Nice and friendly staff. Did a great job on my puppys nails. Shes anxious but they made her so calm and all smiles! You can tell they are passionate about what they do. I recommend them!

Achilles and Loki seem like they’re treated well when they arrive and certainly seem clean cut and well groomed when they leave. Scheduling can sometimes be a hassle, but other than that I’d recommend Fur Koats to anyone with fur babies.

Would not use this groomer made an appointment for my 3 dogs and was met at the door by a young man telling me that Stephanie was sick and not working that day. He also told me he received a text telling him that they were closed. I said it would have been nice if I had been contacted. I believe in giving second chances so I called during the day to see if I could bring the dogs in the next day. The phone just rang not even an answering machine. I called Saturday morning finally had the receptionist answer I asked to speak to Stephanie and was put on hold and the the line was disconnected. I am done with Fur Koats do not know how you run a business this way

Dogs are given water and walked, atmosphere is safe and friendly.

My dog will be 13 this June and she has never had a better grooming than she received at Fur Koats...it was my first time there and I will definitely come back!

Now that Debbie is not able to groom, her assistant was not ready to go solo. She did exactly the opposite of what I asked for in a cut, and took over 5 hours instead of the normal 3 hours. Maybe Darlene will improve over time, but for now, I will not be returning.

They did a good job with my dog.

Very Welcoming, that was about it as far as positive goes. Came back to pick up and walked into screaming directed at our animals. The lady had a full size Malamute on the table hooked to the overhead rod. She walked away from dog on the table. The dog fell off the table still attached. Yet more screaming. We got home and our dogs were not acting right. The male would flintch away when you went to pet him. The girl would not let you touch her head. Mind you these two dogs love attention. The dogs actions with the neglect of the Malamute only tells me that my dogs were yelled at and struck. I'm not writing this because I'm not returning, that's a give in. I'm writing this so others are aware.

I have known Debbie at Fur Koats for 15 years. Both my mother and I have taken our precious fur babies there. Debbie and her assistants do a very nice job and lovingly handle our dogs and my 2 cats. Her prices are very reasonable as well. I read the other review that stated her dogs were handled roughly. Of course I wasn't present when the incident supposedly occured but I have a very hard time believing this could happen at Fur Koats, Debbie LOVES animals. I have seen Debbie cry when a dog that she grooms passes away. My opinion is you should try Fur Koats for yourself to see what a nice job they do. Kristina B, Willoughby Hills
