We took our dog in as we are suspecting he has ringworm. Our dog has signs and symptoms of ringworms My wife went to urgent care and was also diagnosed with ringworm. I now also have ringworm. The veterinarian Ms. Wattson didn’t believe us that our dog has ringworm so it is now spreading throughout our household because she refuses to give us any treatment for ringworm for our dog. Is believes he has “inflammation” and “seasonal allergies”.

Overall the staff is very professional and empathetic towards its clients and pet patients. I have never been disappointed at this location given the hectic situations my pets and this Banfield have had to get through and fix. Dr. Martin in particular is a spectacular Vet and I highly recommend you see her for your feline friends. Every time my pet receives the most high quality care a Vet can provide and any problems/issues as well as treatment options are shared with full transparency. Also, the OWP are amazing if you are on a budget or a college student. I highly recommend you utilize this Banfield Office.

Very courteous, very experienced, qnd absolutely pleasant. I have avoided Banfield Banfield years because of past mistakes and this one trip made all the difference. Much like night and day comparison!

I LOVE this banfield location. When i first rescued my dog i had to go to 3-4 different vets to find one that would accommodate my anxiety filled, nervous pitt. They were so understanding and able to answer any of my questions (he’s quite the frequent flier). Scheduling appointments is easy through the app or calling and i love their wellness plan. Really helps you save money and pay over months instead of one $400 visit. I drive 25 minutes to come to this location because they’re super supportive and really great with him.

I absolutely adore banfield! They're so overwhelmingly kind to me and my dog, instead of being afraid of the vet Cashew loves to come and see her friends! When she sees them come out to get another dog from a car before her she's convinced they're getting her and starts hopping around all excited! :) Thank you so much for taking such good care of my puppy, she absolutely adores you all!

Took my cat in w a "free appointment" coupon, cost more than his regular vet to treat him for an ear infection. They have me a complicated set of two kinds of eardrops that I had to give him multiple times a day for a week. I asked them if they had the stuff my regular vet gives him... One time... It's long-acting so I don't have to do anything. Because I don't want to torture him multiple times a day and make him afraid of me. They said he had a kind of ear infection that one-time long-acting medication doesn't work for. I tried to medicate him and of course failed to get this right the first week. The cat was hiding from me and very upset and I didn't want to do it so I missed doses and it didn't go away. They told me all they could do is give him some eardrops for dogs that might damage his hearing. So I started completely over the second week from the beginning torturing him multiple times a day with the cat ear drops, doing it all right, trying harder and failing to cure him anyway. I did better the second week getting the drops in his ears but it still didn't clear up the infection. The cat is still suffering for weeks and now he's scared of me. I took him back to his regular vet who tested a sample of his ear gunk and said the long-acting stuff *does* work for what he's got. One time, vet administered cure. And they charged me $60 less for the whole thing without a "free" appointment. Don't go to Banfield unless you enjoy wasting your time and money and torturing your pets.

All of the staff I have met have been extremely helpful and caring. They always follow up and answer any questions I have. As a overly worried first time pet owner, the wellness plan has been a game changer! The online app lets me ask questions 24/7 and I can take my kitten into the vet if I’m concerned about something without worrying about the cost of the vet visit.

I can completely understand and appreciate that their lobby is shut down due to COVID, but to greet someone at the door with “Do you need something?” is very rude and unprofessional. Will be taking my puppy somewhere else moving forward.

They have amazing customer service and are quick! Super trust worthy and all the vets are professional and nice. I purposely drive 10 minutes farther than my closest banfeild because I have had such amazing experiences at this one!

We had a total bait and switch experience with this location. I called inquiring about the cost to have my dog spayed. They gave us the price and after we showed up for the appointment the price increased by $250. We were told we could get on their monthly payment plan and this would decrease the cost. We scheduled our appointment to have her spayed, showed up and the price increased again from the previous appointment. We were also told, on top of the monthly plan, we owed $225. The cost somehow doubled from our initial call. Not that we could pay for it, but the in predictability was too much for us. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Casey and Sam at the front desk were kind and engaging- our first touch with this facility since moving from Brooklyn. With COVID-19 precautions the staff took proper care taking our 9 yo dachshund from and to our car. It was our first visit and it went well. There is a bit of sales - as is typical of national chains - so expect that and challenge/question as you move forward with care. Dr. Bridget was fine on the phone (C-19 precautions) and Frida will return for a follow up soon. It was a bit concerning that the Banfield website did not even include the professionals that practice here. Is there a big turnover? Do patrons not want that information? I have high expectations and will look for another place if I'm not satisfied in the future- we prefer not to patronize chains. With that being said, so far, so good!

Fast friendly staff, easy drop off and return process. They answer the phone with a smile you can hear when they say Banfield. I took my dogs in for a nail trim and my dogs were in and out within 20min. Thank you staff

The staff was very gentle with my dog. The vet took the time during the check out phase to make sure that all of my questions were answered!! They called the next day after his visit to make sure that he didn't have an adverse reaction to his shots!! We will be sticking with them for sure!!

These people care about your pet and you. Always friendly, professional and attentive. My dog was a rescue and clearly had some trauma in his past. They were sooo sweet and patient with him.

The staff are always so friendly and their commitment to practicing safe social distancing is impressive. Their pet insurance packages are affordable, a big plus for me. My little fur baby, Beau, is perfectly healthy.

Every employee is very kind and loving to the animals. They explain thoroughly what's going on with your pet and any aftercare. They always call next day to make sure you and your animal are doing okay. Prices are fair and they offer wellness plans that really save you money will offering the same quality care.

Do not go here, they are overpriced, rude, and charge you for every little thing. We had to bring our cat back for a booster shot and they felt like charging us almost 50 dollars for an appointment fee was necessary. We've been to a handful of vets over the years, and we've never been charged an appointment fee when you are just getting a followup shot. They just try to push their overpriced wellness plan, and look at you like you're crazy if you dont get it. You can find so much better in Upper Arlington.

Very bad experience. This is the last time I come here. I came here several times before. Each time I should waiting for vet for about 5 mins even if I have the appointment. The skill of veterinarians is rather poor. It take them a hard time to vaccinate my kitten. What most ridiculous is, today I have an appointment at 3pm. When I came at 2pm, they said they change my appointment into drop-off and take my kitten into room. I have already waited for one and a half hours but haven’t seen the vet yet. They told me the vet is very busy so I should wait. When I ask them for my appointment, they said my appointment is done. What’s the meaning of done? That’s unreasonable and rude.

I’ve been to many other Banfield locations over the years and have had the wellness plan for several years. This location is by far the worst I’ve encountered. Im usually waiting to see the vet for at least 15-20 min after the scheduled appointment time. The vets are friendly enough but the techs are not very friendly and overstep their bounds. Today a tech quoted me $250 for services BEFORE the vet even came in the room - only then to have the vet quote me $70. As someone with the wellness plan that lives only a few minutes away, I’ve been here multiple times and can say this is a recurring theme. From now on I’ll be going to another Banfield even that means driving 5x the distance.
