They take great care of our dog and cat. They always figure out the problem and come up with the right diagnosis. They are especially responsive if we have an emergency. Highly recommended!

My puppy is 6 months and we have been going here since her first shots and she just got her first groom! Every employee is friendly and caring, they all do a fantastic job!! Really a place I can trust, if I ever have questions they always give me the best advice!!! Highly recommend, I couldn’t go anywhere else!

This office is wonderful to deal with. They are professional and efficient while being friendly and easy to deal with. Appointments are always on time. The staff and docs are great with my pets. They helped me through a difficult time with my first dog as well as ongoing care for my current pets. I absolutely recommend them.

Love My Vet! Staff is friendly and always treats our dog so well. Lots of rubs and treats. Our dog is not afraid to come here unlike other facilities. They get us in last minute if need be and always follow up. We left for a while bc our dog needed 24-hr medical boarding but cane back bc the care and staff are hard to beat. Thank you!

I really didn't know what to pick poor quality seemed to be the best pick. I called 9 am today and wanted a grooming and a vet appt all in the same day.there 9 mins away from me .my dog is older and she's gotten a little rotten over the years so trimming and cutting in between the years has been not easy at all and some what of a big fail. Anyways the groomer was booked up and I find this across the bored .there's never a same day groomer and vet ever seems like unless u book in advance years .so I said it's a health issue at this point that hair has grown around her price and feet making it a health issue that I would assume I'd call a vet for correct ?my dogs older and I tried to explain my concerns .I was cut off and said no type of hair cutting at all was done by the vets and it was all done by the groomer .I said I was making appt. For her ears seems she has a infection .well cut off again.so my question Mr and Mrs vet team .I'm not sure if you answered or your personal. But I was very clear it was a ear issue and if I was to bring her in ...the hair is a issue at this point on priv part but feet ears causing issue as I was explaining cut off again if I had been given the respect I deserved and AGIN CUT OFF .I WOULD HAVE FINISHED BY SAYING I KNOW YOUR UNDERSTAFFED GROOMING DEPARTMENT IS STRUGGLING AND ONE VET BLESS HER HART BUT ALL I WAS ASKING WAS COULD THEY HELP ME WITH THE ISSUE IVER GROWN HAIR IN PLACES THATS CAUSING HER DISCOMPFORT.ITS NOT A GROOMING ISSUE ITS A VET ISSUE AT THIS POINT AND I KNOW ANYONE READING THIS AND ANY VET READING THIS WOULD AGREE .YOU DIDNT LET ME FINISH AND WHO EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE TODAY BETWEEN 9 04 AND 915 DIDNT FEEL I HAD A VET ISSUE AND HEARD HAIR AND CUR ME OFF .I JUST FEEL THAT I CALLED AT THE WRONG TIME OR GOT MISLEADING INFO CAUSE WHY WOULD I EVER HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT.

This vet clinic is absolutely amazing best staff and best veterinarians I've ever had the pleasure to have take care of my cats, very passionate and caring staff, they feel like family and even when they're crowded they still make the time to make sure that your pets needs are met and their well-being is cared for. While My Vet Animal Hospital is not my primary veterinary hospital, the rescue that I foster for uses them, I found myself in need of emergency surgery for my personal pet after he ingested multiple strings while bringing in a foster when we could not get into our primary care hospital. Dr. Watts and the team at My Vet were absolutely phenomenal throughout this process - even though they had to squeeze Theo in and he was not a patient prior to this emergency, there was no hesitation on their end to say he could come for x-rays. Theo did require surgery, which meant that the team was staying later than they had to so they could provide him with care. The day we were there was clearly very busy, and I can only imagine how stressful it had to of been but we were shown nothing but empathy and compassion when it came to Theo's care. They were upfront and communicative throughout the entire process, checking in with me about his care before, during, and after the procedure and ensuring that he was healing well when he was sent home. It will be a month in a week since his surgery, and he has recovered like nothing was ever wrong with him. His fur is growing back, and he is back to terrorizing the dogs in our house. We will be forever grateful for the compassion that was shown to us when we were in need, and for providing Theo with an opportunity to thrive well beyond his first six months of life.

After 40+ years of having pets as my family, and more critters than I care to admit, I have had my share of vet experiences. My Vet has been the best so far. We have been clients since they opened their doors! They are caring, patient, thorough with care and explanations. They listen and understand.

We could not be happier with My Vet!! They are always so kind, super responsive, and treat our dog like their own. Every single person er have worked with at My Vet has been loving and supportive with our dog, and patient and very helpful with us- patiently explaining every procedure and issue with our dog. Highly recommend this excellent practice.

My Vet is amazing. The staff is always kind and the doctors are knowledgeable. I had 3 failed attempts at other clinics trying to find treatment for my cat. They wouldn’t listen to my concerns or believe what I was saying was happening at home. Dr. Watts immediately looked at the situation and found a solution. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone care and validate my concerns. While it can be a little more expensive than other clinics, the care for my pet and the wonderful experience is fully worth it.

We have a puppy so we've only been here twice but oh my gosh! Excellent care, excellent staff, location is super easy to get to and the curbside pickup and drop off is very timely. We have nothing but excellent experience!

Switched to My Vet after being a customer at a different practice for 20 years and couldn't be happier! Dr. Watts is wonderful and has taken great care of my 5 babies. Staff is always quick and pleasant to deal with. Excellent value for the money too.

I am so happy that I started bringing my pets to My Vet. Last summer, a stray cat we had rescued kept having breathing issues and our regular vet kept assuring me it wasn’t a big deal and would resolve on its own. I just wasn’t comfortable so I brought Herald to My Vet. The technicians listened to my concerns and Dr. McArdle was AMAZING. She gave my cat a thorough checkup and told me that thankfully we caught the issue before it became pneumonia. Two rounds of antibiotics and now my sweet Herald is back to terrorizing the household. I also just had another cat, Mama Kitty, in when I noticed limping. Again, the techs were great with her, Dr. Dan quickly ruled out any serious injuries and got us some meds to manage her pain while she recovered. Her even called to check on her a few days later. We have now taken several pets there and have seen every doctor and technician and they are all amazing. The reception team is always friendly, and helpful, the technicians are caring and attentive and the doctors are all the very best.

I recently acquired a yr. old female kitten, when she turned up at a friends backdoor. I looked for a low cost spay option because my son wanted to pay for it. We tried a no frills clinic, 24 hrs. after, we rushed her to Dr. Jill, because her stiches all opened and she was at risk of loosing her life. Today 1 week later our little rescue is alive and thriving because of Dr. Jill's meticulous care and attention to detail. Her husband also saved our sweet Spaniel from someone's mistake. They are a thoroughly dedicated team of consummate professionals. If you love your pets, don't risk their care to anyone else. Thank You Both So Much!!!!!!!

I had never been to this practice before but my regular vet couldn’t get me in. The girl who answered my call was so kind and helpful and scheduled me an appointment immediately. Dr. Whatts was phenomenal, she couldn’t have been nicer and more compassionate to me as we talked through my dogs situation and came to the difficult decision that it was her time to go. If I decide to get another pet in the future I will not take them anywhere else by My Vet Animal Hospital, this office is the best. The assistants were all so kind and supportive as well. A great experience out of a devastating situation.

My vet has been the best experience every time I've had to bring my dogs in. They helped me with the worst experience of my life of putting my 16 year old pomeranian down and also vet checked our litter of min pins. I'm truly thankful we found them! The doctor is one of the sweetest people and truly cares about the animals.

All of the vets and technicians are incredible. I have referred many neighbors and friends to them. If you want a vet that treats your animals as family like you do, this the place.

First time visit. Got us in before other vets. Very impressed with total service. Would like to go inside after this COVID situation but curbside service was excellent. Had many things to get caught up on for our dog health, and he got groomed. Very happy with the whole experience. So was our dog!

My wife and I love this place. Dr. McArdle took amazing good care of our cat, she was patient and attentive while answering our questions and even did a one week follow up to see how our cat was doing. We live in Pickerington and bring our cat here even though there are a handful of vets between Pickerington and Westerville.

Amazing! I was having a hard time finding a place that could take care of rabbits a little out of the way for me but totally worth it! I changed over to My Vet after being disappointed by another vet office. The reason I changed was I felt like a number, not a place that really cared about my pet. The minute I walked in to My Vet I was greeted with huggs for Bobby (my terrier) and a family atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and take your animal here you will be happy you did... and so will your pet ☆☆♡
