absolutely horrible service! I waited over and hour! Twice in a row! Why schedule people if you can keep it!! I'd understand a lot more if I was told any kind of info such as we're busy just give us a few.. or we'll be right with you . Anything!! I love Dr custis but really! I'd have to say I've never felt this disrespected here!! I'll go elsewhere!

Amazing vet office, got in me with two puppies during covid which is unheard of. The ladies up front are ALWAYS fantastic & polite & the main vet guy is awesome, you can tell he cares very much about his job & all the animals. He spent time talking to me about each dogs & went over questions (again unheard of most places don’t care). The over all staff is what makes this place so wonderful, I will be taking all my pets to there from now on!????

Sooooo glad we switched! Custis came recommended from a friend and I'm so glad we gave them a chance. The staff is so friendly, the doctor is very thorough and explains everything, and you cannot beat the prices! Way better service and much cheaper than our old vet. It's obvious that the staff love animals!

I will only leave a negative review when necessary. I took my adult dog to get spayed here last year. When I picked her up, she was covered in feces including her leash. On one paw alone 3 of 4 quicks had been cut to the point they had bled and there was dried blood on her paw. To say she was traumatized is an understatement. I called to complain and all I got was excuses...not my fault.. vet tech did it...no apologies. Not that it would matter to my dog at this point. I debated if I should write this review. But I wanted to in case someone was considering taking their animal here for something similar because I can say our experience was not a good one. I will not be returning with any animal of mine now or in the future.

By far the best choice I could have made in choosing a Veterinarian Hospital for my 22 year old Jack Russell. Mr. Custis was very professional and personal. He treated me with respect and understanding. His price's are great. He listens to you and doesn't rush you off even when he is swamped with other customer's. He loves animal's and will treat them as it was his own. If you need a good Veterinarian him and his son are the people to see. And the staff is awesome too, very compassionate.

Great experience. ... traveling thru from Colorado visiting our brother in the area & our Shitzu Lucy had a problem with her paw. Got us in the next day and everyone was great there. Prices are so reasonable too!

Dr. Custis and Dr. Matt are the BEST. Almost 20 years now of impeccable care for our dogs and cats. I always feel lighter after speaking with them. I get myself so worried when one of my pets is sick... I love them and the entire staff. Theresa is amazing. We trust them wholeheartedly with our precious family members ❤

I have a mini goldendoodle puppy (Sadie) and she is the first dog I've had in over 20 years. I read lots of reviews to decide what vet clinic I wanted to use and finally picked Custis. They have been so great and helpful with me trying to learn how to take care of my puppy's needs. Sadie will be a life long patient!

My fiancé and I moved to OH about two years ago and were referred to Custis Veterinary Hospital by another, very enthusiastic, patron. Dr. David, Dr. Matt and team are outstanding. They are always willing to answer questions and even during COVID they go above and beyond for our two dogs and for us. I cannot recommend them enough.

Custis is the best vet we have ever had. We have been with them for over 2 decades. Wonderful at handling animals who are nervous. Always a great experience.

They are a wonderful group of people to work with. Vets are GREAT! THEY LOVE OUR ANIMALS. They have saved my dogs life 3 times. I drive from Wlmington to see them. My daughter drives from Mt. Oral to see them. I have 4 generations that has come to Dr. CUSTIS. Wont go anywhere else!!

I love Dr. Custis! He has always taken care of my pets, and has ALWAYS spared me from unnecessary costs. I went to 3 different vets before finding him, and he is well worth the drive for me! I've now been going to him for almost 10 years

He is the kindest caring vet and takes good care of all my pets . Trust him totally he is very fair on prices .He gets very busy so be prepared to wait . If u are in a hurry this may not be the place for you. I have been going for 13 years and will continue to. The ladies on the front desk are very kind and helpful .
