Pet Supplies Plus - Middleburg Heights Middleburg Heights, Ohio

Went to store to get specific items for pet. Asked for assistance was advised someone would be there to help. Waited 15 min looking at items no assistance, left store went to another pet store spent $130 with all the assistance I needed.

Great place for pet supplies

Got an email this morning a out my auto ship. It said that it was scheduled to arrive December 31, 2021and this is December 30, 2021. I called them to cancel the order since we still had plenty left from last order. I was put on hold and no one ever came back on line. I got on the website and canceled it myself and within minutes received confirmation of the cancelation. Later that evening I received the order that was canceled and they took the money out ofmy bank account. I called them to let them know what happened and the manager said that I would have to come in. I tried explaining to her that I had severe covid and pneumonia and she said that I could not get the item returned and my money back unless I came in...really! So I took my highly contagious self in and was in the store for 25 minutes while I waited on her to return the item. So needless to say everyone was unnecessarily exposed to covid because of their stupidity.

Low Stock. As friendly as the staff is, the store isn't as stocked as other Pet Supplies that I have been to. I get frozen raw food and they do not have the brand that I purchase in stock. I also get science diet wet cat food and they did not have the flavor that i prefer. I was able to get guinea pig food, but not vitamin tablets I wanted for guinea pigs.

Has everything you need at competitive prices. My go to place for everything my pets need. Plus they even have a groomer to keep your pet looking sharp.

I went to an opposing store and that is when I realized. How much better Pet supplies plus is than their competition. Selection and price

This location has a very nice team. Always friendly. And I love my options for dog supplies. Between the top rated dog foods and chew toys for HARDY chewers, I always find what I need. Currently they do not require masks for patrons or employees who are fully vaccinated.

Called ahead to see if the baths were open. They said yes and I told them we were bringing three dogs. They didn't tell us one of the dryers was broken. One of the machines that took tokens stopped mid way and I went to find someone to help and she kept telling me it wasn't possible for it to stop. It clearly even showed that I had time left but it would not let me use any water or dryer. She kept insisting that it wouldn't do that even though it clearly did. She put more tokens in and it started working again. The floor wasn't draining and we were standing in a puddle of water in the whole room.

Sidney is always there and super friendly! Roger dug out my from backstock and check with Curtis was fast! Definitely my favorite store since moving to the area from Lorain.

They always have what I'm looking for unlike other pet stores!

99.9% Usually 100 percent helpful an have what I need.

When pet value closed I had to find a new dog food for my pupster. I stopped in before work and found a brand that maybe would work. Had an issue with what I read and what was on sale. The manager very friendly fixed it all! I found a new place!

I really like their dog wash bqys and the price. Its not always clean though

This place is Great and the Groomer was amazing, she provided me with the knowledge I needed for my rottie/massive mixes. She even went beyond the scope of her services to come out to my car and check the ingredients on the bag of dog food I just purchased from the robbers of Petland in Strongsville mall.(**side note** if you don't have to, dont go to Petland in Strongsville Ohio. If you don't look like you have any money or their credit card they act like you don't exist. But when you show you have their credit card, help comes from everywhere and they are much more friendlier ????????????) I apologize for the rant. But back to Pet Supplies Plus, she did this all while pregnant and with her shift ending. I will definitely return to this store.

Been going there for 10 years. The grooming dept is terrible. They refused to muzzle my dog to trim his nail.They didn't even give him a chance to calm down. They suck.

I have used this store for years, The staff is always helpful and accomodating.

I have always loved my Pet Supplies Plus store, the employees are incredible! The are not only knowledgeable, but they are friendly, helpful, and love my dog, Jackson. This week I did a curbside pickup, so I missed all their smiling faces. When they brought out my order I found a thank you note, and a heart was drawn on it. It made my day! Love you all too!

Love this store! Employees are nice. If you buy any food treats etc and your pet won't eat it. They will take it back with no problem. Just bring a little bit of it back. Just want to update my review.... Unfortunately the service here has declined severely, every time I place a order online I have a problem!!! I can't even get a manager to answer the phone so I can get them to substitute a few products they said they are out of. Even though the web site says they do have it. As I write this I am on hold it has been 45 minutes on hold. I keep calling back and put on hold again!!!

They were out of a lot of things. I know Covid-19 has something to do with it but wow.

Store staff was very helpful with finding the correct food for my cat's irritable bowel syndrome.

I’ve been a customer of Pet Supplies Plus for a long time, with that being said this was my first time at this location and the worst experience. I left my 8mo Husky there for a bath and was told it would be 2hours which is no problem. Not even 25min later (no exaggeration on 25mins) I get a call that my puppy is too hyper and they can no longer have him at the store. First off puppy’s are naturally hyper and energetic and everyone knows that they get the zoomies after a bath. Second, every other pet supplies that I’ve gone to has had no problem with my puppy. Third the “bath”, nail trimming and brush out that was somehow all done In the 25mins that I left my puppy that was done poorly and I was still charged $50 for the service!! My pup smells horrible and on top of that they gave me my puppy wet. So now I’m here writing this review after having to spend another 45min to do the job myself because he was never serviced for what I was charged for. Never coming back and definitely do not recommend to anyone who needs a grooming service!

Wow what a great place! Sue and the staff are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Any questions you may have about an animal, reptile, snake, cat ,bird etc. They've got you. Any issues with online ordering, they'll help! They prolice match chewy!! Help a local store out and shop here! Handicap accessible.

The pet bath area is well-run.

My experience there was completely 100% awesome , I forget the name of the young lady that helped me she's 17 to 22 years old light is blonde hair blue eyes are very light blue eyes she was knowledgeable she helped me I swear the Frozen thought rats and mice were she walked me over there and then let me know the prices are going to change at the register from rewards

Never go back within 1/2 hour when I got home my super wormed were Dead out of 50 I had 3 that was alive

Everyone in the dog grooming is amazing love the girls my dogs love them great experience and recommend to all my Goldendoodles love going for their grooming needs!
