Wonderful practice! Caring and professional vets and staff! Highly recommend for your furry friends!

Very friendly staff. Very clean and well-organized facility. I especially appreciate their groomer, because we had a large dog with a skin disorder that caused large cysts. They cleaned him up and cared for any opened cysts despite the difficulty of shaving around them. This is a father-son vet team. Both are very good, very personable and remember our kids and our pets. It is more expensive than some other vets in the area, but they have a wide variety of services offered that you can't always find everywhere. We started using them after our previous vet was unable to diagnose the cancer in one of our dogs. Dr. Sheilds recognized her symptoms and then tested to make sure he was correct. Ever since that original appointment more than 10 years ago, we have been very happy with the care given to our dogs and cats. I highly recommend. One caveat, they do not cover emergency calls. They refer emergencies to the animal hospitals.

You never realize how hard it is to lose your pet until it happens. I am so thankful for the patience of these ladies that handled our sweet Sophie last week . We had her for 18 long years , she followed my oldest to college . The package we received when we picked up her ashes was the most thoughtful thing I have ever seen! Thank you ladies ! I will never forget your kindness and your thoughtfulness during such a sad time for our family!

Our poor boy Charlie had a hematoma in his ear flap! But as usual, Dr. Shields was very reassuring and kind, and fully informed us of all our options. That's what I really like about Cross Creeks: they never push you into making a decision that would be most lucrative for them. They make recommendations and lay out all the alternatives and timelines, triggers to watch for that should prompt you to bring your pet in for the next level of treatment, and they outline costs honestly and matter-of-factly. This transparency and lack of self-serving interests in giving us advice and guidance is EXACTLY why we trust Drs. Shields and Shields with all our fur-babies. This approach nurtures trust and compassionately takes the limitations and capacity of the owners into consideration. This is how we know that when difficult decisions will have to someday be made, Cross Creeks will give us the best, most trustworthy, and caring info. Thank you, Dr. Shields! P.S. - Charlie is going to be just fine! Hematomas - like a blood blister - often resolve on their own as the fluid is reabsorbed by the body. In case you were worried!

My sister in law recommended this father/son practice. We dealt with the father. This is a wonderful practice! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Our dog needed some dental work and cleaning. They removed a number of teeth (old dog) including his"wisdom" teeth. He recovered so well due to their expert care. I will be taking all of my animals here moving forward and would highly recommend this office to other pet owners. And for a little icing on the cake, they're very affordable too!

They are WONDERFUL!! The staff are all so nice and personable. The Veterinarians are just the best so I know my pet is getting the care she needs.

Super friendly staff and doctors. Everyone I have interacted with there seems to genuinely care about your pet, which definitely helps when you are worried about your fuzzy buddy. Prices are not outrageous and they seem to be able to accommodate urgent situations pretty promptly. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good vet.

The staff is always so helpful and both veterinarians are great. I love the fact that even in Dr. Shields busy schedule he always makes time for my furbabys and any questions during their little emergencies between regular visits.

I came in with our first dog ever yesterday and they made me feel so comfortable. The people at the front desk are super sweet and friendly. They got me a room pretty quickly and I was in and out within a timely manner. BUT, the vets actually care about your animals and their well-being! My last vet felt very "cold" and it didn't feel like they genuinely cared about my babies....Cross Creek Animal Hospital does. I will definitely keep coming back.

Dr. Ben and the entire staff were incredibly caring and sympathetic when I was having to make decisions regarding my dog's surgery. Once deciding surgery was the best course of action Dr. Ben did an amazing job and my senior dog recovered quickly and well. I was very appreciative of the fact that they called me with updates on my dog's surgery and her recovery while in their care and that they called to check up on her afterwards. I genuinely feel that they have the best interests of their patients their patients' owners at heart.

Dr. Sheilds (senior and junior) are absolutely wonderful. Stephanie the vet tech is so caring and full of knowledge. The past three dogs I've had go here no matter the distance. Everyone is a joy!

My dog was biting himself so we took him to cross Creek and was told he had food allergies just to find out later he has fleas.
