Reasonably priced, everyone I've met has been friendly, my dog seems to be happy when I pick him up.

I tried to find where to send this and it just came up tonight. Our dog Buddy doesn't like groomers to the point we had to have him put to sleep for the vet to shave him. We were getting ready to do that again, which is not what we wanted to do, and someone in the office recommended Kennel Klub and we thought let's try again. They were amazing with him. Got to know him before he went back and the call to pick him up in half an hour never came. What a blessing our pup got groomed! We made an appointment for 2 months later. Thank goodness we found them because putting your dog to sleep to get groomed isn't an option! S. Childers!

We have had our dog here a few times and they are great!! Very friendly staff, they let me call to check on him. They took good care of our Cane Corso!!

Everyone seemed nice, my dogs were alright, but I was surprised to see their accomodations. No grass, their outside area is concrete, and I didn't see them supplying any toys. Regardless my dogs are okay with anything and I left some toys with them. At the end of the days they're just dogs so they'll be fine, and the price was very good.

Cheap but I have left my dog twice found tick are on my dog every time

Got a little crowded as usual. But there was friendly staff and clean facilities.

These folks are amazing. I took my last dog there and its the only groomer she liked. I now take my new dog there and they did great.

These ladies are AMAZING we are moving across country and have 3 dogs and 3 cats and these ladies took great care of our pets including walking all of our puts up to the parking lot to our car this morning for pick up! I would definitely recommend this facility!!!!! Thanks ladies

It’s is a simple, safe, and clean environment and they accommodate my anxious greyhounds very well! The grooming services are great as well and I would always recommend getting them with a stay. They also require all animals to be fully vaccinated, which makes me feel a lot more comfortable.

Awful. Would NEVER recommend. First off, we wanted to check out the place and brought all our paperwork in before taking our dog for boarding. She was adopted at 8 months and was given the correct amount of distemper shots. We were told she needed a 3rd even though she already had her 2 prior. 3 vets stated that she would only need 2 for her age. But we said fine, we’ll do it. On the day of drop off, they told us they “lost” all of our paperwork. So when we got home, we emailed the information over. The next day, we called to ensure they received it and everything was fine. No issue. A few days later, we decided we wanted to get her nails trimmed and to give her a bone. All of a sudden, they stated they didn’t receive the paper work. We explained that we had given it to them multiple times and confirmed they had it but whatever, we directly forwarded it from the last time we had to email it. The day of pickup, there was a letter that had her name on it and it said “found ripped”. This was for her leash. We bought the leash new, 3 months ago. There is no way we brought it in damaged in any way. The leash was torn in multiple places. I’m not sure if they left it in the pen with her and she got bored and started to chew on it. But it also looked like someone cut it. We were not offered a new one or even an apology. Finally, when she came out, she was very stressed, ears were going back, fur everywhere. She is never like this and we’ve taken her to other places before. She seemed scared. Without cameras there, there is no way to tell what’s going on. She looked like she put on 5lbs within a week or super bloated. She ended up throwing up 4 times after we brought her home. Lack of simple paper work, having you over vaccinate, destroyed new leash, and getting her back scattered and sick? Something isn’t right. NEVER going back

My Beagles love it here. Staff is very friendly & accommodating to our pets needs. They stay here when we go away on vacation every year. My dogs are like my children, so I don't trust just anyone with them. Our Beagles always come home clean and happy. You can ask for grooming to be done before your pick up date. ❤️ I highly recommend this Kennel. Stress free environment for my older, mature dogs!

We have had our dogs Moe and Onyx stay there multiple times and they had a great time. They were returned to us clean and happy. They didn't have any diarrhea issues or other health issues when they came home. We had a great experience. We are sending them, plus our two new dogs, Guinness and Elf there for a short stay. We know they will be well taken care of. And the best part is all 4 boys get to stay together!

It isn't the most beautiful place but my dog loves it here. The staff is wonderful. It is very clean and the dog is always happy to go here
