Absolutely heart breaking.

1st time at this vet hospital I brought in a little Kitty that I found the night before. The vet saw her and it was way worse than I thought. The little baby was very very sick And had a grim prognosis. I. I got really emotional when the vet offered to take her in and see what she could do. I I recomend going here as they are professional and compassionate. :)

It would have been nice to know that you cant go into the building with your pet. Especially if you have never been there before.

Wow I love this place! Great people it was my first time at a vet they definitely care about what there doing! Made both me and my pup comfortable! I definitely would go back!

I love Ark and could not recommend them enough. They have been so attentive to our fur babes and were the only Vet to really listen to us about our pups digestive issues and diagnosed him with IBS and immediately got us on the right track. Without them he wouldn’t be thriving like he is. They are super friendly and get us in super quick. They take special care with our special needs boy. Marshall loves all of them VERY much, and so do we.

Every time I visit Ark Vet Hosp everyone is very nice. They genuinely care about my pets. During a difficult time when we had to put two different kitties down, they were fantastic!!

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Ark. The team is so caring and sweet to my dog, but also responsive and professional. The vets and the entire team genuinely love and care for dogs. Everything is clean and organized. They've repeatedly gone out of their way so my pup and I have a great experience, from sourcing vet records from my last vets to cutting up pills into a smaller size for my dog. This team is fantastic! Thanks for taking such good care of my dog!

We have been taking our fur babys to ark since the 1970s and it was always like going to a trusted friend. I was very shocked to find that Roger had turned his back on the care of the fur babys. I was very surprised that we got no notice of his departure. We hope he finds much happiness in his new endeavor, but feel very sorry for the fur babys. Thank you Roger all your past kindness.

By far the BEST vet I've ever been to. My pittie had a lump that was diagnosed as a cyst by my previous vet but the wonderful staff at Ark Veterinary gave me the proper diagnosis of a mast cell tumor. They got a surgery scheduled the next day and have been unbelievably supportive and professional in helping me and my dog through this process. I would give them 10 stars if I could, without them I might've lost my dog. I really can't recommend them enough. Your furry friends are in the best hands at Ark Veterinary.
