'Missed' the results on my pets bloodwork, made me pay another 300 for more blood work. The doctor talked past me, acted like my questions were inconvenient or stupid, people on the phone acted annoyed by my calls. They told other vet offices that I 'refused' to bring my cat in when I told them certain days wouldn't work for an appointment. I had hoped for some help from them, but they treated me like I wasn't doing enough for my cat when I was doing everything they said I should, including rhe extra blood work that wasn't needed.

Been going here for 20+ years and will be a forever client. Started in 1996 with our choloate lab...followed by a black lab, a few cats, two French bulldogs, a pitbull, a couple of rats, a rabbit, and a bull mastiff. AWAH has helped my family tremendously. They were with us when we had to put our labs down and our rabbit too. I take my frenchies there now ????????

My dog goes right up to every vet tech and walks right in the door with them. He's usually wagging his tail when he comes out too lol. The doctor and vet techs are great and informative. When I have an issue, I can call right in and they answer my questions. Prices are a little high, but I really do trust them and they give great service.

Everyone is friendly and professional. They always take time to explain procedures, diagnosis, and treatments. I know my babies are in good hands here.

This was the first time I ever went to this vet place and I absolutely loved it!! My poor 1 year old lab mix was sick and not eating. They helped to get us in the next day. We got there and they saw her right away. They gave her tests and found out what was wrong with her on her X-ray very fast. The vets sat there and talked to me about how to properly give her her medicine and answered all of our questions ! My dog was so scared and nervous and they were so patient with her !! Not to mention their prices were very reasonable !! I 100% recommended this place to take your animals !!!

my experience with this vet has been horrible if you have emergency and they have seen mine since he was a baby they just refer you out if it's not convenient for them well having a sick puppy isnt convenient for me either I hope and pray he makes it till monday he was seen at medvet which is a specialty clinic and extremely expensive they gave him fluids and a shot for his vomiting which did help for a while it's the lack of concern that bothers me he will be going elsewhere but I highly recommend you dont take your pet to such an uncaring place

I've been taking my cats here for years. The doctors are very professional, the techs are super friendly, and they work with us when it comes to treating our cats. Unfortunately we recently had to say goodbye to one of our girls and they were incredibly kind about it; they allowed us to say goodbye as long as we needed, and gave us a free paw print to remember her by.

We gave Anthony Wayne a try when we moved to Maumee and have, sadly, switched back to driving up to Toledo for our pets. It seems like the vet we had (sorry, do not remember his name) was not in tune with our cat or our dog on the visit. He got exceedingly frustrated with our cat, which had never been an issue at our previous vet.

They are absolutely amazing!! Great staff and great docs! They have cared for our entire pack for years and we don’t know what we would do without them!

I can't thank this hospital enough! These are caring and hard working people. They took in a pet in need last minute and stayed after hours to make sure she got the care she needed. Thank you and keep up the great work!

My dogs nails had gotten to long and she avulsed one badly with bleeding. was seen the same day I called. After I was asked , I told them about bad experience at other 2 locations. Over charged really bad and I am on medical disabiliy. Yes they were really understanding and didn’t take a big chunk out of my disability check. Very professional and excellent care . My boyfriend and I bring our pets here. We prefer Dr. Hoffman. She is very thorough and genuinely cares about animals. Our questions are always answered and they provide follow up calls as soon as they can.

AWAH takes great care of my animals. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs that all receive great care. They have been gentle and always provide a caring atmosphere.

Doctors refuse to listen to you or your pets needs. Extremely rude and impersonal. Would never recommend this place.

Always greeted promptly and courteously. The techs are thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Reece always answers all questions and concerns and is willing to make a referral if a specialist is needed. I have been a happy client for a long time and strangely my dog likes going to the clinic.

Excellent staff and my dog is comfortable there. I feel prices are a little high but haven't found any better. Passionate about animals, loving and caring staff. I wish they would have more holistic remedies rather than drugs. Better for animals. Have been with them for many years.

My dogs and I are treated with kindness and respect at this office. They were very caring during an emergency last year. We won’t go any place else.
