Always a very friendly staff.

Do not take your puppy litters there I was not able to get into my regular vet at a timely manner Which for 3 puppies would be a $105 But VIP vet wants $73 per puppy That does not include dewarming They do not give discounts for litters And their website is ridiculous Not easy to navigate

VIP Petcare is the most reasonably priced place to go to get vaccinations and basic healthcare for your cat or dog. The technicians were very nice and helpful. Their online check-in process was impossible to use without assistance from the staff. It's for this reason they received 4 stars instead of 5.

Everything was better before covid. This place has wonderful staff and the services are always done quick. The only thing I dislike is the new checkin service which you have to go to the store for and then wait for hours for your number to be called while there are many people pulling in to the parking lot for vet services so I assume they check in from home or leave which is a huge inconvience for people who are actually waiting at the vet.
