Puptown Lounge Upper Arlington, Ohio

I absolutely love Puptown! I bring my 10 month old Malinois mix, Samson, a few times a week during the daytime before I work my long night shifts and he always comes back happy and tired ;) The staff knows him by name and always greets him with a smile and some pets before taking him back to play. He has some pretty intense fear/anxiety problems as well, but this is the one place he ALWAYS gets excited about when we pull up. Could not recommend them more!

They seemed like nice people but after boarding my dog for 5 days he seemed tired but i didn't think much of it at first. My dog came home and drank an excessive amount of water and then threw up and was very sluggish. He must have been extremely dehydrated. Im really worried about my dog and i will not come to puptown lounge again.

Our terrier mix is nearly 14 years old. In the past, we would have a neighborhood girl take care of Oscar when we were gone. But as he's getting older he's having separation issues. So, we started to board our dog at Puptown lounge, UA a few years ago The staff are wonderful and kind. You can tell they enjoy being around dogs. I'm always confident that Oscar will be well cared for. We just consider this his little vacation away from our home....

My pup loves it here. She has been boarded, groomed, and went to daycare. When she comes home she is exhausted but happy. She practically sprints from the car to the door she is so excited to go.

My wife and I take our Cavapoo to daycare, boarding and have also started grooming here. The staff is wonderful- our dog was very shy when we first got him and they were very kind to him and helped him feel welcome. It’s great to watch him come out of his shell and enjoy playing with other dogs and interacting with new people. We boarded him for the first time recently and despite our nerves (about him, not Puptown), he had a great time. They have lots of fun activities for your dog like painting Mother’s Day gifts or hunting for eggs filled with treats at Easter. We were super satisfied with the cut he got from the groomers as well. We would highly recommend Puptown to anyone looking for a great daycare and boarding location for their pup!

I had posted a review based on an experience my.friend and his family had, I remarked the professionalism was very poor. They blacklisted an elderly lady for no reason (This was the information I was provided to by a friend as I have never been a patron if this establishment, I wanted them to address this allegstion). After I remarked this was unprofessional, they had their friends come onto my personal Facebook and harass me calling me despicable and threatening me. Our dogs Chocolate and Ellie Mae have had a great experience with Puptown! They had a great stay and come back so happy and exhausted. We recommend using them for your boarding, grooming and daycare needs.

Excellent grooming! My corgi is always well taken care of and extra happy when she's done. Wide variety of services from the essentials to other luxuries such as Blueberry facials. I drive across town happily to get this level of care!

Have 2 rescues with some anxiety. They were great making sure their medical info was correct, recommending to bring them in early so they could adjust before other dogs arrived. The dogs have done really well there

My dog has gone to several good groomers, however, the groomers at Puptown Lounge give him a happy spa time and he comes home with a smile on his face. If my dog is happy, I’m happy and he is happier at Puptown.

Puptowne Lounge is an amazing place that has been a godsend for me as a single dog parent. Before COVID my dogs boarded there very frequently when I traveled for work. Since I haven’t traveled much this year, I still drop off the pups for grooming and daycare. The staff are caring and reliable and thoughtful. My dogs love it there too.

I have always been very pleased with my dog Rooney’s grooming. Riverside did not have appointments available so I took her to the Kenny rd. Location. I was not happy as my dog’s ears were still dirty and other little issues. So, I called Riverside location to let them know and they were willing to fix it. We also got a puppy during the Covid crisis so we added a new dog to their services. I did not like the puppies cut and again the were willing to fix it. When I arrived to get them fixed at the Riverside location the groomer asked what needed to be fixed. I told her I wanted Rooney they way you always cut her. The groomer did not know Rooney from Adam. Rooney has been going to them for a year n half if not longer. When the groomer was finished she told me my puppy’s behavior left very little to be desired and that her behavior needs corrected. The puppy is not even 5 months old and is just learning. She can sit and give you her paw if asked! She was excited as all of this is new to her. I think it’s a shame that the groomer has groomed Rooney many many many times and can’t remember her and then she made the comment that she did about our puppies behavior. It left me feeling bad. You provide the service and you should ensure your customers are happy. Whether you fixed the problem or not YOUR COMMENTS LEFT LITTLE TO BE DESIRED AND YOU NEED TO CORRECT YOUR ATTITUDE. I think you could tell by my face that I was not happy.

Puptown Lounge has been caring for our Goldendoodle Maddie for 11 years; from grooming to daycare, and boarding when we are away. They have wonderful caring and knowledgeable staff we can trust and rely upon. The grooming is second to none. Most importantly, Maddie loves going to Puptown. I can’t recommend them enough!

Really like the grooming. Easy to book and much more reasonable cost compared to groomers nearby.

We have been taking our yorkie poo here for over 6 years. This past year we have added another dog to our family. This past time our yorkie poo was groomed was terrible. His ears and face were uneven and it looked like a child chopped his hair off. I thought it was just a fluke since we have always been happy with Puptown's services. Today we had our goldendooddle groomed. They did not listen to me at all. She has long hairs sticking out all over and they did nothing but trim her face, head and tail. I asked for a short summer cut with the same length all over. Also specifically asked for her ears to be cleaned. One looks like they started to clean it but the other isnt done at all. I did call and received a call back. The lady asked if I wanted to bring the dog back. Given that she was there for over 5 hours already and we have plans this evening, I was unable to do so. The lady stated she was sorry I felt the groom wasnt good. Very insincere and condescending. I do not FEEL the groom was bad, I know it was. We will not be going back.

I've been a Puptown Lounge customer for several years. I use the daycare and grooming services. They are responsive to any special needs, indoor and outdoor play areas are clean. My girl can't wait to get there and comes home happy and tired from a fun day of play.
