I loved it there, the employees were so sweet. I came there earlier today and got two female parakeets and they are getting along so well. If I ever get more pets that's where I'm getting them from.????

DO NOT GET PUPPIES FROM HERE I JUST SPENT $5k ON A PUPPY FOR CHRISTMAS AND IT DIED FROM PARVO 14days LATER.

They get these puppies from a mill and then mark up the prices!! ADOPT DONT SHOP

Puppy mills is all I have to say. These places are un ethical and should not be allowed to exist. Go check out your local pet rescue instead. If you shop or work here, you're part of the problem.

We have 2 Shihtzu from there and they are the best dogs. Still get all their healthy dog food from there.

The puppies all looked sick and sad. Also no one came to the front desk for a while when i was standing there.

Friends of mine got a puppy from here and he was sick when they picked him up do not recommend getting a puppy from here.

Bought a boxer from PetLand 3 years ago. We found a lump on his leg took him to vet he has terminal cancer. Has broken our family's heart. These dogs do come from puppy mills do not buy one from here!

oh boy has this place gone downhill where do I even start No greeting at the door, all employees were on their phones, no one asked if they could assist me. They wont even talk to you if you don't look rich. I might as well have been invisible. I was there for over an hour. They dont separate the male and female hamsters, and we found babies in there. Do not buy a small animal here, you'll mostly likely end up with the products of siblings not being separated. gross. The small dogs seem mostly fine, but the larger breeds should not be there. they need space to run and stretch their legs, and theyre clearly depressed. Not to mention they're insanely overpriced, and those prices just keep going up. the employees clearly care more about their paychecks than the wellfare of the animals in their care. Finding homes for animals should be about matching the right animal to the right owner, like their mission statement says, but it appears making commission is more of a priority. the only animal you should even consider buying from here is a ferret, those little guys are tough, but you can find better breeders for those elsewhere without supporting this chain. If you ask an employee and the cockatiels are from Charlie, then those are fine too. Charlie does an excellent job raising his birds. The customer service used to be so good, but its deteriorated so much sadly. I will not be going back any time soon.

Sales lady’s name is Brittany she doesn’t look like she likes dogs at all also the man in there doesn’t help at all as if he doesn’t like his job. Me and my gf were in there and we went in to see two Rottweilers from this store in particular on of them was happy and playful but looked malnourished and treated bad, that was just the one that was 9 weeks old then we also saw the 14 week old rott and he was definitely mistreated he hid most of the time in a really small pen and did t want to leave the cage, when he got in the puppy play pen and it was time for him to go back he hid behind me as if indicating they were harming him or not treating there dogs well. Overall I wouldn’t go back to this store and either someone gets fired or a law suit could be well on the way

As nice as the staff is…They buy puppies. Some of the puppies are sick and come from horrific situations. Don’t shop…adopt! Spay and neuter your pets!

We looked at a Rottweiler puppy. Friendly staff and helpful. But the puppy was $5500.00.

I come to this pet store often with my kids, and I was in about a week ago, and not one of the staff members greeted me, no hello, how can I help you. One was on her phone. They were al huddled together, at some desk where the puppies are kept. I fortunately didn’t need help, but you gotta train them better in customer service. They were all young kids, maybe high school age, but we gotta teach today’s youth better, especially in the work force. This was around 5:30 on 8/6 so I would look to see who was working that day and have a refresher course in customer service. A staff member just walked right by me, and didn’t even say hello, nothing, I thought it was odd, there were like 4 people there, and I was the only one in the store. They are old enough to know better.

Though the staff is very friendly and they have a nice selection of pet supplies, i wouldn't recommend anyone shop here who is looking for a puppy specifically. I have purchased/adopted two dogs from them in the past. Both bull mastiffs one boy and one girl. Both had several health problems (UTIs ect), both grew to not meet breed standards as far as weight and height. I love my pups regardless, but had i known these would be issues I'd face not once but twice i wouldn't have paid several thousand dollars. If you really want a specific breed. Find a reputable breeder and pay far less while gaining peace of mind.

Very Friendly staff not one knows anything about a dog ,but they sold us a sick dog paid cash for the dog 3hrs later we're at Vet Emergency Room, Never again these pace need School Trained people. If I could give them a ZERO OR NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD JUST SAS SAD SAD,.

I have a loss of words when it comes to this store because the staff here are incredible. Everyone made me feel like I was welcomed and apart of a family. One of the workers there Blair was so kind and patient with me and answered any questions I had. She really took the time to show me around and talk to me. This place is amazing and the staff are even better and I will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a friendly place to get pet supplies.

went in for a couple toys for my dogs/cats and blair helped me out by finding the most annoying squeaky toys i could find, my animals love them!

The staff here is unbelievably fun and kind. Not only did Chris walk around the store with me helping me with information, but he did with energy and fun. Making me laugh and joking around, all while being informative. I will soon be coming in to get a puppy as well!!

I was worried about one of the puppies because it looked sick, but one of the workers explained the puppy was absolutely fine. They also explained that the dogs are checked by vets and the people working in the kennel do daily checks. Blair was the young woman that helped me and made sure the dog was okay. I already have dogs, but if you're looking into buying one I would recommend this store.
