I love PetSmart They always have stuff on clearance there's always something there I can buy from my dog she loves wandering around and I get to have her around people and stores and the cashiers are always wonderful I just love the place

Holly did a great job grooming my dog. She looks amazing, and her little hair bows were a cute little touch. Her next appointment is already scheduled!

Some knowable staff for sure but fish keeping could be better, don't know of its staff or corporate but they sometimes have allot of dead ones and water quality off, that can also be corporates doing for not maintaining the filter base. Also see to over buy and keep them long, have also had ich issues more often. Probably due to the filter not being replaced. I hear of this happening. But its corporate controlled. Not the stores doing.

Website says they are part of a 100 million dollar charity for getting cats fixed but associate had no info on it and doesn't know why they are on the list

Well stocked with all ur favourite brands for all things of pet. It was lovely saw some fish and birds for sale also a cat. Place was clean and well organized. They are observing covid protocols too. This makes ur shopping easy and safe.

Love PetSmart. Lot's of low hanging pet toys that your dogs will love. Quick way to add $$ to your cart. Staff is great. Could use more obvious hand sanitizer stations near the front door.

I took my puppy to get a bath and a nail trim. The staff was so friendly, quick, and professional, and it was only $22. A good price to pay for no headache. They even gave me tips on how to help with the anxiety of her paws being touched. The store had great deals on toys, essentials, and puppy coats to browse while I waited. They even sent her back to me in a little bandana and I could tell they treated her with love ♥️
