Employees are so friendly & helpful, especially when my Piper wouldn’t eat a new food. They donate returns & allow the $$ towards her favorite food. Job well done!

The staff here is incredibly helpful! Most are very knowledgeable about their products. It saved me so much time! Their prices are also fair. I don’t find their products much cheaper anywhere else. I also like that the company stocks many all natural products. I highly recommend this shop.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Someone is always willing to help with selecting food choices for my two cats. There is also a loyalty program to earn free pet food.

Super friendly staff. They helped me find the perfect food for my cats. You pay more for good food but it's well worth it if you love your cat and care about their health.

We buy all our specialty dog products here. We like the knowledgeable staff and the company's stance on asking their staff to adopt pets, rather than buying them from pet stores. It can be expensive, but food/treats are safe for your pets. I believe they are an Ohio company.
