AVOID: Owner of this clinic is aggressive and rude, trying to overcharge for a very poor service. If you care for your animals do not use this small clinic as they overcharge and the owner will be aggressive and rude to you. Cryan Vetinary Clinic is much better, professional and are so caring. I have used Cryan for 12 years I would definitely recommend them to look after your beloved pets.

Absolutely amazing, words can’t begin to explain how much I love this clinic. I have a bearded dragon named Goob who they went above and beyond for. They called me to keep me updated and always let me know day of and a day before about my appointment. They checked on him after surgery and got us in when no one else could. This team definitely cares about every single animal that comes in, it’s truly not just a job to them they really do love these animals. So glad I could find such an amazing company. Also their prices are INCREDIBLE! I absolutely love them and will forever be in business here. Picture of my cute Goob!

I had a terrible experience with this vet for my puppy. I am a first time dog owner so I asked a lot of questions to ensure my boy had the best quality care. An overweight blonde woman with glasses who worked the front desk was mad at me because she though I was yelling at my dog while I was on the waiting room. My dog was jumping on people and I was controlling him so he could stop. I was very offended by that comment and the main vet wasn’t helpful or enthusiastic about my puppies appointment when I asked her questions on best pet food and daycare … My puppy is an Aussie standard btw and yes he is hyper but very nice. Also, my puppy goes to daycare since I return to the office for work. I asked them to give me the shot that is required for going to daycare . They gave me the wrong one and charged me for both. REALLY unprofessional. Will not be returning to this vet.

I contacted cedar Hill animal clinic about having my pet rat Tinkerbell euthanized due to cancer. They gave me the appointment while I was on the phone, trying to find a place that would let me be with her as she transitioned to the Rainbow Bridge. I was given an appointment at one time, contacted them back to let them know that she was having trouble breathing. They moved my appointment up three hours to get her in to their beautiful facility to address my concerns for Tinkerbell. Upon my arrival they knew right off that it was Tinkerbell and ushered me quickly into a room. Mikhaila came in and we spoke about having her euthanized and then my suspicions were right She had cancer because the lumps were growing bigger overnight. Tinkerbell was euthanize was such kindness and care. As I walked out her staff said to me they were so sorry, and I know they meant it. The other day I received a beautiful card from cedar Hill animal clinic and all the staff wrote me such kind words of encouragement, which will be forever etched in my heart. I would recommend this facility for anyone that may find their self in the predicament I was in or even to bring your beautiful baby in to be a regular patient.

The clinic is very clean. The receptionist, technicians and assistants are very kind. However, the communication is not the best. I emailed Dr. Weidner over a week ago because I was concerned about my dog’s chest x-rays (we were there to check for metastasis of melanoma my dog had removed in August). One of the x-rays didn’t look right and I was worried. Dr. Weidner responded to my first two emails, however, she never responded to my last one. Instead, I received a call from the office manager. She left a voicemail. I called back the next day and was told by the receptionist the office manager had stepped out for a moment, but would return my call as soon as she returned that day. I waited and didn’t hear anything. The next day I called and spoke with the receptionist who told me the office manager was not in that day. I asked if she could relay my questions to Dr. Weidner. She said yes. She said Dr. Weidner would get back to me after her appointments that day. This was last Friday. I still have not heard back from anyone concerning my dog’s x-rays. If this were just a regular check up I wouldn’t be too concerned. But this is to check for metastasis. I’m really disappointed in the lack of communication. It seems to be a common issue amongst many veterinarians lately. To summarize: if you have questions about your pet’s condition and want to speak more in depth with Dr. Weidner, it’s very apparent that she isn’t willing or simply just doesn’t care to take the time to follow up with you. I would advise seeing a different veterinarian in this case.

Cedar Hill is amazing! Such a clean and welcoming facility and the doctors are absolutely top-notch. They are kind, communicative, knowledgable, and always take their time with every appointment. We drive from Hilliard to go here because it is simply the best!

Dr. Nicole is amazing! The staff is so kind and friendly. They provide estimates before hand which is really nice so you have a good idea of costs. They answer all of your questions and are so patient and caring. Our lab loves the whole team. Best veterinarian around hands down!

I cannot speak highly enough of Cedar Hill Animal Clinic. They have helped us through thick and thin. They were a source of support while we had to put down our cat and have been amazing with all of our other animals. They are accommodating, thoughtful, detail-oriented and friendly. We wouldn’t trust our fur babies to anyone else! If you’re looking for an amazing family vet…this is your place.

Was disappointed today. Called office for a visit for my dog that was sick on a Wednesday, was told they could not see him until Monday due to being short staff. Therefore had to go to a new clinic that fit him in immediately, downfall is now I have to pay for both sick visit and new patient visit since he is not established there. When calling around to other clinics they all informed me that I should have been fit in since this is my dogs established vet.

A few days before I had to go out of town, I noticed my cat continuously digging at his ears and shaking his head constantly. I used a cat ear cleanse solution and cotton balls to help clear out visible wax, but the digging and head shaking continued. I didn't want my cat suffering and possibly doing a lot of damage to his ears while I was out of town, so I needed to take him to a vet ASAP. My regular vet wasn't able to see my cat before I had to leave town, so I called Cedar Hilll Animal Clinic, as I drive past them every day. I called on a Saturday morning at 8:10am, and the receptionist was very pleasant and understanding, and made room in the schedule for me to bring my cat in a few hours later that same day, even with being a brand new patient. They did a cytology of the debris in my cat's ears and learned he had bacteria and yeast in both ears. Did a deep cleaning of both ears, put in drops, and gave me a steroid for him to take. Their prices were on par with what I've seen at other clinics, if not a little less. The vet I saw (can't remember her last name but I know it started with an H) and the vet tech were both so loving and gentle with my cat, and did their best to make him feel comfortable. You can tell they are genuine animal lovers. The clinic itself is very nice inside, and very clean. I would highly recommend this vet practice!

I have never had such an amazing vet team before! Every single person has cared so much for my baby & they are continuing to help him recover from a traumatic injury. They actually know what they’re doing when it comes to rabbits which is hard to find! They came highly recommended & were listed on the House Rabbit Society’s official recommendation page and I fully support their great reputation. They see a lot of exotics as well as dogs and cats & they are very knowledgeable about the care and handling of so many different species. Everyone there is so friendly, kind, & genuine. It’s very easy to get in contact with them, & if you have any questions about your pet they actually take the time to go find the right answer instead of making up an answer on the spot (which I have experienced with other vet facilities before). I appreciate their honesty & transparency the most, it really goes a long way. They are so dedicated in finding the right treatment plan & they have the resources to consult with other veterinarians if need be. They truly go above and beyond here because they care about making every single pet happy & healthy. I trust all of my animals with the vet team here because I know my pets are in good hands. If you’re looking for an exotic vet or even one for just your dog or cat, I highly recommend going to Cedar Hill-you won’t be disappointed!

Took my dog in without an appointment and they gave him emergency surgery and did an amazing job! They were very open with me and called me multiple times to update me on his progress. So grateful they took such great care of my little guy!

Cedar Hill does an amazing job. We’ve moved a lot over the years and because of that I’ve had to use a number of vets depending on where we will. This team stands out. Dr. Headlee took such great care of my dog when she needed surgery, and my pup had a problem-free recovery and is doing so well. The front staff and techs are so great with my animals, especially my skittish and stranger-danger rescue dog. They do such a great job keeping her calm and making the interaction a low stress situation. I can’t recommend this vet clinic enough!

My lab has been with Dr Headlee since her practice opened. The doctor and her staff are super responsive and are awesome with the patients and parents. She saw my dog (emergency visit) because he was lethargic (he ate sometime he shouldn’t have), she medicated my pup and personally called to check on him. Within 24 hours he was back to normal. We have since moved to Florida and we still see Dr Headlee twice a year.

Cedar Hill Animal Clinic saved the day for our rescue. We were recommended by another rescue group. We had a kitten named Joe Exotic who had a nasty eye infection. His eye needed to be removed but he was only 1 pound. Dr. Headlee took astronomical care of him and he is all healed up. The price was completely unbeatable. All of the staff are amazing. I am not a person that writes reviews. However Cedar Hill Animal Clinic and the excellent care they provide has motivated me to comment. If you are thinking of getting a second opinion or need a great Veterinarian, you can stop reading now and call to make an appointment. The care for all of our pets has been beyond excellent. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly. You can tell everyone there really has a passion for animals. This is more than a job for them. I am not taking my animals anywhere else. If they are busy, it is because Everyone else already knows about them and is willing to wait in line.

I cannot say enough positive things about Cedar Hill Animal Clinic. The entire staff, from reception to vet techs to Dr. Headlee, are just so incredibly kind and compassionate. I have a 2 year old German Shepherd, Link, with several rare diseases that we could just not figure out despite many vet visits and trips to MedVet. I then randomly met Dr. Headlee at Rocky Fork Dog Park with her beautiful fur babies, Moose & Lemon, and after chatting for a bit I had an appointment scheduled with her that next morning. We finally started to get the answers we had been so desperately searching for for months. Dr. Headlee is so incredibly talented when it came to thinking outside of the box every time we hit a dead-end trying to figure out what as going on. If it wasn’t for the quick thinking of Max and Dr. Headlee, I truly do not believe Link would be here with us today. The care Link receives is exceptionally pawesome, and I will forever be grateful!
