If you’re taking your child in with you to buy a hamster you can forget about it! I will no longer be buying from here. My husband took our son to buy a hamster and the associate refused to allow us to buy the hamster. He was under the impression that a 3 year old would be caring for it and there for in his “professional opinion” did not think we would be suitable to be caring for it. First off what 3 year would be taking care of a hamster all by himself and who are you to refuse a sale of any animal that would be taken care of by two adults? The assumptions are disgusting and unprofessional to say the least! Not to mention this is not the first time this has happened I ended up going else where to buy fish because of this same issue they refuse services based off of their opinions. I will be taking my money elsewhere .

I bought a container of 'giant' mealworms and they were so small and the first 2 I pulled out were dead and the worms were absolutely not giant very disappointed also called before I went and I believe Lauren answered and told me they were out of small crickets and had some large crickets.I told her that I needed large and she said we need for our animals here and I said can I get at least 20 and she said oh yes no problem. When I got there they said there were only small crickets and no large ones even though I saw the large in the bin. I started telling her that Lauren said..... and she walked away.Very dissatisfied . Probably will try Petsmart next time.

Went to check out and no one was around.. Couldn't find anyone to help with questions about an animal. Dissapointing

I usually shop Chewy or Petsmart and went into Pet Supplies only for the dog wash. The staff was super friendly. The prices were so good that I ended up buying collars, toys, and treats. Nice store.

Took my dog in for grooming. Very dissatisfied in how he was groomed. Also Dana was his groomer and in front of me she was pulling him in the grooming area.???? It was obvious he didn’t want to go with her. Instead of her dragging him she should of picked him up he only weighs 15 pounds. Then when I came to get him she brought him out on a leash, he was of course happy to see him. He was an arm length away from me and I asked her if she had his shampoo which I brought. Instead of just giving him to me she turned around and pulled him ( because obviously he didn’t want to go after seeing me) back to the back room to get the shampoo. I wasn’t happy with the way she treated him!!! Will not be going back!!!!!!!

I bought 20 pink minnows and they all died in a week.

Always clean and never put or stick of anything we need! I’d say I’m there twice a week for crickets. I am wondering if you purchase bulk fish from local breeders? I have a ton of cichlid fry that I need to sell!

Staff is more helpful than the other pet store in town. Snails and fish I purchased have been healthy. Great as far as pet stores go.

The delivery service is top notch.

Very friendly staff that help whenever I need assistance. Weekly Vet comes in and makes it very convenient to keep my pets updated for shots or microchipping. Would recommend.

I have never been here before and was immediately impressed when the cashier welcomed me and told me exactly what aisles the items I was looking for were located. I usually order from Chewy or Walmart but needed hairball ointment for my cat. The prices are higher than the stores I shop plus they don't carry Iams cat food or Hartz cat toys. They do carry Kong toys which are good but again, pricey here. I'm grateful I found the hairball ointment though!

Great prices, always sales going on. They greet you as you walk through the door.

I love that they offer grooming services as well as a bathe your own dog station. They have everything we need for our pets. I like that you can buy bird seed in bulk.

The store is fine and press prices are great I just do not like the groomer in the back it's like dog bothered her all day long half wasn't done that was supposed to be done so I just don't like the groomer in the back Dana

We purchased a California Kingsnake and supplies here over the weekend. Sales rep was super helpful and patient with us. We even got to hold our snake before purchasing, which helped us get a feel for his disposition????

These groomers at this location Have NO experience in dealing with dogs. Went home a few locally owned grooming shops. And after telling them what happened. Every locally owned groomer stated. We are always taking appointments for dogs from both BIG BOX CHAINS, to fix the problem.one groomer even said they give the grooming industry a bad name. Please I beg for the love of your furbaby PLEASE DO NOT take your dog there. How can you right something that already happened? It's simple, stop putting unexpieranced groomers and kids as management. There was no best interest of my dog.try saying lazy groomers

Found everything I needed. Store is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Was told when I made a purchase I could return anywhere and when I took it to another location I was told they don’t expect returns because they were franchise.. very disappointed

This is my favorite PSP location in the region, as they appear to be the most organized and well-managed. Any time I shop here, it is apparent to me from the inventory levels that their manager or leaders know the products they carry and the state of their shelves very well. This was especially apparent to me during the Covid-19 pandemic, where this Medina store consistently restocked certain products which other stores would not have in stock for sometimes months at a time. Other stores were using Covid-19 as a sort of 'catch-all' excuse for any possible shortcoming in inventory procurement, imprecision in order fulfillment, or other instances of lousiness. Or completely over-exaggerating the Purina supply shortage matter. Out of all of the other stores that I have used for online pickup (including Fairlawn, Cuyahoga Falls, Garfield Heights, Stow, etc.), the Medina store is the only location besides Streetsboro where the website quantities are "fairly close" to what is actually available in the store.

Prices on products are a bit high but they are great and staff knows what they are talking about

Compassion and expertise and amazing ????customer service was exceptional at my visit yesterday! Hope ❤es her chicken wrapped rawhide bones they are a saving grace during tough teething stage! I saw beautiful Compassion as the staff helped me make important decisions about my 13week havapoo puppy. I'm so greatful for their service. I will be back for the chicken wrapped rawhide!
