Absolutely love bringing my puppies here. Everyone is always so pleasant to deal with. Cassidy takes amazing care of my babies! All of the dogs that I see coming out look great, and none of them seem stressed!

Awesome place! I took a rescue dog that was not mine. The staff was very knowledgeable on how to handle dogs and of their products for sale. I was in & out for a nail trim with a happy pup & some tidbits on home remedies for coats

Apparently not taking new clients and suggestioned I go to the vet to get my cat shaved... They are the only one that is close and that I was able to actually schedule an appointment with.

We were totally new to being fur parents when we got our Golden doodle pup ❤️. We had so much to learn....and had no idea where to even begin when it came to grooming. That's where Cassidy came in! Our friends, also doodle owners, recommended her....and we quickly found out why! Cassidy does an amazing job with our "baby." She always takes the time to discuss what we want done before she takes our pup in. We get text updates and even pics of our girl from Cassidy. It really makes us feel good knowing that she is in such good hands, and that Cassidy takes the extra time to put bows or bandanas on her, and make her smell so good! Even though we aren't in the salon during the grooming, I know that our pup is being cared for well.....when we first gave her baths by ourselves, she hated them! She would cry and try to jump out of the tub....we have even sat in the tub with her! To bathe her now at home......she stands or sits without issue and let's us do our thing. Not saying that she loves her baths (lol), but I truly feel like she would have a negative reaction if baths at the salon were not done with care. Doodles are not an easy breed to groom, but Cassidy does an amazing job with them. Thanks for loving our girl Cassidy! ????

We have been there three times. First time awesome! Next time different groomer because other one left. Not so good. Kept all day and nails were barely trimmed and was still shedding all over even with the de-shed pkg. Third and last time. Dropped off only to be called back because our dog was "stressed". I said what do you mean. They said panting and refuses to stand up. I said he is just excited to be there and he has bad hips as I said when I booked. They insisted I turn around and pick him up asap. Had to cancel plans to pick up somebody in order to run back to pick dog up. Seemed fine. They said he fell as he rounded corner of salon. I said yes he always does because he has bad hips. They said well better to be safe than sorry. Agree but you knew he had bad hips to begin with. Got the feeling they just didn't want to do the dog. Now I can't get him in anywhere else in time. Wish they would have just said they didn't want to be bothere with him from the beginning and I would have picked another groomer that can handle older dogs. When I showed up was told they did have a chance to do ears and cut nails so I still owed $10. Evidently he wasn't too stressed for that to happen.

Best groomers in the area! Staff takes pride in their craft that showes in the attention to detail. Offer a a great variety of services that will have your pets looking their best!

Took my 90 lb German Shepard/Rottie to get his nails trimmed. He usually stresses out but loved Cassidy. We will be using her regularly from now on.

Outside of one haircut, this is the only place I've taken my dog, and the one time I didn't, I went running back here.

This is great place to have your fur babies pampered! They are very caring and gentle with our pets. Their prices are reasonable, too!

Did a great job with my 2 boys who had a covid Era shaggy going on. Very pleased with the bandana and necktie on each.

I won't be taking my dog anywhere else. Jessica is an incredibly talented groomer, and it's clear that she genuinely cares for the animals she works with. She made sure to address all of my concerns, and that my nervous dog had a good first grooming experience. The price was extremely reasonable, and the results were unbeatable.

I moved two hours away and still take my dog back here to see Jessica, she is the best!

I have taken our cat, Buddy, twice to this establishment for grooming.. paid $50 both times. I’m ashamed I didn’t realize the first time that nothing was done to him! He didn’t even smell clean! But I took him back 6 months later and the same thing happened!! He wasn’t brushed or washed or anything! The cat groomer brought him out in his travel box so I didn’t realize it till I got home! I called and talked to a person who acted very calm and said oh well.. just bring him back. I didn’t.. but owners of cats need to know this!!

Just picked up my two from Salon de Pooch. They smell and look fantastic. The staff are incredibly nice, personable, and professional. Response time is very fast when wanting to schedule an appointment from their website.

The team does an absolute phenomenal job with our groodle Zoey. Relieved to find a consistent and caring groomer for our pup!

After trying several local groomers for our 2 dogs, we will be staying with Salon de' Pooch. The people are friendly and we have been pleased with the results. Like many other good groomers, there is usually a bit of a wait list.

Called to see about getting my dogs nails done-we’ve been going there a long time and prices have always been the same-$10 for nails and $15 for nails with dremmel-called and confirmed nothing had changed-I trimmed my boys nails myself which I told them and was just taking them in for $5 dremmel-when the lady came out she charged me $25 for 2 dogs dremmel only-when I questioned this she insisted this was the correct price-and that regardless of whether they needed a nail trim the price was $15 for dremmel only-ummm no....I then I said I had even called to confirm and she continued to argue with me and denied telling me that on the phone—will NEVER go back!!!!

We use Elle and she does a great job and is great with Byron.

My dog diesel loves it there!! The staff is absolutely amazing and do an excellent job and very fair priced!!! The bow tie was a bonus!!!
