Everyone there is very nice and professional. Prices are reasonable.

I was trying to find a place to board my dog for a week on short notice and the lady set me up pretty quick. They were very responsive and helpful since it was my first time boarding my dog. Although for the pickup they couldn't find my dog's stuff even though I dropped off the bag with my dog and her collar attached. She didn't have anything, even her collar when she was being picked up. (Luckily after awhile, someone found it.)

They were able to fit in our sick kitty same day. Didn't run a bunch of unnecessary tests, and ensured we understood treatment plan. Love Dr Fox and all the staff at Westside! Thank you!

Fantastic Vets....and staff. Cant say enough about how safe I feel with my dogs here. I have been bringing my dog here for 16 years...wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS TO PAY A WEEK IN ADVANCE .......BECAUSE THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT THEY WILL DEMAND YOU LEAVE OFF YOUR DOG OR CAT!!...........THEY WILL NOT LET YOU INTO THEIR BUILDING........YOU HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE..............AND YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH YOUR PET INSIDE!!! THAT IS WHY THEY MAKE YOU PAY LOTS OF MONEY IN "ADVANCE" FOR THEIR SUBSTANDARD SERVICE!! ....THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE RECEIVED OVER 500,000 OF FEDERAL TAXPAYER FUNDED FREE MONEY!!!! .......THESE PEOPLE ARE NEFARIOUS ..............TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The "veterinarians" that are here are more like "vet techs", with no intelligence whatsoever , and this place is a disgrace, no supervision of any employees. I will honestly say the only thing that the "staff" appears to be good at is "reproducing" lots of children. What is the purpose of doing a survey?? .......When you care very little about customers and their pets??

........After reading all the negative reviews, I will honestly say that they are true and very accurate, as I and my dog had been a loyal customer for about five years with "Westside Animal Hospital", and I have observed and experienced a drastic "degraded" quality of veterinary services that they are now providing ............They were at one time , a very good trustworthy place to take your pets........but that was in the past, and now they have reached a very steep "decline", and they refuse to take any responsibility for their actions, nor do they care. ......With that being said, I have observed staff abusing customers and their pets and covering up for each other............"scamming customers"..........overcharging customers..........and now trying to get good loyal customers to pay in full/advance, before receiving any services........ Well, I guess the so-called "veterinarians" and "administrator" have to pay for their "fancy" building..........And their high dollar "Mercedes" cars that they drive.......and of course their expensive vacations they take! ......They are now one of the worst veterinarian practices in the area, and the good news is that you as the customer have many other decent quality places to take your pet.

I always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Fox and he is great with my dog Fievel and very professional. He took very good care of my baby yesterday for another cleaning and is always shows true care and concern for after a procedure.

I had to put my 12 year old dog Gracie down due to a tumor on her spleen that had ruptured. . Dr. Fox and his staff were so supportive. This was so hard on me and they were all so compassionate in my situation. 45 days later we came across a pair of puppies that were born on the exact same day as my Gracie but 12 years later. God works in mysterious ways. Love my new puppies but still miss my Gracie.

Initially the staff wasn't especially friendly. The person who greeted me looked like I was bothering her. No smile. She may have even rolled her eyes when my dog started talking. Another person then joined us and she was neutral. Smiled, weighed my dog and put us in a room. The next person was very friendly. Dr. Fox is always wonderful. Checking out was quick and now they checkout in the room, which is nice. The person who checked me out was friendly and smiling.

It’s tough finding a vet for my dog since I’m new to town and not many clinics are accepting appointments. They were able to get my dog in the next day and provided him with professional, compassionate care. Thank you!

Dr. Trapp is very nice, easy to talk to & understands how important our pets are! She's great with our Pitbull Terrier & all 4 cats. She really loves animals. It shows in her care and how she interacts with them. ???????????????? The staff are kind, friendly & courteous. They love your pets and treat them with kindness, care and joy!????????????????????

First time for Coco at Westside Animal Hospital and we feel like we found our new home for pet care. Staff and Dr. Fox was very patient and kind, gave care for Coco in words I could understand also, Dr. Fox was in no rush.

We always get good quality care and our cats actually behave themselves for the most part here. However they are consistently understaffed and can be slow to schedule appointments.

Dr. Fox is professional friendly and an excellent veterinarian. He had care for my dogs for over 20 years. The length of time to check out left a LOT to be desired however.

This was probably the best vet I had been to ever, Dr. Fox was INCREDIBLE, he was kind and gentle with my sweet cat, Pumpkin, and even gave him a treat after his vaccines for doing so good and I’ve never had a vet treat my pet like their own while handling them and I really appreciated that!

Great staff, even greater Dr. The Dr loved my kitty and my kitty loved her too. Dr was very informative and started my kitty on a diff med and within 2 days, there was a very noticeable difference. Im glad I went to Westside for a second opinion and I will definately be going back!!
