First time using them. New owners to a bearded dragon. Just went for a check up and nails to be trimmed. DR BURKHART. took her time and went over care handling tips and answered any and all questions we had, she did not rush us to get out of there Took time to listen and answer my son's (14yr) questions and concerns with how to raise a healthy happy dragon . We both walked away with happy and healthy dragon .

Everyone is very nice, but unfortunately for my cat they didn't really know how to fix her paw.

Friendly staff who made us feel special, showed loved to our dog, and took time to answer our questions. Quick and efficient visit.

Staff is great! They are friendly, non-judgemental, and very understanding when it comes to difficult animals.

Love this place. They get a lot of our money. Perfect examples of " if you're nice to them, they will spend" you'd never know if a staff member is having a bad day because they're always happy and on time.

Very friendly. Your pet isn't designated to just 1 of the vets which makes scheduling very quick and easy. Can be a bit pricey.

Gave a good checkup on my bearded dragon, but the vet there said bearded dragons can have spinach. Spinach is a calcium binder and should never be fed to a beardie. I’m skeptical about the knowledge of this vet for bearded dragons, but other than that it was fine

Very nice and clean office. The workers and vet there are very caring and make you and your per welcomed.

Very kind and caring. Had to say goodbye to my best buddy of 18 years. My kitty cat was well treated and the doctor was so sweet and kind. After a long time mourning, I was able to put love into a new little kitty and they treat him great and with lots of love. They clearly care for animals and do their best to help. Good prices too for those who struggle! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Today was our first experience and I have only good things to say about this location! They are very clean and the system they have in place works well especially with covid for being socially distanced. There was care and compassion from front desk to nurse to doctor and a clear diagnoses as well. This is our vet now, no need to look anywhere else!

Good staff carrying doctor's Alvin loves them.

Only drawback is they won't let go of wearing of masks and they're not allowing customer with pets go in together inside the Center, which is very frustrating .. loss of one on one care from the staff

We board our cat here...we LOVE it. The cat doesn't. Haha.... He does come back rested and happy!

First visit was great, staff are also great. They've contacted us a couple different times checking on our feline which I find great. I will be making them my new primary vet clinic.

The care is pretty phenomenal but the bill isn't exactly nominal.

They took care of our cat Alice. She was in pain and now she's happy as can be! Great staff, great location, very easy to work with.

I have been bringing my cats here for years. Yes they may charge a bit more but as with other vets I don’t find myself going back several times with the same issue. They are all very compassionate. When I lost Toby, Ann the receptionist personally came out to my car to comfort me. (This was before COVID.)That touched my heart so much. I can’t thank them enough for all the care they provide my precious babies. Dr. Rachel their new addition is awesome may I add! Keep up the good work & as with your compassion most of all!
