Nurses and Dr's are all polite and take care of the animals! Even sent a card after we had to put down our old dog

Do not take your pet here if you love him or her. They do not care about your animal. The only thing they care about is lining their pockets. The workers are unfriendly and lack any kind of compassion. When I took my ill redbone Hound to the vet there his exact words were "i am surprised she is still alive, my dog is younger than her and I have already dug his grave" he was smiling from ear to ear when he said it. He never did tell me what was wrong and charged me 350.00. Worst place in the valley.

I love that they are a 24/7 facility. I have had to depend on that when my dogs previously got up in years. My new puppy goes to them now, and the two things negative that has been consistent is a couple techs having very little knowledge (I received wrong info a couple times from one in particular, so I called back after a bit and got to talk to a tech that I trusted bc I recognized her voice. Luckily these individuals usually get weeded out quickly). The second issue is they are never able to schedule very close to when you call in, you have to wait weeks even if it is a particular problem (as if extorting people knowing they will have to pay if they don’t want to be cruel to their babies). Otherwise I absolutely love one of the Veterinarian’s (even though all of them are great) and there are several techs that are awesome and have been there for years. When I see those particular techs or hear them on the phone, a calm washes over me knowing they are knowledgeable and care(just like today, phew). I do wish it was acknowledged how long certain people use their services, because it would definitely make people want to stay super loyal to them like I do with my own care. I myself have spent upwards of $5,000 and we are talking up into 5 digits. ???? Picture of my angels who led us to New Horizon, and Lilith who is now their primary care in our household that is left. To many more years and hopefully more babies.

They take excellent care of your animals but to get a pet spayed or neutered it is a little pricey.

I had an appointment there. I showed up considerably late,and they accommodated me well. Very friendly!

They were wonderful with my 15 year old basithound. She is much better.

We've been coming here since they opened several years ago and have been extremely happy with them. They've always taken great care of our dogs and are there when we need them. The staff is great and really care about the animals. We couldn't be happier with them!

We have been using New Horizon for our pets since they opened. Everyone is super nice and has your pets wellbeing as their #1 priority.

I don’t like this place , they tried hurting my dog & the staff there was very disrespectful ! it’s not a good place too go too !

New Horizon is wonderful...they saw my cocker spaniel as an emergency a week ago Saturday!! They also saw him last Tuesday and Thursday and again today!!! He is back to feeling great and I am a very happy customer!!! Thank you Dr. Moore and all the ladies on staff!!!!

All of the employees at New Horizon have always been professional and friendly with us for no matter what the visit is for. When having to put our Jack Russell down last year, they were nothing but compassionate and caring. I always trust my dogs in their hands.

Staff was helpful and friendly, and the vet was a down-to-earth guy, answered all our questions about our cats.

Best vets around. Compassionate, caring, and willing to go above and beyond for your pets. We take our beagle and Coonhound here all the time for meds, checkups, etc.
