Honestly I’m still in shock from the whole ordeal. We schedule to have our boy put down as he was very old just didn’t have a good quality of life anymore. It was my understanding that he would get a sedative and we would have a few minutes to say goodbye. Dr. S had me pick him up onto the table and literally put my own dog into a headlock to give him the shot. Not a sedative, the actual final shot. Then he missed. Twice. Said it was because my dog moved. Well of course he moved he’s wide awake and terrified. Finally he delivered the shot into his neck and my boy died in my arms. All He said was it’ll be $45 more dollars for the second shot. Please do not take your pets there if you want them to have a peaceful transition. I’m heart broken and still in shock.

Update: looking over these reviews I still cannot believe this vet is still in practice. I also reported him and he was investigated but yet look he is still open. How many animals will he harm before he retires. This vet is insanely cheap, but he does not communicate appropriately, poor bedside, and did not provide any aftercare instructions for caring for my dog after his surgery. We were told my dog was fine and had no restrictions after a very standard surgery. Needless to say a few hours after surgery my dog was bleeding heavily from one surgical site. He needed immediate attention that another vet had to provide due Dr. Stefanicks phones not working and my dogs high volume of blood loss, finally got a hold of him and he said we were exaggerating. I had to have my previous vet take over. I'm concerned about this vets state of mind Dr Stefanick told me my dogs after care was "common sense". The list of concerns go on! Pet owners beware!

My girlfriend took her dog there today to be put to sleep poor baby was so sick for awile and suffering it was a nightmare they had her daughter hold the dogs head down the dr missed the vein not once but twice and then he had a bright idea and shoved it in his neck her dog was bleeding so sad and abuse to that poor fur baby and then had the nerve to. To tell them he has to charge them more money because he missed the veins unbelievable

I've put up with the odd hours and unprofessionalism, but when I went today just to get my dog a rabies shot and was told I must wear a Mask, I did not comply with this tyranny and will not go back ever. If you are a freedom loving patriot, stay away from here. We must fight back!!

Terrible terrible vet. If you want your animal to die this is the place to go. We had a black lab with a huge cyst on her side that continued to grow and fill up with blood. Dr. Stefanick said he could remove it with no problem. Trusting a vet we went to for years we agreed. Biggest mistake of our lives. They called us to inform us that the surgery was a success and she was in the recovering room. Due to there incompetency, they were not monitoring her post op and by the time the got to her, her tongue was blue and she was barely breathing. She ended up passing away and they called us to pick up her body and pay the bill. To add insult to injury at around 8pm, from guilt, he called us offering a black lab to have for free. What kind of decent human being would do that? Avoid these people at all cost. Please for the sake of your animals!

I have used Dr Stefanick for more than 30 years. In every situation he and his staff have been great.

Easy to get an appointment with, competitive pricing, and large variety of services provided. Dr.Stefanick's straight forward and to the point approach makes for brief but tremendously productive appointments. He has seen all 4 of our pets for a number of years now. His staff is also very helpful and transparent when communicating expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

TOOK WIFE'S DOG IN FOR ROUTINE CHCK UP. HAS SOME BAD TEETH & IS A LTTLE HVY. NO MORE TREATS FOR A WHILE. PLACE WAS CLEAN & STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE .

I would avoid this vet as much as possible. Very unpleasant place to deal with.he killed my cat by doing the wrong procedure on it. Then had the audacity to charge me for it. Very unsettling on the phone when he called sounded like he could care less about what happened.

I like going too stefanick because he's close to home and my family knows him too and he's kinda a resonable on prices

He's good at what does, I'll admit that. There are things I like about this place, there are a few I don't. It's hard switching to a new vet, I had to get used to doing things differently than I had for many years.

Dr. Stefanick is fair and thorough. The staff is excellent. Recommend him to everyone.

Cheapest place I could find and dependable. Hours are limited from what I could find. Does exactly what you need and does NOT add unnecessary shots/items for more payout.

My animals are sick and I call them in the morning after being treated rude on the phone mr Stefanik tells me he isn’t taking any new clients because I haven’t gone there before. Awful experience was disappointing because they are the earliest vet in my area to open and they looked promising but today let me know they shouldn’t be getting my business and won’t be anytime soon

Dr Stefanick has ZERO social skills and is extremely rude. He doesn’t appear to be happy in his CHOSEN profession and it shows when he handles animals. There are many more professional Clinics to choose from. Dr S and his rude staff determined the verbiage in this review. They actually asked for it by their actions and overall demeanors.

Called to get an appointment for our dog and the receptionist told me they were too busy and backed up so we should find another vet. Nice to know they care about animals!

They are always kind to us and good to our animals. Recently my dog has become diabetic and they have gotten us in quickly for his testing. They even helped us find inexpensive insulin to help him. I have never been displeased and appreciate their help. Prices are also very affordable.

They did not currently offer the service that I needed but I do not hold that against them. The person answering the phone with “yeah” was unprofessional though. I had to ask specifically for f it was dr stefanecks office just to be sure it was.

Always willing to help your k9 or feline companion. Prices are very reasonable and if there is an emergency with your pet, they will fit you into the schedule as see fit to the severity. Also, great recommendations if treating your pet isn't an option, they offer great advice as to where you can take your pet for the best care possible. If you really love your pet and cherish the many years you have spent with them or plan on spending with them, I highly reccomend this veterinary clinic for your furry loved ones.

Very affordable vet. He doesn't have a great bedside manner but knows his stuff and makes vet care affordable to everyone. I have cats and dogs and he's been great with both so don't listen to all the negative reviews, make your own judgement.
