Nuzzlers North Royalton, Ohio

I'm not sure if my dogs love being at Nuzzlers or home more. Great price, great staff, and they're flexible. They are the only people I trust besides myself with my dogs.

Our Rover canceled last minute on our wedding day. We called Nuzzlers 30 minutes before closing, and they were able to get our dog booked and boarded for an overnight stay. We cannot thank you enough, Nuzzlers Team!

My two pups were housed there for a week. They were given good care and well fed. They sent me pictures when asked

Nuzzlers is family owned and operated. They kept me updated on my cat's wellbeing and took good care of him. I am impressed and will continue using Nuzzlers service when necessary.

Michele is the best...my pups love going to spend time with her almost as much as they do with me...she treats all her furry clients as though they are her own...highly recommend Nuzzlers :)

trustworthy place place at good rate. My dog stayed there for 4 nights and was in a great mood when we picked him up. We will be using them again.

My 10 mo pup checked out of here after a weeklong stay with heavily matted fur reeking of urine, intense itching in his ears, and the need to relieve himself so badly he almost did so in the lobby on our way out. I know he's capable of holding it for nearly 8 hours, so it really seemed as if he hadn't been let outside in a long time. Also, he has now developed a cough. I'm really disappointed in the quality of care our puppy was given. The owner/manager told us he was doing great the whole time he was there, but we were quite shocked by the disheveled state he was in when we picked him up. What a traumatic first time away from home. The only redeeming quality is that they were able to book him last minute and allowed us to pick him up on our own time. Also, the manager was quite nice. Maybe she's just in over her head. That being said, we won't be bringing our pup back here.

My German Shepherd can't wait to go to daycare! He comes home happy and tired.

So happy I thought of Nuzzlers when looking for a boarding solution for my kitten for a week stay! Michelle and family were absolutely amazing to my Winnie and our entire family. We will always use them now, thank you Nuzzlers! Amazing care and affordable

Took great care of our dog and reasonably priced.

We have been taking our dogs Abby and Manny there since they took over management. They are the BEST! When we bring them home from a day of day care they are exhausted and happy, and when my husband drops them off there they can’t wait to get to the door, they practically tear his arm off running for the door because they are so excited to get in there. The whole family are so nice and you can tell how much they love these dogs.

Great place. Dog got really good care. Reasonable prices. Very professional and caring staff. I had to unexpectedly drop my dog for ten days. They got him in right away. Also dog had some burns from my electric fence ( just installed) and needed to clean them every day. I asked them to do it, when I returned, all was healed up and dog was in super good shape. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place

We had to come down for a funeral and needed a place to board our dog last minute and had heard good things about Nuzzlers. They were very personable on the phone and were able to get our Bubby in. Very happy with the experience, Bubby is 2 years old and is never away from us and did very well there. She put our minds at ease and could tell he was well taken care of for the two days he was there. Also pricing was more than reasonable. I wish they were closer to Columbus!, there are not many people or places I would leave Bubby. If we are ever back that way and need to board our dog we would definitely use their services.

Thanks Michelle for your great care of our cat. Made our Christmas holiday free of worries. Crookshanks enjoyed her stay here as far as I can tell. And Michelle is quite easy to communicate with and very friendly. And she offered us a 20% discount for this first visit as well. Planning to be here again for our cats soon.

Please take care to consider when 'Royal York' became 'Nuzzlers'. I swore I would never bring my 2 dogs back when it was Royal York because it was one of the worst experiences ever. Then we got a letter in the mail stating it was under new ownership as 'Nuzzlers'. I was nervous...but very pleasantly surprised as our dogs stayed there for a week in April 2018 and they are going again very soon. Everyone is wonderful and very helpful and you can tell our pups loved it! Thank you for turning this business around for the better!

I’ve been boarding my cat at Nuzzlers when I go away for work trips. Cece is very needy and particular at times, and the family at Nuzzlers take excellent care of her and treat her like a member of their family. I will definitely continue to take Cece to Nuzzlers for extended stays, and can’t say enough about their great service and care for animals!

Absolutely the best place to house your pet. The owners couldn't be any nicer, nice clean facility, I could tell when we picked our dog up that he had fun and made lots of friends while he was there!

When I called to check on our dog we were told he was fine the entire time he was there yet when we went to pick him up he smelled like urine, his fur was all wet in spots and looked depressed. They said his fur was wet from a bath yet if they actually gave him a bath he would be wet all over and not smell like urine. I felt sick to my stomach knowing that I left our dog at this horrible place. I will NEVER neglect our animals by bringing them here again!! If I was able to give them 0 stars I would...

This family did a great job of taking care of our very senior dog for over a week. They went above and beyond tending to his many needs. I would highly recommend them.
