Any place that would put down, make fun of, and harass one of their employees for needing to take a day off because of a family death is not worth taking my fur baby to or telling my friend to take theirs to. Especially making degrading comments about that person infront of customers.

Debbie does a great job grooming my dog. Over the years I've tried different groomers but after finding The Pet Spa , I will never go anywhere else !!

We took our sharpei to misty there for years for bi weekly baths, she was rude and unpleasant and threatened to hit the dogs. Our dog was injured by her using dirty tools and ended up with an infection and died within a week. There are no groomer laws in the state of Ohio so please do your research before you chose a groomer!

They abuse the animals! They should be shut down and criminal charges should be filed!!!

I originally gave Pet Spa a 5 star review, but my recent experience will keep my from returning. I dropped my dog off when they opened at 8am, I called around 12:30 and they said give them 90 min to 2 hours to finish up. We went to pick him up at 3pm, he was not even started. No explanation for why. I then went back at 4:50pm (they close at 5pm) and he was still not finished. It took them until 5:10pm to finish him up. We will probably never return. 9 hours and 10 min to groom a dog with no explanation and no phone call is unacceptable.

Misty does a great job with our rescue dog Bear. We have been to other groomers none put the care and attention to help reduce the stress of his experience. We will never go anyplace else.

Good Pricing and They did such a wonderful job on my dog!! He looks great!! Will definitely continue going here!!!!
