The worst most humiliating experience for me and my son. *STRONGSVILLE location review.* After filling out the info card, Perland CALLED ME and scheduled an appointment to see a German Shepherd puppy around 9:30am for 4:30pm same day. We drove 45 MINUTES and arrived early only to be told that our puppy had been sold about 10minutes before we arrived. No one bothered to call us, and the "supervisor" didn't even bother talking to us. She had one of her floor sales personnel tell us how sorry they were and that there's nothing they could do. She mentioned that we should've put a hold on the puppy. THERE IS NO HOLD OPTION on the STRONGSVILLE website. There is one on the Columbus website, but not Strongsville. While making my appointment, I was not told that there could be a possibility that the pup could be sold before my arrival. No one called. No one cared. My son was in TEARS!!! Completely unprofessional service. I will be contacting the corporate office.

I thought the them working was great!! As for the vet they want u to see and give u 2 free visits!! Just know not free want u to bring stool sample that's $42 and told me my pup would need shots every 2 weeks !! Not true!! Took my pup to my vet only needed one shot,worm meds so they don't get !! In 30 days get one more shot then good until 6 months!!! The team there r only following what they r told to do !! Check with your vet please!! My vet said my pup had shots he didn't even need !!! ????

Live the options but too expensive

Their information is wrong. They’re under investigation because their puppies do in fact come from puppy mills. Please go to a shelter or online for breeders you know are safe. <3

It was disappointing to say the least I want too much money for a puppy. Although it is a clean facility the price was too high

Extremely over priced store. For kicks and giggles we wondered in knowing it was going to be expensive but 5500 for a puppy is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and save a rescue animal.

Nice staff but Save your time, puppies are way overpriced at approximately 7-8,000 for any puppy. Way over priced in my opinion.

The puppies are kept in aquariums. Terrible for oxygen and safety

Employees are very nice, but they only have dog stuff. No cat stuff, no fish stuff, no small stuff. Just a small store for dog only stuff. Recommend changing the name to “Dogland” or “Puppyplace” since dogs are not the only pets.

I feel sorry for them kept behind glass

Every time we ask the price range they change the subject by showing us a puppy or just avoiding the question! Then they brought us a puppy that immediately when I held him in my arms he started kissing me all over and hugging me and I fell in love so my husband said we will take him! How much is he? Then they told us Six Thousand Dollas!!! $6,000! We don't have that kind of money. I started crying and had to give them back the puppy. I ran out of the store heartbroken crying my heart out. We do not recommend this company to anyone for how they broke my heart intentionally!

The entire staff was so helpful and kind! I left with confidence knowing I picked the absolute best addition for my family

They put these poor animals in fish tanks, they are wayyyy to overpriced. Honestly this shelter should be shut down, I feel bad for all those pets there smh.

Pet Supplies Plus is Great and the Groomer their was amazing, she provided me with the knowledge I needed for my rottie/massive mixes. She even went beyond the scope of her services to come out to my car and check the ingredients on the bag of dog food I just purchased from the robbers of Petland in Strongsville mall.(**side note** if you don't have to, dont go to Petland in Strongsville Ohio. If you don't look like you have any money or their credit card they act like you don't exist. But when you show you have their credit card, help comes from everywhere and they are much more friendlier ????????????) I apologize for the rant. But back to Pet Supplies Plus, she did this all while pregnant and with her shift ending. I will definitely return to this store.

They had a beautiful blue Boston terrier female that I was tempted to buy cause I fell in love with her....but ....they wanted way too much for her. Workers are friendly and helpful.

I love playing with the puppies. I can't believe how much money they are, even for a mixed breed. I bought 2 pugs from them 13 years ago and they were $1000 ea on sale but now they're at least quadruple the price.

First of all it is inside of the strongsville mall. They had no sign on the outside saying Petland.And the biggest bomb shell was the pricing of the puppies. People don't have 5 and 6 thousand dollars. They want you to get on a payment plan. We will never go there again.

The dogs are so adorable

The finance was just looking at your bank account, not credit. Credit was not even offered. Mixed dogs with no AKC papers were being sold for $6,000+ and I was told directly that these dogs were show room dogs only. So please contact certified breeders or shelters for you next pet.

We were told our dog was a poodle / Newfie mix. That it was a great family dog who would love to cuddle. And even though the price was crazy we said ok. Turns out they didn't EXACTLY lie. He's only 10 - 15% Newfie and the rest poodle. He's hyper and does nothing but bark! I'm so disappointed right now. Not only that but we weren't told that he was only a couple days from needing more shots. What if he'd gotten sick?!

My husband and I stopped in Saturday to look at puppies with the hope of bringing one home. I was completely shocked when we found these puppies are selling for in upwards of $6000.00. That is CRAZY!! Breeders dont charge that much for puppies. my last dog from here was $1500.00.. Shame on you for over charging. I'd like to know why these dogs are 3 times what a breeder charges.

Man these dogs here are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!!! 6900 and 6200 are the prices I was quoted for a Pomsky and a labradoodle

Don’t ever buy a dog from Pet Land they charge a fortune. They wanted me to spend 6,000 dollars on a pug that I can buy at other places for like a thousand. Also when I got there they said I can pay 50 bucks and get the dog that day then pay 100-200 dollars a month to pay it off then the next day told me I had to pay 250 dollars every 2 weeks which means they wanted me to spend 500 dollars a month.They kept changing there story so I’m happy I didn’t buy a dog from them they kinda sounded like a scam.

Pets are over priced if you ask me.
