Recently, our dog crossed the rainbow bridge and Pines handled his cremation. We appreciate how kind the staff was with our baby boy, and how quickly we were able to bring him back home with us???? We also drove through the park itself, and …

Today was the second time we picked up a deceased pet's cremains from The Pines. They offer excellent service with great care and compassion. Last time we went in and browsed for an urn. This time because of Covid, it was done online/over the phone with curbside pickup. They made it so easy even with these Covid restrictions. They bring a sense of calm and peace when your world feels out of control. They are a comfort in a time of sorrow. Their grounds should you choose internment there are utterly beautiful. I have my urns at home for the time being but will eventually take advantage of internment options for them in the future. Wonderful establishment with caring, compassionate staff.

We were referred to the Pines when we lost our beloved Labrador Riley. We used their cremation services - dropping off Riley to them and picking up the ashes the next day. The staff were warm and compassionate. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. I would definitely use their services again - they were a comforting presence on a very difficult day.

This place is amazing and I will be forever grateful to the staff member who helped me. Her name was tonya and she was so nice and made one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in saying goodbye to my dog who was more like my baby and definitely my best friend a whole lot easier to bare. Thank you tonya for being the amazing person you are and for not being judgemental I will be forever grateful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and anybody who has to go through the tragedy of losing your baby should definitely check out pines pet cemetery. To the staff and owners Thank you so very much

I cannot thank them enough. My family and I had to say goodbye to our Golden retriever, Brady. He had been a part of our family for 15 years. The staff at Pines were so compassionate and understanding of our wishes for him. His urn is beautiful and we are so happy to have him back home with us. Thank you Pines.

I do Senior Doberman Rescue and fostering and I've had to say goodbye to more dogs than the average pet owner. I have dealt with various situations in regards to their passing, however I had never had one pass away in their sleep while I was not home until this past Thursday. I found that my 13 year old Doberman, Sir Oliver the Great, had passed away when I got home from work that evening. It was shockingly sad as Ive been able to be there at the end to comfort every other dog except for one who my wife was with. He was my first who died alone in his sleep. As a result I had to scramble and try and find somewhere that could hopefully pick him up the next day as I had to work and could not have taken off with short notice. It was at night so if I couldn't find someone the next morning it would have meant leaving him alone for a full day which was more heartbreaking. I called a few places first thing in the morning but they were not available or didn't do pick up. Then I called Pines, my last resort. A very friendly and understanding lady answered the phone but informed me that their drivers were all booked up for the day and weren't even near my area to try and squeeze me in. I explained my situation and she asked me to hold for a minute and when she came back she notified me that the owner, who herself was off-site handling some other business, might be able to change a few things around and would personally drive to my house and pick him up as soon as she was available if someone could be there to help her. I was able to get home for lunch and meet her just two hours later. She was very respectful helping me gently handle my boy Oliver into a covered crate, covering him with clean blankets and we both carried him and placed him in her vehicle. I got emotional a few times and she of course understood and helped me talk through his loss. She was the first person I talked to about it and spent some extra time with me which was very kind and compassionate. Her and her staff went out of their way to help me and my very special senior Dober boy, on short notice while rearranging their schedule on what was a very busy day for them already. They called and texted me as soon as he was ready for me to pick up which was also very quick. I would recommend them over any other service I've ever used and if you can prepare ahead of time, I definitely recommend calling them directly and arranging all the details with them. They're also incredibly affordable as compared to handling all of it through the vet. They made What could have been a very difficult and even sadder situation much easier for me. Thank you ,Pines thank you!

This is hard...... . I have Ruggles, Buttons, Toby, Spencer, and my ferrets: Frack, Lily, and Pixie Stick buried at your place. It would be comforting to me if you could take a picture of my pets graves. I live 16 hours away, but would like to see their graves.

I have been so impressed with everything about The Pines. Heather helped me pick the perfect spot for my little man and has been so compassionate. The grounds and little chapel are so lovely and they made my little man look so beautiful for his viewing. Even the guys that buried my lil man were so kind. I highly recommend The Pines.

From beginning to finish this was a amazing experience I lost my dog Bella of 10 years on February 22 I had her ashes on Wednesday the 24th they took such great care with her and I already received beautiful poetry in the mail and helpful guides on how to grieve The loss of a pet the woman on the phone when I initially called to set up cremation was so sweet she even choked up with me and the man that brought my baby girl to the vet after her cremation was done was so sweet as well I definitely recommend this place 100,000,000% thank you so much for having compassion you can tell these people really care ????

We have used their services twice in the past few years. It’s always a difficult and emotional time. This last time, we were unable to enter the building due to COVID, so I could not view the urns. I had to view their selection online, which was ok. There isn’t any other place that I would take my beloved pet for their final resting.

My fur baby Cosmo suddenly passed away on us Wednesday. I made the last minute decision to have him cremated. So I didn’t get to plan ahead. The vet that Cosmo was at recommended this place in Lebanon for us to go to. I was really nervous taking him there because I didn’t know if my baby was gonna be treated with respect. Well, to say the least, I am very glad that I was directed to this place. The lovely staff made sure that me and my fur baby were comfortable, happy, and treated with dignity. I felt understood, like others around me knew how I felt. I ordered a brass urn, two keychains, and a beautiful necklace. I am pleased with every purchase. Every item is stunning. Not to mention, the property is absolutely breath taking so if you want to bury your animal here it is a gorgeous cemetery. I will definitely be coming back when the inevitable happens and my other cats pass. I know the staff will take wonderful care of my other babies.

Was recommend by several people that they were top of the line place. First, they never called my vet to schedule a pickup my vet had to call them. Then I paid for a paw print cast and they messed up the paper work and didn't get one. I'll never recommend them to anyone.
