Long overdue review of Dublin Vet . . . if you are looking for a spiffy new vet clinic with lots of bells and whistles (but not much "heart") these folks won't be what you're looking for. Like an old country vet - in an old Dublin house - but who is up on all the current vet info and research and takes care of your pet in a completely wholistic manner. Cares as much about how your pet is tolerating thier treatment as the treatment iteself. I've been with this practice since before the current owners took over - and was sceptical - but when my oldr boy cat Dutch had a medical emergency, Dr Todd stayed with him at the clinic through the night. Now 2 cats later, he doesn't hesitate to challege MedVet and even call the vet there to be sure thier plan for my boy makes sense. They treat the "whole animal" and are willing to go the extra mile to be sure your pet is comfortable and well taken care of. I would not switch to any other practice

I can't say enough amazing things about Dublin Vet Clinic. Dr. Lightell spends so much time with you to really get to know you and your animal, and his memory is incredible. I don't even live super close to the office but used to and simply can't imagine ever taking my dog anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We did not use this specific Veterinarian, however they pointed us is the direction we needed.

I just wanted to say that I went here in support of some friends who's dog was not doing well. I was highly impressed with the professionalism, along with showing real empathy Dr Lightell showed to their pet. In the end they were not able to save him, but it was nothing but heartbreaking, but Dublin Veterinary was great to deal with in such a tragic situation. Highly Recommended.

They do more then provide medical care. They really enjoy and genuinely care about the animals. Would recommend them.

I have taken my fur babies to this clinic for over 10 years now. Everyone here truly care about you and your babies. When my beloved dog Buckeye passed away almost 2 years ago they showed great compassion to me that I’ll never forget. Now I have my cats and they get the same care and love that Buckeye got. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for veterinary care for your pets.

Mutlipet discount, amazing staff, and despite living half an hour away we still bring our furbabies here. I've been to other vets and my cats panic much more anywhere else. They even take into consideration if your animal prefers window rooms like our 3 do and try and accommodate you and your four legged kids.

Wow!!!!! We have had them as our vet for about 6 months now and I have never had a better vet experience anywhere else... They are a phone call away if I have any questions about new meds, symptoms and making your pet the most comfortable! We went out of town for vacation and had to see a different vet; our records got faxed over and Matt reached out to us as soon as we got home to see how our doggie was doing. Every time I go in or get off the phone with them, I end up with a smile. They are fast and everyone is sooo friendly. I always know my dog is getting the best care now. You really can't get better pet care anywhere else. Definitely 100% recommended!!!!!

Brought my ball python here because of wheezing. The veterinarian gave a more thorough exam than the actual specialists ive seen. He talked with me about my reptiles and my other animals for a pretty long time and it was much appreciated. The entire staff was amazing. I would reccomend bringing your pets here. Edit- I'd also like to mention I was able to get a next day appointment when I called to schedule.

I feel like we were price gouged with our newly adopted cat. Won't be returning.

I have been taking my cats here for the last two years, and everyone is so friendly! We are planning on moving soon and will likely be farther from here, but I am going to make the drive, because I love this vet!

I cannot express how wonderful Dr. Wise and the entire staff at this clinic have been to us and our cat, Griswald. They are the kindest, most caring doctors/staff we have ever had the pleasure of working with, not to mention, their professionalism is top notch. I brought all of my animals (1 dog and 2 cats) here when I still lived in Dublin and they did a wonderful job taking care of them. They especially helped me when my dog had torn her ACL and made sure to check up with me after her surgery to see if it went well and if she was doing better. The staff is extremely friendly and they definitely care about the animals they see.

We have brought our two dogs here since 2015. Overall we loved the Vet, but just recently Stephenie would not honor a 530 appointment because we were running 15 minutes late. All our dog needed was two shots. Very disobliging trying to reschedule and indifferent when I suggested I may need to see a Vet that can be more accommodating to my busy schedule. It’s disappointing that you’re willing to lose a loyal customer because you couldn’t wait 15 minutes until 5:45.

Very friendly staff that worked well with my cats to exam, treat, and provide shots. A bit of a throwback to the old days but with modern equipment.
