Staff friendly Dr calls and gives great details. Do not like that they do drop off because then my dog could be sitting in a cage for several hours. We don't cage our girls

I'm editing my post AGAIN! I have decided they did a great job this time and I'm getting use to dropping Max off and picking him up. The medication they prescribed for his cut was amazing and it healed almost within 2 days.

The lady making appointments was so friendly and warm on the phone, got us in to see the vet the next day. We had been vacationing and my dogs chronic health issue got worse needing a visit. Staff was friendly but the vet who spoke with me on the phone was condescending and rude. I gave 4 stars because of of front desk staff.

The staff is caring and supportive. Dr Hyder is awesome!

I made an appointment for my dog online and then received a call that the vet I was scheduled with would not be in that day. I tried again to make an appointment and had one booked, I received an email that said your appointment is confirmed. I received a call from Banfield that the doctor was overbooked that day and I would need to reschedule. Evidentially if you are booking an appointment on line it is only a "request" and is not confirmed I was told when I called back. If there is a problem with online booking take it down, call the people right after they make the appointment or make it right. Some people need their pets seen and think they have an appointment and really don't.

The vet go the extra mile for our pets.

I had a great experience here. The doctor came out and talked with me after my pet's examination and was very personable. The bill was only for the nail clipping and nothing unexpected. Visit went very well.

Huge fan if Banfield. The monthly plans that are available along with drop of service it make it super convenient. The service its self is fantastic the time they took when I had to put down one of my dogs was something I'll always remember.

$415.00 for an X-ray to see how many pups I'm having. Shoreland Animal Hospital is $130.00. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.

We came here for our last dog we had for 18 yes and they always treated us and hi with courtesy and respect. They had an amazing treatment plan for him and his seizures all the way up to his last days. We got another dog after he passed and once again the professionalism and courtesy is amazing with our Dutch Shepherd. Dr. Johnson has been nothing but the most amazing and professional with her. We always have great service from the front desk Beth to the techs. Andrea is also always on top when we stop in to get meds for heart worm and fleas.

Always treat my little girl good.

Reasonable pricing, good pet care

I took my puppy in and was told they’d run a few test on her.. go figure they ran the tests that cost out of pocket..yet told me the test results (for the test that was covered under my plan) were still pending . The next day come to find out they forgot to do the test that was covered under my plan (which was the MAIN test that needed to be done on her). When I called to explain how I am a unsatisfied customer and ask how to cancel my plan, the employee I spoke with didn’t care to help me out but was quick to give me info on canceling my plan . Just Terrible !

We took our 1 year old cat in for a cut on her nose. They tried to address anything else that cost more money and barely addressed the cut. Did not clean it or apply anything on it. When I called back with questions I was told we would have to wait 3 days to talk to the vet that we saw, even though there was a different vet there at the time. Why couldn't he answer my simple question?

The wellness plan is excellent, for them and their bank account. You are far better off just paying for the services as they are performed. They make it beyond difficult to cancel and require you to jump through countless hoops to do so, all the while smiling all the way to the bank charging you $35 a month. It took us over two months to successfully cancel, and conveniently the cancellation was approved two days after they took another non-refundable payment. They also allow minors to sign contracts but then use that as an excuse to not cancel the plan because you will need to provide various types of proof that the person who signed it is in fact a minor. Long story short, it's a great business model. They collect hundreds of dollars per year and provide minimal service for the plan. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR IT. Unless you like to put money in the pocket of a shady business without getting any value in return

Highly recommend! Our 11 year old cat got an infection in his paw pad that moved to his lymph node with a slight fever. Dr. Burke and Emily took the best care of him. They took their time with Murphy (which is more than most people Dr.'s do), cleaned out his paw and thoroughly went over everything with us to ensure his recovery. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg, but the cost was very reasonable! Thank you!!!!!

Extremely unhappy with the care my dog recvd. My dog was not examined or given immunizations in front of me but “in the back” when they did the blood draw for the heart worm test. I asked them to trim his nails and again, taken to the back only to hear him wailing in pain. I was told he was hypersensitive to having his paws touched and they couldn’t do it. When questioned further they said they did 2 nails and stopped. 2 weeks later my dog is constantly biting at his one paw and won’t let me get near it, from a distance it appears damaged. DO NOT take your pets here. We will never be back. So much more to list. there are more affordable , reputable vets in the area. Stay away from this place.

Banfield charges 317$ for neuter and spay. Plus 44$ for office visit and you have to buy your own cone for their head. My pup was treated for the wrong type of worm for several months until i complained he still had worms. I insisted on a stool sample so they could verify what worm he had! Poor pup had tape worm for months. How he got i dont know he is on flea prevention. Never will i go there again. A neuter visit cost 550$

Dr. Sattelmaier has been an excellent veterinarian for our dog and has always provided excellent care for him. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring veterinarian.
