I got a kitten about a month ago and when I first brought her into the vet, they said she had conjunctivitis with a possibility of herpes. They gave me an ointment to treat her with. Told me it was JUST conjunctivitis. The next time I brought her in I asked them to verify for me if I could bring her around my other cats. They gave me the okay to introduce her to my other cats. Now skip to the most recent time I brought her in, now they’re telling me “she might have herpes but we don’t know”. Now one of my other cats is experiencing the same symptoms. FIV cuts a cat’s lifespan in half. Please do better banfield.

BE AWARE OF OVERCHARGING. The lady I talked to about the procedures grossly overcharged me and signed me up for the most expensive test possible and didnt inform me of the price beforehand. My cat had a surgery and blood transfusion and needed a follow up PCV test because she was anemic. I had already spent $7000 to save her and am financially strained. Medvet referred me to a family vet to have a more affordable test. They signed me up for a test that was $150 more than what was needed. IT SAID IN THE PAPERWORK from medvet (that they asked for???) exactly what she needed and her history. When I called for the update after her tests they had to ask me about what she underwent and said they didnt read anything! I asked for my cat to be put in a cone while she was waiting because I didnt want her licking her stitches, but when i called an hour later she wasnt in one!! They tried to charge me for that too. when she finally had one on they negligently stuffed her in her carrier that didnt fit with her cone in and the string was EXTREMELY TIGHT around her neck. The lady spent more time trying to poorly explain about their care membership and pushing me to buy things than actually informing me of her procedures and care. Although this person made my experience here difficult, the front desk people were very kind and helpful. The vet also felt like she cared. Just be aware when talking about your procedures and call to make sure the technician/whoever is with your pet in between is treating them okay. Personally I dont feel comfortable taking my pet here again knowing theres one or two people being careless with my cat.

Nice, clean facility, helpful staff, and the Wellness Plans they offer have really helped me save hundreds of dollars over the course of the year, Thank Goodness for Banfield, truly appreciated.

This is the best Banfield location, my chihuahua was attacked by another dog and I called around and no one had any room to squeeze my baby in, this location squeezed him right in, they were so friendly, professional and the communication was fantastic, even though this location is a good drive away I’ll continue to visit this location.

They were great. I usually go to the one in Polaris but they couldn't fit me in for awhile and I was concerned about my cat. They got her in and took great care of her. They still have curb side drop off but from drop off to pick up the ladies were pleasant on the phone as well as at the door. The surgeon well she was also very pleasant and informative. I felt like my cat was in good hands. She is now doing so much better. Thank you Banfield for your care and for taking the time to get her in.

Thank you to the staff who helped make my Shadow's final moments without any pain and suffering. They even got me his paw print in a clay ornament, which is beautiful. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Every single time I bring my pets here, the appointment takes over an hour and a half. There’s no point in scheduling an appointment for a specific time if you can not see the pet at the time the appointment is scheduled for in the first place. I have gone to other banfield locations and my pet is always seen within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. Will never visit this location again.

I happened to find a kitten in my yard one morning. He was very small, dirty, and just weakly looking. I decided to keep him and nurture him as I am a cat lover. I called Banfield Pet Hospital that morning and they were able to see the kitten that same day. They did everything that they needed and could do that day. The price was very reasonable and it was such a wonderful and professional experience for me as a new kitty(pet) owner. I decided to establish medical care for my little kitten at that Banfield Pet Hospital. I look forward to future appointments for my little guy and overall I could not recommend a better veterinarian than Banfield Pet Hospital in Westerville.

Friendly, accommodating, doesn't smell like a hospital or sick animals. And friendly, caring staff who wish to make you and your pet feel better. But do you want to know the absolute best part? Their building uses Honeywell Multisite equipment and EMS software to control the building!!! That is truly epic! This is THE top-of-the-line tech here! I mean, these guys are on the cutting edge of quantum computing! The LEADING edge! Imagine how well they must be able to control your building AND save your business money! This is absolutely awesome! If you take your pet to some other veterinarian it just shows you don't really love your animal and don't care about her\his comfort. You should be ashamed! Switch to Banfield today!!!

Armonie was rude and hung up on me when trying to get info about scheduling my dog for an exam. Go to a different vet. Not helpful at all.

Although the staff was very kind and friendly, they failed to determine that my dog was very sick and offered no helpful advice on how to care for her obvious health issues. I trusted their diagnosis and they made me feel my dog was fine, even after I told them she wouldn't eat and she was dehydrated despite drinking water and her body temperature dropped while she was in their care. She died three days later. I should've pushed harder for my dogs health, but I wanted to believe she would be fine. Banfield did not do their part to help keep my precious Zsa Zsa alive. The doctors there did not even check her vital signs, the very basics of Healthcare. Do not send your pets here this hospital is clearly inept and does not value actual pet care.

I have been to this location once before for my exes cat. This time I brought my own kitty here. I have loved it every time.everyone is so nice and up front on all cost. I was not blind sighted once. Kinya is by far my favorite. Her bight and warm personality made me feel far more comfortable then i had expected to be. At the end of this experience my cat may hate me but for me it was an exceptional experience.

This was our first time coming here, but were very impressed. We usually take our dog to Petsmart to get his nails done, but given all the restrictions with Covid they said to use Banfield. I chose the one down the road from us and the employees were very courteous and professional. Looking forward to going there again
