We have used Animal Medical Center of Medina for 38 years. The staff has and still does fantastic and very caring across the board. We would never go anywhere else and appreciate everything they do for all the care of our pets past and present with Gypsy. We Thank You all and Gypsy does too.

They always take good care of my friends furbaby. They board him and give him his medicine while shes away. Friendly service.

Had to switch Vets at the beginning of the pandemic, and was a little wary not meeting the Vets in this practice in person. Have been very pleasantly surprised by the level of care provided to my 2 dogs by all the staff

Had to wait in parking lot due to COVID but were happy with results. Good value much cheaper than our previous vet in Royalton.

Animal Medical Centre is a fantastic vet. We only started taking our dog there at the beginning of the pandemic as we had just moved to Medina. Dr. Prada and the staff provided wonderful care for our fur baby, diagnosing a condition that our previous vet not just overlooked, had outright ignored. He was never afraid to go see the doctor, they treated him like their own pet. Dr. Prada was always very thorough, taking lots of time explaining all options and procedures. I'd recommend them every time.

I literally rescued a cat from under my neighbor's porch. With a trap. Jasper had all kinds of issues, from fleas, an URI, tapeworm and a tooth infection. AMC of Medina administered some medications that day, and I left with antibiotics. That very night, Jasper acted like a new cat. He was active, happy and full of cuddles. That was Sept 3rd. Jasper has healed thanks to the wonderful, knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Prada, and the caring staff that made my visit seemless.

Always a delight for my animals to be cared for here! Even though almost every furry friend hates the vet, haha. But I have brought every animal since I was 19 here (about to turn 35 now) and they are honest, supportive and extremely professional. Especially in their compliance & efficiency of supporting COVID guidelines! Thank you for my pet(s) care! ????

Very disappointed, we have been taking our pets to this vet for many years! Unfortunately we had to put our cat down unexpectedly. This was very heartbreaking for our whole family. We spent an hour in the car with her before we went in to have her put down. Before we even had the procedure done they wanted payment. I just was a little set back. I just felt it could’ve been done differently! I also payed for the paw print and was told it would be done in a day or so.. they would call me to come pick it up! It’s been well over a week and still haven’t heard from them! I called today to ask if someone was going to call me to tell me it was ready. The lady said let me go check. When I told her my disappointment her response was. Oh well I’m only a receptionist! Well maybe you should have a little more heart felt compassion for those who are still suffering from a loss and that paw print might help with the healing!

My pets are treated like family at Animal Medical Center. I value there work whether it be for grooming or office visits. I will continue to take my cats & dogs to this facility as long as they live. Thank you so much for the wonderful service to not only my animals but to me!

Any and all services I have received for my pet have been handled quickly the staff and Vets are all caring and you know your pet is getting very good care, and I feel very comfortable bringing my pet to this clinic for care.

Everything went well, price was less than quote, dog just a little loopy, but the clinic provided me with guideline of what to expect. They were careful and my small dog did not lose any teeth in the procedure. YEAH!

We have been taking our pets here for over 14 years. Here recently we have had some issues with the office staff being extremely rude. We have talked to the office manager, nothing was done. It makes us really sad to be treated with disrespect. They have a sign up out front that states rudeness will not be tolerated and they will not provide service for you, maybe they should apply this sign to their own office staff!

Always kind and helpful. Gentle with our beloved pets about whom they seem to care. The Vets take their time with us, never rushing. Considering how much COVID has made things more trouble and more difficult the staff seems to keep their cool.

They have gone above and beyond for my cat twice. Saving his life at least one of those times. They help me with everything from phone calls to in person visits. And their pricing has always seemed fair. They will do everything they can to help me with whatever is happening and the few times it has been a little less than perfect they are very apologetic and work to fix the issue.
