Quick easy care for my cat.

Went during pandemic, took our fur baby big Cat, 4 a grooming, I had 2 call them on arrival, they called back said be out in about 5 mins , they did! Came & got her, I had 2 go hm, 2 hrs later they called me said she was done & did well!! Even tho she'd never been their B4! Very friendly, assured me she'd be fine, they always approached the car with a mask on! Grooming was done well!! Smelled good also, yeah!! Had the lion cut done, must have proof of Vaccinations!! & Updated, they did afecal float, & charged me but got no fecal, told me 2 bring it back, I wasn't informed that they'd do that, I never took it back, 4got! Other than that, all was good!! ????????????????????????????

Don’t even consider this place for grooming if you aren’t a patient of their vet clinic. Both of my dogs have had vet exams and vaccines within the past three months at other clinics; however, this place tried to lock us into an extra vet exam fee at their clinic for a fecal test and flu shot. What groomer needs a fecal test? ETA: based on a conversation with the vet we use, it hasn’t been a year since the previous fecal exam was performed. This is an annual test. These guys are requiring us to have it performed early.

All pets were very professional on the phone and in person. My regular boarding place was on vacation and I had to scramble to find another one within a week of going out of town... All pets was very clean, professional, and accommodating. My cat is diabetic and I cannot just take to any shelter, because they have to

Time and time again All Pets delivers exceptional service and care. Our dog has had health issues for years going to various Banfields and they just kept getting worse and worse. After two visits to All Pets, they figured out he had a thyroid problem. Just two weeks on his medication and all his problems went away. His fur starting growing back, he had energy like a puppy and he was smiling again. We just are so thankful for them and cannot begin to put a price on what they've done.

I like that they can share pictures of my pets. they seem happy and comfortable when they stay here.

Great first visit for our newest family member

First time boarding, will be the last. I've never had to have a $50 fecal exam to board my dog. They didn't include this up front in the quote and when I came in the charge was just included on the invoice. I have to board my dog today so I was forced to pay. Otherwise I would have just walked out. Edit: Because the owner responded to this it's worth pointing out that "This policy was communicated to you when you made the reservation" is completely inaccurate. I was never told until I arrived. The girl up front said she tried to call me but couldn't leave a message. That's a lot different than saying I was told up front.

Great service, friendly staff and very fair pricing for the high quality of medical care your pet receives. If you want the best vet for your pet through all stages of life and definitely in an emergency, this is the veterinary hospital for you. I highly recommend Allpets at Pickerington.

Staff was rude when questioned details of a bill.

Very unprofessional and they pressure you into spending more and more money as if you’re at a used car dealership instead of a clinic. Will not bring my pet back

I have been to two different groomers before this and they refused to take in my cat because they said he was too difficult. Here at Allpets, they said he was a delight to work with and showed no aggression at all and there was no need to sedate them. He looks so good and he feels so much better. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming here from now on. You got my furrever business! ❤️????

I brought my dog in for a spay treatment at our agreed upon time. When I arrived the technician begins to try and add additional items. The agreed upon price seemed to change. I mentioned that was poor customer service and spoke with senior staff. They then said that since I feel that way they were not going to see my dog. So don't complain if you use them, or they won't see you pet.

I highly recommend AllPets Pickerington. We love Dr. Cormondy. She is patient and kind and wonderful with animals. She also takes the time to listen to all my concerns and follows up. I couldn’t ask for a better person to care for my pets.

AllPets is fantastic all the way around. From booking an appointment, dropping my dog off, taking the best care of him, and making him handsome, AllPets exceeded my expectations. The Groomer they have, Tessa, is very detail oriented and will love your pet like her own. They were able to get my Collie in within a week of me calling, they contacted the vet to get his records so I didn’t have to, and he was all smiles when I picked him up. The entire staff has been so nice at every visit! I love bringing my pups here to be groomed! I have two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels and I have been so happy with how they look when they leave each time (and I had been to other groomers previously). Tessa is so attentive to small details and we have never been disappointed!

They will handle the services you ask, but are drastically over priced and always try to upsell extra things. Most recently got an estimate to get my dog neutered and they quoted $578-590. Called my old vet in Gramdview and was estimated at $320.

Tessa did such a great job on my fur babies grooms! With bulldogs, it’s hard to find someone who tends to their “good qualities” ???? like their wrinkles. Tessa did an awesome job and they smelled SO good for WEEKS!

We love All Pets! My Aussie has been in for grooming services several time and we are never let down! Their groomer Tessa does an awesome and thorough job every time and I never have to worry about my girl while she is in her care. We look forward to our visits every time!

My mom dropped off my cat for his grooming appointment and asked if they could hold him there for a few hours after his appointment until someone else could pick him up after the appointment and they said yes. They called to tell my mom that they couldn't groom my cat because he was too skittish which is fine. When he was picked up the staff had allowed him to go to the bathroom all over himself and his carrier. So not only did he not get groomed but he was returned even dirtier than he was to begin with. Had they told us that we needed to supply a litterbox I would've been more than happy to provide his own litterbox and litter. I think my family and I assumed that because they said they could hold him and because this business offers multiple services like boarding, for example, that they could provide a restroom for him. They did provide a 100% refund. I will never do business with them ever again. I'm willing to pay top dollar for quality services and trusted staff members to care for my cat, but you won't find that here unfortunately. If you do decide to use this business proceed with caution.

They take of my Maggie as if it was their pet and they are super friendly.

Dr Cormandy is simply the best. She explains everything in details and always takes her time to talk with you and let you ask any questions. I truly feel lucky that we can have her take care of our pets.

They did a great job with Elmos tumors and Elmo. He enjoyed the visits after a few. Loved the staff. They did great and made him comfortable after not seeing a vet in a good bit.

Seriously in love with this place. They were able to squeeze my sick Rat in the next day. Everyone is super nice and explained everything to me. Took amazing care of my girl. Pricing seems to run about the same as it does for a dog or cat, which is awesome!
