Amazing with my dog and very affordable

I would give 10 stars if possible! I recently had to put my best friend of 13 years down it was one of the hardest days of my life. Dr coate was so kind and compassionate actually the whole staff was it made it a tiny bit easier to say goodbye I will always bring my pets here

These guys are the best. I'm willing to drive the extra few minutes from Columbus because I trust them with my dog. Very friendly staff, they treat you like family and love your pets like their own. They even send hand written Christmas cards. The prices are even great, but I'd be willing to pay more because it's high quality service.

I really appreciate Dr Walter's calling me immediately after a VERY SMALL misunderstanding. We will definitely continue using their services!

Dr Coate, Dr Walters, and Dr Miller are compassionate and dedicated to the pets and people in our community. They and their staff really listen to our family's concerns for our pets' wellbeing and our preferences for care. We have seen 2 aging dogs move on and were so glad their vet Dr.s were there along the way to make their last years healthy and comfortable when it came to it. We will be back again soon when we adopt again.

My cat was sick and the vet didn't know with what. The weekend was coming so the vet hook me up with two different therapies hoping that something would work through the weekend and it did. Thank you so much for helping my animals.

Wonderful staff with very reasonable prices. They stayed open late for my dog, Marley when he needed to be put out of his pain and misery, which showed me what animal lovers they truly were and I appreciate that from the very bottom of my heart. Highly recommend them!

I got a discounted rate for the spay and nurture of my 2 kittens through Cat Walfare Association. Which was amazing and help me a lot. However, when I went to pick up my cats their cage was covered in piss. It took 20 mins to talk to anyone. They did not give me any detail on what I am supposed to do to care for them afterward. We had ask weather or not there is anything to worry about. I understand they were busy, I work in customer service and I understand the crazyiness and that they probably had a long day. But how I received my kitten back is unexpectable. They were cover in piss and my male cat was shaved and marked for a spay.. They did not realise that my MALE CAT was a male until right before they were going to cut into him.. this sickens me. Farther more I went with my aunt to pick up her and mine kittens when we said all 3 names they only came back with 2 of the 3 cats.. We had to wait 10 more mins before we could sate that they forgot 1 of the 3.. I do not know how to respond about this. Forgetting 1 of the 3 cats Mistaking my male for a female And giving them to me cover in there own urine.. After they have surgery.. Which could cause and infection it was ridiculous! I just want to warn people to be careful. It just scares me that my kittens went through surgery and just to be handed over hours.. Later cover in piss

Absolutely do not recommend. I was lied to about the health of the kitten I adopted through them. I was told he had mild conjunctivitis and that he would not infect my kitten at home. Unfortunately, she did get sick as a result and has and will have life long complications as a result. The male I adopted is incredibly sweet and we love him; he does have continuing complications from his illness as well. Do not adopt pets through them especially if you have any pets at home and definitely don't trust them with your fur babies.

This place is absolutely amazing and they have taken very good care of my cat since day one. They always make sure she's comfortable and they are gentle with her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wonderful people. Very caring and helped with my dog tootzie. My baby! Did not have enough money for all of problems but they helped him anyway! Recommend them very highly.

3.5 stars. We find this to be the best local option, but it always feels like a bit of a gamble. Prices are fair. We like 2 of the 3 vets. The scheduling should be better. More often than not, we are waiting 45 min to an hour after our appointment time and getting checked in. I understand that things happen, but the vet we don’t care for can generally be heard chit chatting with some other customer through the thin walls about something unrelated to vet care for up to an hour at a time. This puts more load on the other vets. The times we have had him as a vet, he is short, rude, and condescending. Maybe it’s because we are there for some need and not to chit chat. Generally if we don’t get him, we know it will be a positive experience despite the time waiting.

Great local vet, we come here with our two dogs and two cats on a regular basis. Can't complain about anything. Super helpful and reasonable prices. This establishment has genuine love for all animals and are here for the community.
