Sometimes in life, we meet people that will go the extra mile to support and help us. They make it their mission to serve from their hearts. I have to say that this clinic has been the most dedicated to that mission that I have experienced in a long time, if ever, and I have only visited once. Dr. Sahr and the team at this clinic treated me with such great compassion, and I would absolutely, highly recommend you bring your fur baby here. I can state with full certainty that I will return for all of my veterinarian needs. Before this, I had been going to my regular vet for nearly 15 years, so if anything would be a testimony to the quality of care we received here, it would be that I'm switching clinics as a result.

Inability to communicate in-house or with clients. Called for a written prescription, waited for the call/text it was ready never received one. Called 2 weeks later was told they needed a updated weight for my dog, which I provided and asked for the heartworm and oral flea tick I had gotten from them before. Received a text the written prescription was ready to be picked up, was told when I arrived they hadn't heard of me asking for the medication, was made to feel like it was my fault they didn't have the prescription I asked for and they were of no fault.

Unfortunately I had to take my pug there to be euthanized. The doctors and other people there were very respectful and allowed us full access to him as they did the procedure. They fully explained everything that was gonna happen and made us feel very comfortable about the process. Thank you very much for your help in our time of need.

My family have been with Morris since before I was born and they've always had our pets best interest at heart. Today we brought a stray cat we've named JuJu in because she's very sick and we are animal lovers so we only want the best for her. They gave her the medicine that will get her better soon. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet they love.

My dog was hit by a car. They refused to see him due to social distancing. I will never be back to this vet again. I took my dog to another vet in town, they had him in in less than an hour.

My 17 year old cat “Spirit” was in a lot of pain. His vet had left town a couple weeks before. I had already began to look for a new Vet. I had to find one right away to address his pain and an immediate onset of bowel problem. Morris Vet Clinic gave me the number of VCA Fairfield Animal Hospital. I called about his issues and he was in pain and asked me to bring him right in. Dr. Vaughn went over my two options for him. Very understanding and had a lot of empathy. I decided I couldn’t let Spirit go on in this condition any longer. They gave him some sedition and I went in to say my good byes. So hard for us both. I plan to get another kitty when the time is right and bring my new kitty to Dr. Vaughn.

My in laws have always gone to Morris with their kitties and they've been great, so when we rescued our sweet ginger boy after he was dumped in the country(????) at 10 weeks, they were the first call I made to get his boosters and schedule his neuter appointment. Wilson knew he was in good hands and gave the vet no issues at either appointment. VCA Morris was great with our little! They answered all of my questions and concerns in a kind & courteous manner, and the vet called to keep me updated while he was in their care. Here soon we will have to make the tough decision to let go of our old tripod Baby Kitty, but I know we'll be met with compassion and sympathy when that time comes. Their pricing for procedures, medications and vaccines are very reasonable as well.

They saw us when we were in a considerably difficult situation and our pet would have passed away otherwise. Really couldn't be happier about the treatment they gave her, despite it clearly being an inconvenience to them. Genuinely good experience with them within the awful experience of dealing with a potentially dying pet.

First let me say I’ve been taking my dogs to Morris since 2008. After living out of state for a few years, I returned to find my local vet had become part of the BILLION DOLLAR VCA CORPORATION and it shows! The doctor at my return visit was great, the vet tech was awesome, BUT THE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES became quite evident as soon as the bills arrived. We were talked into a puppy plan that was loaded with hidden fees and NON-REFUNDABLE ENROLLMENT FEES (which we were informed of AFTER we signed up and were charged). It’s sad to say that Morris has become another victim of CORPORATE GREED. If you value honesty, decency, fair business practices, and supporting your local community, I’d suggest taking your furry friends to a true LOCAL vet and steer clear of VCA entirely.

I had gone to this vet for years. Recently, the practice was bought out and it shows. I no longer feel like I’m taking my dog to a vet that cares more about the animal than the bottom line. I wrote off my first bad visit under new ownership as growing pains. The staff was disorganized and didn’t follow through with their offer/my request to send my pets medication monthly. We came back for a treatment for worms and the staff didn’t consider what I had to say about the appearance of the worms or my pets behavior. Rather they required me to make various trips in two days for tests. In multiple phone calls nobody would give me a consistent answer as to why things weren’t going as I had previously been told. I had to call various times to get answers after receiving texts that my pets test results were negative. Nobody was able to provide answers and I was consistently shrugged off and told that they’d have answers later. The saga started on Saturday... it’s Wednesday and my pet still hasn’t been given the okay to take any medication and I still don’t have answers. I absolutely will not be returning and can’t recommend this vet, pets are just too important for this type of service/care.

Back in December my dog had been attacked and was involved in a dog fight.. his artery had been ripped and I had to respond quickly. The nearest vet was Morris... and I am so thankful this was the nearest veterinarian! The staff were quick to respond and so compassionate to me and my dog. I knew we were in good hands... Dr.Guinan and team saved my dog's life and I cannot thank them enough for the care and support during that very difficut time.
