Found nearly all of the items I needed without difficulty. Friendly employees, very helpful too!

I’ve been here before for my dog never had a problem till I had to deal with Christopher who was very unprofessional and disrespectful and tried to force me to change my appointment because I told him he was unprofessional so he no longer wanted to service me didn’t try and fix problem with his attitude just tried to force me to change my appointment because he was upset because of his lack respect! Soon as he answered the phone he did not say anything because he was too busy laughing at his background before he ever even said hello!

Although the store was super busy Black Friday weekend the associate that helped us was friendly and took her time with us. Had just lost a pet and she was compassionate and didn't rush through the sale. She was very informative and answered all of my questions.

Sales person Kara was very helpful and great to work with.

Took my ferrets to get the baby a harness and everyone was so nice and friendly. Nikki (tall girl with black hair and glasses) was the nicest person ever and I hope she goes far in life

I was greeted by a female associate and she was very friendly. We spoke about kitty adoption, food and the well being of our cat babies. Matthew who checked me out was also very nice, and fun.

You carry the food and the toys that my cat loves the most. Only reason it wasn't a 10 was because the store didn't have stock of everything I wanted, but that's unfortunately the state of things right now. Cashier was super friendly.

Groom by Chris was horrible I didn’t notice until I got home but he ended up hurting my dog and I requested a flea clean and yet I did not receive that service. That place is alright just not by him he is a very nice guy don’t get me wrong just Poor at grooming extremely upset from this service I wish I would have checked at the store so I wouldn’t have paid

Your staff did not only tell me where the items were, they literally walked me to the item so that my experience would be faster. As a result, I ended up buying more items as I saw the different areas!! I'm grateful that you train your staff to escort the people to the items they need. Otherwise, we would wonder around, eating up time we do not have. Thank you!!

Honestly it's because of the people who are working there . You can see that they actually love animals . Hopefully you NEVER have to see a dog's face change from the despair to joy when saved from a person who is not a pet lover . Only the joy of you on the face of your own pet should be there . So again the people who are going into work and love their pets are here and you should be to .

Easily the worst grooming experience, this place is a joke. Do not take your large or active breeds here, it’s clear there are certain groomers who do not know how to handle. On one occasion they shaved our Malamute’s butt because they were so aggressive with brushing that she couldn’t handle it. On another, she told us our fully trained dog who received an “A” on her grooming report card 6 weeks prior from same location started biting her? And that she has a history of biting? Yet Petco continues to schedule appointments for her with no issue, we simply agree she doesn’t like her toe nails clipped and they will do the best they can. This woman clearly did something to irritate our dog after 2.5 years of grooming with no issue and positive feedback each time about being extremely friendly.

Petco at Southland is pushing $4.00 (3.99) a can for dog food! Boycott this store for price gouging! A can of beef stew at Giant Eagle, which is way better than dog food is less than $1 and under $2.00 if you're fancy. I'm going to start feeding my dog what I eat. Petco price matches, but they're starting to catch on and fixing the prices at the same as the store. I'm boycotting this store until they are more realistic with the prices.

My husband love this place, vary variety of everything, the prices need to low a little bit
