Great experience for first overnight. Staff was friendly. I wish there was more grass and less mud in play and bathroom areas.

Easy to find also they sell dog licenses, love it.

Great place and wonderful staff. The facility is so clean and has a great outdoor park for the dogs.

Kennel Resorts is the best to care for my canine family when I travel. The staff really makes an effort to look out for my pups and I know if there is any issue, they will call me right away. Thank you Kennel Resorts!!! New owner, same great service!!!!

10-1-21 Well, this is my second review of Kennel Resorts, and it's still a great one! - THANK YOU, Crystal, and everyone there who tookd good care of our Newton and Franklin. I always hate leaving them behind, but sometimes it's necessary to do! And when they are so happy and excited to arrive there ... pulling to go inside ... I know that they must have a great time! And when we picked them up yesterday, they were clean, happy, and healthy. I highly recommend Kennel Resorts! AND ... 3 years ago: When it's necessary to board our pets, this is the only place where we will take them. Jim, Kelly, and Josh, to name just a few of the staff members there, are great with our dogs AND us! They're always friendly and strive to provide excellent care for our pets while we are away. Our dogs don't board often, but when they do ... they are happy when they arrive at Kennel Resorts and have no qualms about following the Kennel Resorts staff to their cabins. - And when we return for our dogs ... we find them healthy, and clean, and happy to see us once again. I highly recommend Kennel Resorts!

I can't say enough good things about Kennel Resorts. The facility is always clean and that's a MAJOR plus when one is walking in the door for the first time. My dogs never show any signs of "not having a good time", mistreatment, poor handling, stench, stink, dirt, grossness, or anything else you get with some boarding outfits. The prices are very fair. I believe you actually get more than what you pay for as far as outdoor activities etc.. Just this morning, mine had to be fetched from the outdoor play yard when I was picking them up. I'm certain this was an adder they provided my dogs. I have no idea what their rules are for aggressive breed dogs and you can take that for what it is. My dogs are a beagle and a greyhound mix. I've seen shephards, labs, a TON of Ol Brown Dogs, Ol Black Dogs, and mutts.. and it's great. I highly recommend Kennel Resorts!!!!

I'm not sure what happened, my cat is usually very nice. It may have been because he had just been to the vet earlier in the week, but they said he was mean to them. When I picked him up, I went back with the lady to get him out of the cage because she told me that he was being aggressive and immediately upon seeing her he started hissing at her and backing up but when he saw me calm down and let me take him out. He was slobbering and continue to slobber until the next day but I don't know why. Also, he had a scratch on his nose oh, but they said they hadn't put him with other cats. It has left a scar. Other than that, he seems fine oh, and their rates are reasonable.

Staff is every friendly! But most.of all I trust them.????

I normally don't leave many reviews, and especially not 1-star reviews, but I unfortunately had an awful mishap here that I believe other dog owners should know about. I boarded my dog for 2 nights. When I went to pick her up, they gave me the wrong dog and said they had gotten mixed up when they took the dogs out to go to the bathroom. They gave me a general apology when I was there and then when I emailed them about this later, they just gave me another general apology. They never calmed my fears about how long the dogs were switched and whether my dog even received the right food or was in the right kennel. They clearly do not properly identify their dogs while they are on their grounds because that never should have happened. On top of that, she developed an upper respiratory infection (which they did email us that kennel cough was going around at the time), but it still cost us an extra $180 in vet bills. Our dog was also not herself and was extra thirsty when she picked her up, which was most likely due to the stress of boarding, but either way we will not be returning to Kennel Resorts.

Wonderful experience, our two dogs seem to enjoy being there. Been using Kennel Resorts for years, always a good experience.

I drove by to check out the kennel before making A reservation.I was so impressed with the place. I actually felt like I had entered an old fashioned summer camp. I think it's beautiful there. We made reservations for 3 dogs and dropped them off with no worries. The following week after picking them up we discovered all 3 had kennel cough. I don't know what to think now. I emailed them a couple days ago and was told they did have a week with a lot of dogs getting kennel cough and they had contacted all their clients to inform them. I was never informed.

This is a good place to board your dog. They have social time with other dogs or if your pup doesn't do well with other dogs they can just have some solo time outside. I like that they give the dogs a temperamental test before allowing dogs to socialize with other dogs. My Sophie girl has stayed on two different occasions and has gotten groomed both times and both times she looks and smells great! I highly recommend this place!

Kennel Resorts took such great care of our boy! He is anxious around new people, and they went out of their way to love on him and make him feel comfortable.

This was the first time that we have boarded our mix breed rescue. Leo is is anxious and nervous in new situations, but Kennel Resorts was patient and awesome with him. We will definitely be headed back the next time we head out of town.

This was my first time boarding my Goldendoodle with Kennel Resorts in Milford. I had to book last minute, due to my dog sitter canceling, they were able to take her and responded so quickly to my late night online booking. The whole process was seamless. All the instructions were in one email. When I got to the kennel, it was so clean and didn’t smell like pet odor. The staff was very friendly and my dog wasn’t nervous to go with them at all. She stayed a week and when I picked her up she was so happy and very worn out from the day camp add-on service. The pick up process was a breeze, very efficient and quick. I will definitely be using their services again and refer family and friends!

We did not worry once about our pets and felt they were on their own mini vacation as well.

Both Jax and Bels had a great experience at Kennel Resorts. I love the large play areas where they can go out and run.

We looked at Kennel Resorts after deciding against another facility. We walked into a clean friendly atmosphere and were sold! Kristin was so helpful in guiding us through the process, as this was our first time leaving our lab with anyone. I was comfortable leaving him in their capable hands. We were encouraged to call and check on him anytime which was comforting. He was clean and happy when we picked him up. It’s hard to leave our baby behind when we go on vacation but I’m grateful for Kennel Resorts because I know he’s in good hands!

My boy had a 10 night stay at Kennel Resorts. He was well cared for and I would absolutely take him back next time I go out of town!

They take excellent care of our 2 bulldogs. The dogs run inside when we drop them off to board and are happy and clean when we take them home! We all love Kennel Resorts!
