Each time I’ve gone in they’ve been helpful and attentive. I got two of my cat trees here and they helped me carry them to my car. I appreciate their customer service and their love of animals. They’re always helpful and their love of pets is clear.

They were super nice here and didn't seem to be experiencing nearly the amount of supply shortages as some of the other stores. I found a lot of good things for my heavy chewer dogs, my picky cats, and my big fishtank. I saw a small animal section too that looked fairly well stocked. They didn't mind setting my things to the side so I could engrave a tag for my newest pet (who didn't yet have a name/phone number tag). They have elk antlers!

I posted a review to their Facebook page and it was removed. I believe I have also been blocked from writing a review on there but I will have my complaints and concerns to be known and I will be contacting corporate about this. Last week I visited the Westerville location and was appalled to see the state of it. The store was a mess and hard to navigate to reach the aisles because there was too many displays blocking the path. I was shocked to see the state of the reptiles where three ball pythons were housed together (on the wrong substrate) when there were plenty of open spaces for them to be housed separately (which they should be). There was also a tortoise with a very bare bones enclosure and it seemed very stressed to be out in the open. The cricket keeper was a mess of cardboard and piles of dead crickets layered at the bottom along with piles of waste. When I had purchased these crickets and brought them home, they would die very quickly even with proper care. I visited another location to purchase crickets and they are not dying. Dead crickets release a pheromone that causes the other crickets within the same area to die, so the live ones being exposed to mass amounts of that pheromone, has caused the crickets to die easily after being brought home. I have wasted a lot of money on these crickets and I will not be returning to this store any longer. I brought up these issues with an employee who has told me that other customers have had the same complaints and concerns and the employee was also concerned about these issues. I spoke to the manager about my concerns. He told me according to company policy, they can house multiple ball pythons together (which should not be a policy if that is the case as housing multiple ball pythons together can make them aggressive). He also told me there was no hide to give to the tortoise. If you do not have the proper supplies to care for an animal, that animal should not be ordered to sell at the store. I brought up the issue about the crickets which he merely told me that he was aware of that, didn't even tell me that it would be taken care of. Overall, he seemed generally uncaring about any of my concerns. I used to love this store but since management has changed in the past months, it had gone downhill and I am afraid I will be shopping at other locations that far exceed the quality and state of this location.

This store sold us on Redford Naturals Salmon and Sweet Potato food for our dog. It’s a good food and our dog is in great health. The problem is, now that our dog is been on this food for a year, the store never has it in stock. I’ve been to the store multiple times and it is always out of stock. Whenever I ask when it will be available, the staff always have a glazed look and no answer. The manager should do their job and order sufficient product. Don’t sell people on a product if you can’t deliver. Poor service.

Seems a little dirty. A little unorganized and messy. There is not a nice flow of the products. Sales and pricing seem to be affordable. Employees are hard to locate for questions or help.

Didn't have what I was looking for, but very nice store. I have shopped here previously.

We have two shihtzu pups that we brought to this location for grooming. Nikki was incredible! She was great with communicating with us and was able to make our girls look great after a year of home grooming. We will be back!

My cat recently got put on a special (read difficult to find and more expensive) diet, and everyone here was amazing. I look forward to the next time I get to come in. Employees were helpful and kind, and what I wanted was in stock. It certainly doesn't hurt that pet supplies plus sends out great coupons by email also.

Nice location with a large selection of treats, toys and food for my dogs. There is always something on sale so that is good too.

Friendly workers and good prices!

The employees here were wonderful! Took my 2 big rescue dogs in to bathe them and they were loved and coddled by the entire staff! Nice to see that they are so passionate about pets!

This place is awesome! I've been here in the past and not had stellar thoughts about it, but they have redone some things, and their fish selection is pretty amazing for a non specialty store. Prices are great and the people that work there are very very friendly! I'll be back here quite often now!

Absolutely love this store! Ordered online for the first time this weekend and it was a total breeze. They were easy to communicate with and the order was delivered quickly! I’m so glad I went with them rather than ordering from Amazon or some other online retailer! They called me to tell me they were out of stock of the one toy, and asked what I would like to switch it with! So nice!!!
