Jessica did a great job training our cocker spaniel. The facility is very clean and well organized. I will continue to take Hershey to day care there.

I've recently started bringing my 7 month old puppy here for daycare. They also offer services like training, baths and nail trims. Very clean facility with awesome staff. My puppy seems to like all the people and dogs here so I look forward to bringing her more.

We left our puppy here for 7 days.They did a great job with her and we would be happy to let her stay again.????

I have been a client for a long time. I have seen them grow over the years. Most places lose that family feeling when getting bigger. Most places lose quality just to be able to keep up with growing quantity. NOT FIDO….I have seen them get bigger, all while continuing to get better and better. Not just for the dogs they care for, but for the clients they deal with, and the staff that works there. It is a huge passionate family and it shows in the love and care they give each and every person and animal that walks through the door. They are all amazing. Do not hesitate to book your vacation knowing your furry family members will be having just as much fun as you are.

Just boarded my two rambunctious huskies here for a week for the first time and they were absolutely amazing with them! I can tell they worked with them on their manners as well because they came home so well behaved! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!

3/12 we had Jessica come to our home for a private in-home consultation with our 1yr old Golden Retriever. He was way too high energy, knew few commands, jumped all over myself and the family, scared the kids and was just being crated day in and day out because we couldn’t handle him. Our kids were scared of him and we didn’t know what to do besides rehome him and become failing dog parents. As a last ditch effort before rehoming him we decided to reach out for professional help one last time. It’s now 4/6 and I swear we have a different dog! We no longer even have a crate up in our house. He behaves like the dog we always wanted! He has been to playcare at FIDO about 9 times now and we also utilize their daytime training while he attends. My in-laws are in awe of the changes he has made in such a short time and we are all so glad we reached out as a last ditch effort before rehoming him to someone better equipped to handle a high energy dog such as he. We use training tips shown during our in home consult, utilize play activities shown to us to help wear him out physically and mentally and our communication with him has gotten much better. As first time dog owners I wish we would have found FIDO much sooner. I wish I could explain how truly amazing his transformation has become. We can walk out the door without being yanked. He jumps on us about 80% less. When he does he is quickly corrected and listens to commands. I can tell him to “go to the door, sit and stay” and he listens (big shock to my in-laws), he now snuggles me on the couch and lounges around the house which would have never happened before. He even listens to commands given by our 6 and 3yr olds! My family and I recommend FIDO and the staff there 100%. They have proven life changing for our family. Did I mention it’s all positive reinforcement? Too many trainers wanted to put a training collar on him!

So far so good. My boy came home in good spirits and seemed to enjoy his day. The ladies there are very nice.

We love FIDO, our shy Maggie goes to daycare occasionally and stays while on vacation. She runs in to see them happily every time! All the staff are GREAT! Heath the owner is always attentive and we would never go anyplace else! Thank you FIDO!

Excellent place for the mutt. They love dogs!

My dog boarded here for four days and came back a different dog! He was in training and learned new commands, doesn’t bark like he was barking (I couldn’t get any sleep) and learned his leash manners. Plus the facility is clean and feels like doggy paradise. I’m really glad to know this place is close to me - when I travel for work I feel confident my dog is in safe, good hands. It wasn’t his first time boarding, and he usually comes back so mad at me, but this time he came back happy & content. Everyone you talk to on the way in says their dogs love this place & it’s so true. ❤️????????

This is the first time we have left our yorkie with someone we didn’t know while we were on vacation. We were very happy with FIDO! They were very attentive to him and I was able to check on him frequently! He was so exhausted when we picked him up it was obvious he played hard and had a great time.I was also able to get him worked In to be groomed and he looked great! This really is a great place to take your pets and know that they will be cared for while you are away! Thank you FIDO!

Fantastic experience for dogs. Caring staff that is NOT in it for the money. After a few visits you can see their affection for the animals. Highly recommend

Hi, my name is Captain I am a 2 year old English Cream Golden Retriever. I love it when my Mommy brings me to Fido’s and I get to play with all of my friends. The humans really take great care of us and the facility is so clean. It has a large area inside and out to play in, and they are adding a new building to play in also. Come join us!!!

FIDO is simply the best and Lancaster is so fortunate to have them. From their utmost professionalism to the care and love they show for our dog Max—it’s all top notch. We would never take our Max anywhere else! Keep up the great work!

I use both daycare and training classes and this facility always has my dog’s best interest. Czar loves to go here and comes home happy and tired. I feel very fortunate to have this quality facility in my area. BEST PLACE EVER

The staff here is nothing short of amazing. Our two boxers absolutely love it, even my shy, deaf girl who takes a while to warm up to strangers made fast friends and gets so excited to come play here. Heath, Brittany and their team clearly love what they do, the facility is fantastic, loads of room and growing. Highly recommended to anyone who needs boarding, training or great socialization and playtime for your dogs.

F.I.D.O is an AMAZING place for your dogs. We are happy we found them down here in Lancaster. We genuinely feel comfortable leaving our dogs, Pancake and Syrup here. There have been a few times we’ve needed last minute boarding and we have never had an issue. Great place. Would recommend!!

My husband and I have been bringing our 2 dogs to FIDO for over a year. About 10 months ago, a puppy "found us" on the road. We of course adopted him. He is a puppy so he needed a TON of work (training). We had Jess come to our home and help us with Otis. She is wonderful. Since then, we have put Otis in the Playcare offered by FIDO and we are so thankful for this program. He has learned so much and is becoming such a well behaved boy. The attention he gets is something we could not find anywhere else. The kindness, care, compassion and attention that everyone shows our boys is amazing. Every time we drop the boys off for Daycare they are ALWAYS greeted by their name and like they are the favorite dogs at Daycare. Very welcoming and kind. There is no place else I would ever let my dogs play (and stay) than FIDO!! Would HIGHLY recommend to everyone. You must come and experience it for yourself. 5+ stars!!!!!
