Excellent and knowledgeable staff at West Suburban, very caring and attentive to your pet. My black lab has had 2 of the TPLO surgeries and has gotten top notch care and follow up.

Dr. Gust is amazing! She takes time to explain things and takes very good care of my super excited dog! She even loaded her up with treats and squeeze cheese! Thanks for the great care and follow up too.

My pittie has been experiencing some tremors lately, along with some odd behavior. I called the office yesterday, and we were able to get him in right away. The vet ran some labs, and the doctor called me this afternoon with her recommendations. Thank you!

Extremely good doctors & staff. Very friendly & they take their time with patients/pets & owners. Always give clear options & aren't looking to clear out your bank account. Highly recommended. Coffe/water/pop offered for free while waiting.

We have gotten to know the doctors, vet techs, front desk and all the amazing people that have worked here, continue to work here and awesome new employees. My golden retriever had ACL surgery today at West Suburban. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly which puts you at ease knowing your dog is in good hands. Dr. Thompson was very thorough in explaining everything to me in regards to the surgery. He called and I received multiple text messages before and after the surgery. Very happy I took my girl there. Amazing and trustworthy animal hospital! Thank you guys

From recommendation of a friend, we brought our 6 month old lab puppy to get spayed. We found out that Dr Morman does a laparoscopic spay! Liked the idea of a less invasive surgery and quicker recovery. Everyone and everything was outstanding. They even loaded Sofie into our car for the ride home. Thank you so much to all of you for an impeccable experience. Our own vet spoke very highly of West Suburban, saying they even send some of their special cases there.

The staff was very professional. Got there 5 minutes early. They took Rhema right in and the Dr. Saw her within 5 minutes. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone were very informative ????

Recently switched to them from another vet for an ear and eye problem my cat has been suffering from for several years. they had it cleared up within the month. knowledgeable and friendly staff. clean and comfy exam rooms. love these guys

West Suburban got Riggins in for an appointment within two days. Staff is always great! They always take good care of our whole crew... Riggins, Emma Rae, Company, Punkin, Lucipurr, McKenzie, and last, but certainly not least, our love bug Shuri. We love the team at West Suburban.

We have used them as our vet from their beginning with just doctor Gary. Now they have 4 caring vets, a great staff and several spaces for animals. They are compassionate and caring and all our pets love them.

Very professional and kind hearted with my dog. Much better than west toledo who never answers their phone! They made my dog feel comfortable and relaxed while being treated. Office staff is very nice as well.

We brought our dog in for surgery to repair a torn ACL and we could not have better things to say about Dr. Thompson and the staff at West Suburban! Our dog felt comfortable from the moment he limped in for a consultation until we walked out with him the next day after surgery. They were also way less than what we were quoted at the other 5 surgeons we spoke with. HIGHLY recommend!

I can not say enough good things about West Suburban Animal Hospital - they take amazing care of my pets, always go above and beyond, they treat me and my pets like family.

I took my dog for a surgery consult and was actually told that I should wait and observe. It's reassuring when they could have put her through an unnecessary procedure and taken money out of my pocket, instead helping me to understand how to make her more comfortable. Additionally, my dog went to the bathroom on several people while getting x-rays taken, but no one seemed at all bothered. For such a busy place, they were organized and everyone was professional and seemed to want to be there. I'd recommend them and while I hope I don't have to use their services in the future, if I do, this is the place I'll go.
