As always they were so nice and helpful!

Been going here for years. I started going to vca after my cats original couldn't diagnose his issues. They were able to figure out he had a food allergy.

They helped y dog with a bowel obstruction and helped my dads little dog .

Good price for quick and thorough care, my cat got the medicine she needed quickly, they even went above and beyond and prescribed the more convenient inject-able antibiotics so I didn't have to wrestle her to swallow medicine.

They treat me with respect and my animals with love!

All around kind, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone. Only pleasant experiences to date.

My older blind pug was unable to get an appt at his regular vet to get his toe nails trimmed. It took so long that I was forced to make emergency appt . Everyone was awesome and treated my blind old man. They took excellent care of him

We had an emergency with our dog and were able to get an appointment on very short notice. While we had to say goodbye to our dog of 15 yrs the folks in Robinson could not have been more comforting and professional. We were very impressed with everybody we came in contact with. They gave us our time with our dog and answered all of our question. Thank you very much to all of you for the comfort you shared it was truly appreciated!

They were able to get my sick cat in quickly, he unfortunately didn't make it. The staff was so caring and kind to my family, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye.

The staff at Met Vet West are always very helpful and gentle. They helped us through the trying times of a sick and elderly cat who eventually had to be put down, and provide great care to our remaining cat. There's sometimes a wait for the appointment, but they do emergency visits and I've dealt with waits at other vets.

Thank you Dr.Lettich and staff for your compassion and excellent care you provided for Checkers. We appreciate all of you!

When I got my pup, my daughter recommended VCA to me.I am so glad I followed her advice! They are the most wonderful people!! They are caring and very responsive to your questions and concerns. The app is awesome and helps me track his puppy appointments. The biggest plus is that Buddy loves going there! Awesome people, awesome place!

Should not be called a hospital if there aren't any Emergency Room services!!

I took my kittens to VCA Met Vet West to get them established with a Vet. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, professional, and caring environment. The medical staff was knowledgeable and provided me with much needed information to make sure my kitties were healthy.

I have nothing but good things to say about our vet. Things have been tough this year. Curb side, long wait times, low availability for appointments, etc. But they have still done everything they can to take care of our puppy in her first year of life. They check in via text after sick appointments and are always responsive when I call in with questions. I always receive an answer from the vet when they pass along messages for me. They run the tests needed for an accurate diagnosis, and listen intently to everything I say. They pick up on my dog’s behavior and listen to her as well. And lastly, their extended hours are a god send. It always seems we need a vet on evenings and weekends, so knowing I can call them gives me so much peace of mind. As a first time dog owner, I am grateful to have these professionals taking care of my girl. We recently moved and while we sometimes have to go to another vet closer to us, we still try to go to out of our way to take her to VCA Met Vet West if we can make it work with our schedules.

My Rabbit had a Neorological issue going on and treatment was not working, she got worse. I scrambled trying to find a VETINARIAN that would Euthanize my Rabbit, because of the suffering she was going through. I called Met Vet and they told me to bring her right in and gave me 3 different times to choose from. Dr. PIETRZAK stepped up and examined her and confirmed that Euthanize was the right thing to do. Thank you guys so much, you all where so very professional, and very nice. It's nice to know you have 2 Exotic Pet VETINARIANS there. They are so hard to find.

They advertise a 25% discount for new patients, yet when I called to add my dog as a patient I was told only existing patients only can get appointments. Why are you advertising and then not giving appointments?

Dr P is our trusted vet for 18 years. She has taken our family through some of our most difficult times with our dogs. Thank you for your compassion and always taking time to provide great care to our family.

They are wonderful there, I take my birds there all the time and my green check conure last year had a broken foot and they fixed him right up! Very kind and informative Dr Morrison she's the best for birds! But they have so many awesome vets there all in so one of the best vets in my opinion. Recently my dog sat on my best friend's bird Pep, she's a pearl cockatiel, so we took her there and she's getting better already. Such an awesome place!
