Called about getting a litter of stray kittens in the door for an appointment. They treated us like I was trying to bring in an alligator. Goodness. Also didn’t bother to try to give us an appointment. No thanks, definitely won’t be coming in any time soon.

I took both of my dogs to Robinson animal hospital once I moved up from Bridgeville. I had one consultation with the Vet and then only saw techs from them on. For a week, I tried to call every day and could not get ahold of someone (was hung up on a few times.. or the line was busy). I was reaching out for my dog with a yeast infection in his ear. I finally came in one morning at 830am with tears in my eyes politely begging them to help me. I asked if they could help me in any way. They told me the doctor could only see me if we paid $150 for an emergency visit. They didn’t offer any other option or any help. They basically just told me to eff off. I was so disheartened and upset. They just didn’t want to help me and treated me like I was annoying. After spending thousands of dollars there on both of my dogs, I couldn’t believe the way they treated me. I’m going back to my vet in bridgeville. I will never go back.

As snooty as they come

God forbid you are a little late for your appointment, they'll send you home and ask to reschedule, except they don't have opening for weeks. Meanwhile, if you are on time, don't expect they'll take you promptly. I've had to wait and was asked for patience when they were running behind schedule on previous appointments. But they didn't return the favor. The vet time (Lauren Sechler in my case)was way more valuable than my time. She didn't bother to talk to me for two minutes so I can explain why I was late. Inconsiderate! I regret giving this practice my business. Never again!

My dog was in need of emergency care that they recommended, but they would not see him. They give us no refills for his prescriptions, and told us they would get him a refill but never sent the order to the pharmacy. They never answer their phones and are so hard to get any information from. I would not recommend this office.

Takes days to get someone to finally answer the phone. Dog obvious has an ear infection was advise he can’t be seen for 3 weeks. Would not provide anything to help him even though we are established with the vet for years. Seems to only won’t your money. Don’t care about the dog.

Me and my dog, Bear absolutely love you guys. Thanks for always taking the time to make sure my guy is taken care of. Every Dr. we've seen over the last 4 years has been absolutely wonderful. You are all knowledgeable, helpful and kind! Great place!

I have taken my dog to a vet that has been taking care of her for 12 years in another state. When I moves back home to Pittsburgh I had to find a vet. I visited 3 places and Robinson Animal Hospital was by far the best. I had an emergency visit 2 weeks ago that was handled quickly, professionally, and honestly. I appreciated the demeanor when presenting the news we never want to hear and a care plan put in place and followed up on. The team there is very much appreciated.

Dr. Angie Keffer is the absolute best! She’s been amazing with my now-geriatric chinchilla (16 years old) over the years. I would never take her anywhere else.

I have been going to Robinson Animal Hospital for almost 20yrs. Their staff and doctors have always been kind and courteous. They take the time to explain in detail what is wrong with your pet, and all available options. If you find your pet is very ill, they do not run every test possible for purposes of making more money. Rather, they talk with you about the best options for your situation to get your pet the medical care needed. I found them to be knowledgeable and helpful, even for illnesses that are not the daily norm. I have had multiple dogs over the years. Robinson Animal Hospital has treated my dogs with Mega-Esophagus, Lupus, Renal Failure, and even one who had a permanent tracheotomy. I often recommend them and cannot imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

GREAT VETERINARIANS and SUPPORT STAFF!

The best place for your little furry friend. I bring my Dutch bunny here for check ups or when he feels sick, not so long ago he got spayed with no issues or complications. It’s a safe place for your little loved one.

I had my dog at many vets that just kept telling me she has a UTI, I switched her to Robinson Animal, they did xrays and found she had cancer pretty bad. They made her comfortable for 2 months before she passed. I will take all my pets there. They are friendly and so eager to help.
