I am always very happy with the care our furkids receive from Dr. Bayless at Memorial Animal Hospital. She is the BEST vet around and we are so grateful she cares for our "kids" as much as we do, especially with them aging. We highly recommend your facility to all our friends and family and are forever grateful that your front office receptionists, vet techs and facility are always SO welcoming when we come in....and we have been their often, recently. This is where we normally take our dog for her regular checkups. Recently, she began exhibiting signs that she may have eaten something she should not have. The entire staff at Memorial were amazing from beginning to end. As any dog (or any animal!) lover will attest, having a dog in pain can be pretty tough. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable about best steps forward. Special shout-out to our doggies doctor, Dr. Paige. Her explanations and bedside manners were absolutely top-notch, and now our Mayzee is home recovering.

They got us in the day we called. We barely had to wait once we got there. Then they figured out the issue, gave the first dose of medication. Then charged a very reasonable rate and sent us on our way. Also very affectionate with the pups we brought in.

We would only choose Memorial Animal Hospital for our dogs. They do not run unnecessary tests. They are considerate and caring and make you feel that they are always there to take care of us.

Doctor and personnel were very caring for my pet.

I have taken many of my dogs and cats here for years. They have helped me through many difficult, challenging times with my pets, including end of life care. They were all very kind and compassionate. Very understanding of my situation, and my pets individual needs. They always somehow seemed to remember my pet! I have had pets that required rather complex care that they handled with knowledge, presenting all my options without pressure. I highly recommend them. They always took time with me, explaining everything plainly, but completely. I trust them completely.

Took my Shih Tzu in for teeth cleaning and to remove cysts on her back. The cleaning has to be done under anesthesia so they recommended the cyst removal at the same time. We picked her up later that day and the cysts were not removed. They said it was not on their paperwork. The vet was the one who recommended it be done at the same time. Now we have to make another appointment for the procedure which will cost us more money when it could have been taken care of all at once. Not happy at all and will be looking for another vet.
