Both of my dogs were groomed today. The cuts were perfect. They have always asked if they needed to change anything. The decorative collars were cute.

There should be a way for you to determine and relay costs before appointment so the pet owners can decide if they want it done based on that. You guys do a fantastic job, the facilities are clean and the employees are very friendly, but for there to be a surprise bill of over $400 after the visit is over is gut-wrenching. ☹️

Staff friendly, get you in and out. Seen Vet today for my dog after transferring from another vet and they seem to care, took interest in looking at, explaining issues and things to help. Didn't feel pressure to do anything didn't want to.

Oak Pointe is always very helpful in caring for our pet. Petey loves going there and always comes home feeling better.

I had to switch to them bc prior vet was very rude and didn't take care of my cat. Now we only trust Oak Point. They have never let us down with all of our dog's and cat's. Very friendly staff.

Dr Brothers was absolutely wonderful. And the whole staff as well. We are from out of town and called because our dog had an ear infection. They got us in the next day and I was more than pleased with the thoroughness, attentiveness, and professionalism of the doctor and staff. Leon is already feeling better. Cannot recommend more highly. Thank you.

When my fur baby was in a code red situation they got her in the same day I called. The staff is super professional and very friendly. Dr. Covey was fantastic and answered all of my million questions with patience. I will never go anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend Oak Pointe.

Today was our first visit with my older dog who needed a good check over due to some joint pain. They were so patient with her and kind. Dr Covy was knowledgeable and kind. He really took the time to explain exactly where her arthritis was and the plan to make her more comfortable and help her joints to function as well as they could at 13 years old. Nice clean environment. Prompt service. Will be bringing my cat here as well.

In the past when cats have been taken their it had been a good helpful experience. But recently The family puppy has gotten sick so we took him their for obvious reasons. He hadn’t eaten for a week. Once we brought him in it was expensive and pointless. The vet charged like fifty bucks for items that were supposed to help the dog. She said it was a boring appointment and said she wouldn’t be worried. She talked about stuff called entice which we tested. The pumpkin stuff in a can and None of it seemed to work. So we tried different food and things and ended up force feeding the dog since by that time he lost all his weight coming down from almost 70 something pounds to 40 something. So we called. We explained how none of the things worked and we don’t know what to do. We had a drop off appointment and after that expensive trip they just said to buy more entice even though it had no effect. We had an expensive X-Ray and blood work and they still couldn’t figure out what the main issue was except for his small intestine was full of stool. Then they came to the conclusion he might have Addison’s disease. Still waiting for the blood work to be finished or whatever they’re doing this Thursday. My dogs not even two yet and he’s dying. They won’t take him or try anything to help on Thursday so I really don’t know what to do. They’ve charged so much money for things that don’t work and inconclusive results... The total was $509.22 with the paw plan for nothing.

We trust all our animals to Oak Pointe. We love all 3 vets, the staff and their boarding services. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience going to Oak Pointe Veterinary Care. I found them and was just going to try them out after being fed up with my old veterinarian’s office antics. The staff here are friendly, attentive and personable. The veterinarians; like night and day compared to my old vet. They listened to me and answered all of my questions, responded to any concerns I had and actually explained things so well and so patiently and they were very knowledgeable. I did not have the feeling they were only trying to rush me to get me back out of the door and this was a huge deal for me. The only regret I have is not finding them sooner! You guys are awesome, I appreciate all of you so much!

We were traveling through the area when our little dog Mr Gibbs started showing signs of pain. We called several vets in the area, no available appointments :/ I decided to try one more number, Oake Point Veterinary Care. They had time to see him! What a blessing! Dr Brothers took care of our little guy right away. Highly recommend Oake Point if you ever have a need. Professional and more importantly caring ❤️ Can’t thank them enough for seeing Mr Gibbs when he needed help.

I left a message after hours. My call was returned first thing in the morning and they were able to fit me in that day.i was greeted profesinally.then the girl who took me back and took the information was not very personal or very sensative about me being nervous having a sick animal. Then the vet came in ,her exam and her concerns were genuine. Took her time answered all my questions and I felt very confident in her care. When I left again the front desk was professional and friendly and I was greatly surprised to recieve a call the next day from the vet to check on abner. I would recomend the vets to nervous pet parents.

I followed Dr. Brothers advice, I have a diabetic dog, and trying to get his sugar regulated and first he increases my dogs insulin by 10 units a day, and tells me not to check his sugar! This morning my dog was not doing well at all, and my gut told me to check his sugar it was 23!!!! I called and they said take him to the ER they couldn't help because we couldn't pay today, and they said he would die! Well we don't have money for an ER visit after giving money to this vet, the doctor couldn't even get on the phone and talk to me! He said he would die, and he couldn't talk to me, or take a look at my dog!!! I am so fed up with these vets charging outrageous fees, then won't help by doing payments plans, they rather the dog die, because they are so money hyngry!

Called to make an appointment, they said I had to pre pay for my appointment, I asked if I could come in to pay with cash bc I didn’t feel comfortable paying with my card over the phone, and if they could mark my name down bc I was about to be on the the way to pay it, the lady said no that’s our policy we can’t mark you down until you pay. I just wanted my name out down so if anyone else called or came in, in the meantime they couldn’t take my time. But this place is more concerned with getting their money than customer satisfaction. Bc she then said well if you think anywhere else is going to get you in as fast as us then call them. They were the first place we called, called the very next place made an appointment with the same amount of wait time. This place is a scam highly don’t recommend.

Great place took care of me for my Mom well. Quick and to the point. liked alot.
